I had some work done on my steering collum and it was not properly tightened up and fell apart in my lap as I was driving. It cost me $325. To have fixed properly on the side of the road. I notified them of the issue and now getting told that they will NOT reimburse the 325 that I had to pay for there mess up. Now my electric is shut off at my house because I had to use my bill money to fix the only transportation I have for me and my daughter. I am a single parent struggling and I am not the only one that has issues with there shop
Tyrrell Ford is AMAZING. Nicole was the sweet girl that helped us during our struggles. We were traveling and pulling a camper from Indiana to Yellowstone and our check engine light came on. While they had no appointments, she said they’d try to squeeze us in and she also recommended a campground for us. Very friendly, professional, and even she was knowledgeable. (Not that she shouldn’t be, but she wasn’t the actual mechanic.) They knew this was a detour for our vacation and while we tried to make the best of it, we certainly werent thrilled. Nicole also recommended restaurants as she knew we weren’t from the area. (Way to go above and beyond Nicole!!) Well they were able to fix it within one day! With new spark plugs, we were off to continue on with our vacation! THANKS TYRRELL FORD!!!
I usually don’t do reviews- but this place has always gone above and beyond! We bought a car from here last year and have been super happy with our purchase. Whenever we take it for regular maintenance upkeep, we receive amazing service and prices. They treat you like a loyal customer. Kind staff, honest people. Last week, I had a hole in my tire and I was on my way out the door to work..they managed to squeeze me in last minute and repair my tire for free. If anyone is looking to buy locally, I definitely recommend.
What a dishonest and chauvinistic group. Called ahead to ask about price negotiation and they assured they could get closer to what I needed… After driving an hour and a half they said they didn’t know if they could or not so no they can’t change the price. To that off with the worst customer service of ever experienced and completely ignoring my wife and then talking snotty to her when we said something (multiple people). There manager said he didn’t think anything was done wrong. We walked out on buying my dream truck because we were treated so poorly. Not to mention the tires on the truck were so dry rotted I was scared to even test drive!
After driving 1.5-2 hours, We were told they did not have the parts to fix the vehicle. After a month of no communication I finally called back, they did have our parts (But for some reason did not call us) I scheduled an appointment over the phone. When we took the vehicle in for the work to be done, We were told that we did not even have an appointment for the work, that fortunately they were able to fit us in that day. Then we were called to run an extra key over. The person that was given our key did not write any of the information down at the desk so the service department did not know whether that was our key or not, and they did not call to verify. We were supposed to pick it up after hours and it was not complete. Now we have to figure out how to get back over and pick it up whenever they actually have it finished. Very frustrated and disappointed with every encounter we have had at this location!!
The mechanics that work here are absolutely terrible. They can never fix anything right the first time. After taking several days or even weeks to attempt fixing your car, you will find yourself needing to return because your car was not correctly fixed, meaning you will be left without your car once again for at least 2 weeks longer. The only reason I return is because my car is still under warranty. Once my warranty expires I will never return. Next time I look to buy a new Ford, I will look somewhere that doesnt have the name Tyrrell in it.
On the road thru WY on a Saturday check engine light came on pulled into dealership with trailer attached. Barb and Jeremy came out and were amazing!! Jeremy is a fantastic Machanic, knowledgeable and friendly and got us back on the road in under an hour. Thank you very much!!
I have brought my car into this Ford dealer two times for general service. The first time I brought it in went seemingly ok, but shortly thereafter I started getting warnings that the transmission was overheating. I took it back to the dealer who said nothing was wrong with it, but I was still getting the issue so I took it into a Ford dealer in another town who immediately identified that there was an extra 2 quarts of transmission fluid was put into the car. This could only have been done during that initial service and could have damaged my car. When I told Tyrell about the issue they were very unapologetic and unconcerned about it. For the more recent service, I asked them just to do regular maintenance and rotate the tires. They did not rotate the tires (and couldnt give me a reason why they didnt want to do it) and the next day, I noticed the bottom weather guard under the engine compartment was dragging on the ground, which was not doing that when I brought it in. So not only did they not do what I asked them to do, they messed up a part of my car just doing some simple maintenance. If they werent the only Ford dealer in a 50 mile radius, I would never bring my car anywhere near them again, nor ever buy a vehicle from them ever.
Recently purchased a new-to-me vehicle at Tyrrell Ford. I traded in my previous vehicle, which I also bought from this establishment in November of 2016. My salesman was Richard, and he was great. It was nice being able to continue my business with the same person, who knew me and remembered my previous purchase, because it just felt more personal and less generic than a car dealership can tend to feel.Melissa was the financial person and she was very friendly and eager to explain anything I needed clarification on. She joked around and was fun to do business with.Highly recommend this business, I will definitely be going back for my vehicle service and/or sales needs!
Ive been going to Tyrrell Ford for service on my vehicle for years and everyone there is always so friendly and helpful. Bart has been helping me search for a new vehicle and he is the best! He has been going to the ends of the earth to find me the right vehicle. He really knows his stuff (not just Fords) and I would highly recommend seeing him for the best customer service.
I am a loyal Ford service person. I had 4 new tires put in my Ford. Took 3 hours and when I got home one was flat and the other looked bad too. Checked PSI all under and no caps on the air plugs. Bad mechanic and I could have gotten into an accident, they should be fired after I spent over 1,000 and have to go back in.
Bought my little zip zip (Ford Escape) with Richard Noe in 2019 it was a great experience i didnt feel lied to at all!! He was super helpful and patient with my lack of vehicle purchase experience! Unfortunately my sweet little SUV was totalled and I will be using Richard to purchase my next vehicle! Great dealership great people!

