UPDATE: Ethan contacted me and agreed that I shouldn’t have been charged $164 for the service that was done. They credited back $65 and only charged the trip to my house. I would also like to add that they were quick to come out, as other services were going to take at least a couple weeks to come out. I appreciate the level of their customer care.My garage door wasn’t opening and closing normally. A guy came out and adjusted the sensor which barely took five minutes and I was billed $164. The price was very unreasonable. There should definitely be a reasonable price range for a quick fix. Although the price was unreasonable for a five minute fix, the technician was nice and very informative.

ACE is a great garage door company. They are affordable and reliable. When I have a garage door issue, they can sometimes have someone out the same day, but usually no later than the next day. They will come and service your garage, and change out any necessary parts to get the door working properly.My technician Steve was awesome, he came in, determined the problem, and fixed it in no time. He was very knowledgeable, kind and considerate of my property. Brandon installed the new motor today; the release pull is out of stock and will be installed in a day or two. After Ida, Roger got my stuck door open so we could use it manually while waiting for the motor to come in - at no extra change - which was a big help! (No, there is no door between from the garage into the house, and yes, I know thats weird.)

We had a broken torsion spring, and ACE came out the day we called. Jared and Dylan were exceptionally professional and knowledgeable. They worked quickly to replace the spring and correct other issues they spotted. We were grateful for their prompt service and impressed by the quality they delivered. I dont usually leave reviews however ACE garage door deserves one. I literally called yesterday in need of a repair. Clint answered and was very clear and patient with me to the point he even face timed me to see the door and if it was repairable. We scheduled the repair for the next day, which is awesome! Even when we changed our mind to get a new door they were able to accommodate us and get a new door installed. Communication was great because we got an automated text indicating when they were coming and our appointment time. Great service all the way around! Very competitively priced as well.

This place is top notch. They actually return phone calls and show up when they say they will. Although this sounds simple and expected, believe me, it’s extraordinary. I waited at Home Depot for over an hour trying to get assistance. I was finally told that it would be three months before I could get a new residential garage door delivered and installed. I also called Overhead Door and Access. I left messages on their answering machines stating that I was interested in purchasing a new garage door. Neither returned the call. ACE, however, picked up on the first ring, e-mailed me information on options and pricing, and sent someone out to measure the same day. The garage door was ordered, delivered, and installed in less than three weeks. The price was fair and very competitive and the service and installation was impeccable. From my experience, they are the best in the business.

Mr. Johnson was right on time. He was iinformative, efficient, took the time to maintain the other door while fixing the problem with the door that was not working properly. He was extremely kind, a pleasure to meet and to do the work for us.

We had a defective roller on one of the doors and had not maintained the doors during our first five years in our house. Steven Johnson showed up at my house Monday and let me know that it wasnt just the cables that needed to be replace as well as the spring inside the bar was broken. We talked about the different options to fix the door. I went with his recommendation of replacing the bar and having the external spring. I left my garage open for them to have access while I was at work. When I arrived there was not one bit of mess and the garage door actually functions better now than it has in the last few years. I was in such a bind, my wife’s car was stuck in the garage and both of us had to go to work. I called Ace Garage, and they were able to come out immediately and install a whole new system in 45 mins! We wanted to eventually replace the system, but we just bought the house. They offered a whole new system with remotes, panel, and opener for under $500! The technician was very friendly and pleasant.
