I am so Pleased with the Service we received in the repairs to our Toyota Tundra. After getting T-Boned in a parking lot and disabling our truck on a Saturday afternoon I contacted Lonny to see if he could help us out. We had it towed to their shop and he got the ball rolling for us on this. It was past the Normal Closing time but Lonny stayed late to get us taken care of. After the estimate was done he contacted me right away and emailed me a copy. Then as work progressed he contacted me on several occasions to give me updates. When completed we picked it up and found it looked like a New Vehicle. We are very please with their work, promptness and professionalism in getting us back on the road. Lonny and his awesome crew repaired my van after my daughter hit a coyote at high speed a month ago. They replaced and repaired body parts on the front end and underside as well as the fan and radiator. I was able to drive my vehicle all the way back to CA w/o any issues at all. Many thanks to Lonny and his team. I also want to mention that Lonny was able to get texts by phone from me for photos of my insurance and registration and was able to deal directly with my auto insurance company. I have taken two different cars to them to fix over the last few years. When the work was done I had to take one to get the door fixed two more times. Im set to take my new car back to have them fix my replaced windshield properly. I think if a customer pays for repairs or replacements you should do the job right the first time. I positive once its fixed I will never take my car to them again. They only got the one star because I cant write a few with out giving a star.

Excellent job was done on my car. I couldnt afford the paint job so they found me a door replacement that matched the color. I had a door replacement front bumper and rear bumper replaced here.

I am very pleased with my recent experience. Lonnie was very thorough and detailed when he did the estimate (which was not my experience at another body shop). They communicated with me throughout the entirety of the process, did GREAT work, detailed the interior and although car repairs are never fun, these guys made it as seamless as possible. I would recommend to anyone, and will absolutely use them again in the future.

Avoid this place. They did work on my Jeep after it was crashed into. Heres a brief list of the problems I encountered: 1. The guy working with me left the company unexpectedly so I had to reschedule the work for a week later (already been waiting an entire month). 2. They didnt give me an estimated completion date, and never updated on the progress. This caused me issues because I was on my way out of town for the weekend when I got the call that it was finished, and now Im out ~$150 for the rental that I wasnt able to return (insurance quits paying when your vehicle is finished). 3. The battery was dead when I picked it up, and continues to die. This was not an issue before the incident. 4. The replacement back door they put on does not have the weather stripping that secures the back window in place. 5. My brake lights dont work. Again, not a problem before the accident. But like all the other issues, they claim this is not their responsibility. Meaning that after waiting nearly 2 months to be able to drive my Jeep again, I have to immediately take it in for more work, and pay out of pocket for it.

I had a minor front end collision and i just needed a little bit of jury rigging. They were quick had me in and out in in 10 minutes. Very friendly!

I recently got an estimate for a part. The staff was polite and competent, and gave me exactly what I was looking for without trying to add additional services or parts. I would go to this vendor again for service.

If I could choose zero stars I wouldve.. Took my vehicle in and was told that they would save me money on the estimate my insurance gave me for hail damage, turns out they lied straight to my face and took me to the cleaners for Full price of my estimate ($5700) on PDR work for 2 days... my other vehicle I had worse damage and was estimated to be fixed for $1500 at a different body shop and it would be done the same day... Needless to say Im not happy with customer care, the vehicle seemed like it was done well but I over paid by a long shot.... wouldnt surprise me if some embezzlement was going on in this joint theyre crooks!! Long story short take your vehicle somewhere else.....smh

I was rear ended and went to Laramie GM for the repair. Lonny fought for the other drivers insurance to provide my vehicle with new parts. He made sure the vehicle was going to be repaired the way it should be and not use the used parts the other persons insurance was trying to push on me.

Got my car back in worse shape than when it was dinged up from an accident, and they refuse to accept any responsibility.