I had a tranny service at this place and the service guy forgot to roll my window up and it started to rain. The service manager gave me an one-year warranty on electronic parts. Then my satellite radio broke down the next day and it turned out is the satellite receiver on the drivers side on the vehicle, where all the rain was. They decided not to fix my satellite radio because the service manager said he couldnt see how water went in there. I guess they dont want to take their responsibility and fix their mistake when it comes to an expensive part. As the service manager Brian said we can replace those switches but not the satellite radio.. My worst maintenance experience here.

Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I was on my way through to Idaho and had a wheel bearing go out. I called and explained it was time sensitive and an emergency. I asked if they could just look at the car in my emergency situation but was told they wouldn’t even consider looking at it until 4 days later. Luckily I found another shop in town and they got my car in right away, even though they had a full line of cars ahead of me. If I’m ever in Laramie again I will never give them my business. I’ve had multiple family members stuck in Laramie before and this dealership has been nothing but a disappointment.
I would give this dealership zero or minus stars if I could. They sent out a promotional flyer in the mail. It states clearly that the key starts the vehicle and/or if the numbers match, I win the car. I have the key and my numbers match, but no car? The content is deliberately false and misleading just to get warm bodies through the door. That speaks volumes about how poorly they view potential customers.When I brought in the flyer, the manager and owner became increasingly rude, arrogant and condescending to me in defense of the flyer. Needless to say, I left without my prize.It’s more than pathetic when a business or individual resorts to trickery to achieve their goal.I would not recommend this dealership for any purpose!I will be contacting the state attorney’s general and be be surprised if anything is done in the protection of the citizens. But, I am going to try!
Went to look at a Tahoe and before they would even let us look inside dealer Kegan took us inside and asked for information. As he is asking about information I’m telling him we just want to look inside. He continued to ask questions. When we test drove the vehicle we couldn’t drive it out of the lot and when he did let my fiancé drive it, he told her when and where to go. We did not have a good experience with the dealer. Do not recommend this place.
I Recently had a experience with this Ford dealership that I would like to share . I think that everyone should read this . So I own my own service industry so I believe in the review process to one help the public my great choices for service and to give the provider proper merit when deserved.My diesel truck suddenly died on I 80 east of Laramie .I call this Ford dealership the service advisor was happy to help me find the correct tow company to assist me . 1st starI was towed in at 9:00 . Now keep in mind I was a suprise for them . They worked me into the schedule.Now this is the best part . I am the worlds worse customer for anyone . I been in the service business my entire life so I ad a certain level of stress to the situation .But this dealership worked with me, stuck with it and put me back on the road . Being a newly owned dealership I feel the are progressing at a rapid rate .The general manager Dean took time from his busy day to listen to my concerns, Amy the office manager was great to deal with . She took time from her day to meet with Troy the service manager to work out the situation quickly and provide quick service and a reasonable rate to resolve my issues .I believe that they had Justin the shop foreman do the repairs on my truck . This guy is a very knowledgeable, hard working, polite man . He is a real class act .I know hard hard it is to open a new business, but this dealer is building a team of players to provide excellent service. $280 for a diagnostic test save the money and go to any other place in Laramie or buy yourself a scanner for $40 at an auto parts store. I certainly will not be going here anymore and you shouldn’t either. I would gladly like a break down of how a diagnostics cost $250 and what $15 in supplies they seem to have charged me for?
Well back in May or June I took my car in to their Service Center to get a check engine light fixed. They had my car for 2 weeks! During that time they recommend me to fix other stuff in the car as well. So I do. After the 2 weeks I got my car back to have to pay $2000 in labor and parts. So I pay it and get my car back. On my way home the check engine light came back on... So I called Ford Service Center again and schedule for them to have my car for a few more days which turned out to be weeks and weeks of them having my car off and on until now. They finally came to the conclusion that the reason they can’t get the check engine light off is because of the timing build or chain. So they want $1200 to fix that after they have wasted all sorts of my time and money. Troy and Justin in the Service Center have continued to screw me over and kept telling me they would resolve the issue only to hold my car for a week at a time running tests just to tell me 3 months later you “think“ it’s the timing built. Why would I spend $1200 on something you think. So far your thinking has been wasting a lot of money and time!! So because this has been such a shady ordeal and because Troy and Justin promised to make it right and did not, I don’t ever want to own a Ford again!!!!!!!!!! And what’s worse is during the 2-3 months I been dealing with them to fix my car not once did I even get to meet the actual mechanic working on my car. Ford has proven to me to have lying employees with empty promises and lousy mechanics. And cars that have the check engine light come on that show up codes for parts to be replaced even though it’s not the part that is messed up.
I purchased a Dodge Grand caravan from the White University Motors in Laramie Wyoming. This experience was beyond exceptional. The price was superb. The sangfroid very pleasant personalities worked together to ensure my experience was memorable. The price was reduced and the vehicle was upgraded while I was served hot beverage. The communication and conversations were enjoyable and didactic. I learned so much. The holistic pedagogical knowledge and experience of the employees like Mr. Noe of White University definitely fits the name. The diversity of the vehicles and staff is superior. These exceptional individuals can resolve any vehicular issue and most of all made me feel magnificent for making an outstanding choice at White University Ford. I personally believe White University Ford is the best dealership in Laramie Wyoming. It must be. Its a University.
Meg was great! She knew her stuff.I was a bit leary of the process of purchasing a vehicle early on, but I did a bunch of research prior to buying, and during the process. It looked like it was going to be one of those back and forths that you do. That didnt happen though - and Im glad. These guys were on the straight and narrow. Id recommend them to anyone.I was a bit surprised to see them not wearing masks for the most part. After all, that is a courtesy to other people in this day and age. But I think thats pretty minor at the end of the day.One other thing I can think of - which is stupid - is they need to update their forms to look like its not 1975. But its just a form.

Had transmission issues at night passing through Laramie, we pulled into White University Ford after hours and saw someone on the sales floor, they were kind enough to open their doors and talk to us about our issue. They got us in first thing the next morning and fixed our issue. It’s rare to find a place that is as willing to help someone in need like White University Ford did for us! AMAZING service. Best service I’ve ever had at a ford dealership. I live an hour an a half away and am willing to make the trip every time for their quality of service. Justin was very attentive and answered all of my questions. He even came and found me two times to let me know where they were at on my vehicle. I was told it would take 3 hours for my vehicle to be serviced and it only took an hour. Prices were very reasonable as well. Every employee was very patient, calm, professional, and felt like family when you walked in.

Had an extremely poor experience with Tyrell Ford Service. I would recommend going elsewhere, if you have the option. I had a late model vehicle that had a blown engine that Tyrell Ford replaced the engine under warranty through Ford. After taking months to fix, I arrived to pick up the vehicle to drive it home. It took them over an hour to find where they had placed the keys. Once I got on the road and made it a whopping 30 miles before the engine overheated. The vehicle had to be towed to a competitor, which quick realized that a coolant hose was installed incorrectly and once the system pressurized, it quickly overheated. Tyrell Ford Service Department made no effort to fix and remedy the issue and ensure I was assisted as a customer. After me calling the Service Dept. 3 times (not once being called back, even though advised that I would be), I was directed to call Ford Customer Service. It is sad to me that a company is not willing to stand behind their work and ensure satisfactory customer service.
Great buying experience. Ronnie Armijo is a complete professional when it comes to guiding you through the process, answering questions, and being upfront about all the details. I was more than pleased with my trade-in offer too. The sales managers and other staff were great to work with as well.
Newly moved to Laramie, I was desperate to find a ride for my family which would be reliable even in the snowy season. After a tour to dealers in town, I found a Ford Explorer at this dealership. AJ was sincere enough giving me trust. Including experiences in South Korea, I can say this was the most pleasant purchase for an used car. Highly recommended.
After trying to sell my truck on my own for a while, I decided to go to Whites and see what they would give me for trade in value. The dealer stereotypes do not apply to these guys! My salesman, Alex is a great guy and was not pushy at all. The value that they gave me for my truck was much higher than expected and I walked away with a gem of a truck for a manageable price. Great job by my salesman William Noe. I truly believe he worked to find me just the right truck. I do not know about the rest of the staff at WUM but Mr. Noe was showing a great effort. I think the price was ok but the truck itself is just right. He seemed to take his time after the sale to work with the transition to the new vehicle.
I have to give Tyrell Ford a one star rating. Not because of their service, but, because I took my car in today for an oil change and not ONE person besides myself had a face covering on. I wore a mask in case I am asymptomatic with Covid and I wanted to protect them. They obviously did not care to protect me, their customer. I found that very disturbing and will not be taking my vehicle back there until they respect and care for their customers and require their employees to wear face coverings!

We are highly satisfied with our car buying experience at Whites University Motors, Laramie. The sales person who helped us with the purchase (Anthony Romero) was amazing. He knew everything about the vehicle we were interested in. I walked into the dealership having no clue about Fords crossover SUV Ford Escape. Anthony explained the options and models available patiently. When we wanted a different color and options, both he and his manager went out of their way to find the right SUV for us for the same price. It took just one day for them to get the SUV here. They both are great and I strongly recommend them. I also think Ford Escape is a great SUV. The interior is both attractive and comfortable. The 2.0 L engine we chose is powerful and the Titanium options are cutting edge. Totally amazing!

I was not expecting to get a car when I went into Whites University Motors. But the staff there was so helpful and nice. They found the perfect car for me and my family and I can not be happier. I will always go through them when I am looking for a vehicle. I have been to other dealerships that were not nice and were very pushy but they gave me different options and explained everything to me. I am so thrilled with my new vehicle and the customer service I received from their whole staff.

I took my truck in because I needed a new engine. Luckily my warranty covered it but it took a very long time and seemed like they were dragging their feet a lot when it came to helping me. I didn’t seem like a priority whatsoever and I was rarely informed of any updates. Very poor customer service.
What a joke. They have to resort to tricking people into thinking they won $1000 just to get them through the doors. If your shopping for a new or used car do your self a favor and go across the street to GM. Even if you want a Ford Laramie GM will get it for you and they are straight forward and honest. What a shame a car dealer needs to trick people into walking through the door

I am editing my previous review (see picture). I am extremely disappointed with this dealership and will recommend them to no one. I was in a messy situation with my previous vehicle deemed a total loss, a limited insurance payout, and a limited amount of time in a rental car. I was on a tight budget with a short time frame, all of which the salespeople working with me at Whites were aware of.For starters, the team at Whites knew I was coming up from Boulder to test drive an older used Ranger. Some counties in Colorado, including Boulder, require an emissions inspection upon registering a vehicle. I knew I was buying a cheap old truck but I at least thought it would be legal for me to drive. The previous owner of the vehicle, one of the technicians at Whites, had presumably tampered with the emissions controls (removed the catalytic converters, disabled dash lights, etc.). This is federally illegal to do. I did not realize that the truck had been tampered with until an inspection was performed by my personal mechanic just over a week after purchasing the vehicle. Because the check engine light was disabled, the truck unknowingly had three engine codes. With all of the issues regarding the trucks emissions controls, I would have been laughed out of any emissions inspections center and unable to register the truck.I was very excited to be buying a used Ranger from a Ford dealership, thinking there would be some merit in having a safety inspection performed by Ford-certified mechanics. Following the 50-point safety inspection I found out that the same technician who previously owned this vehicle was the same technician who performed the inspection. This is an appalling conflict of interest. The safety inspection report did not mention a thing about disabled dash lights or missing parts. Upon purchasing the vehicle I asked to speak to the mechanic who performed the inspection. He was conveniently on vacation but I was promised he would give me a call when he returned. I ignored every bad gut feeling about this truck and continued with the purchasing process anyway.Overall I feel grossly taken advantage of. This dealership knowingly took advantage of my stressful situation and pressured me into making a large purchase I was not completely comfortable with. At least one employee knew this vehicle had been illegally tampered with, yet the dealership had it on the lot. They even went as far to use one of their mechanics previously owning it as a selling point and my salesman told me he wouldnt sell me a vehicle he wouldnt put his own daughter in. I am extremely concerned about the integrity of this dealership.I will give them credit in that they were cooperative in refunding my money in full upon my return of the truck in as purchased condition. However, this was a large inconvenience for me coming up from Boulder, taking time off of work, finding someone to drive me back home, etc. All in all I am chalking it up to a learning experience but I can confidently say I will never recommend this dealership to anyone.
All around the best! This is my 2nd vehicle purchase from here, and they were the first ones I thought of to find me the best vehicle for my family and I. On top of it, they are delivering it to Iowa for me! You cant beat that kind of service and loyalty to their customers!

The team were expedient, professional, and were a welcome breath of fresh air from dealing with the bigger city dealerships along the front range. I would highly recommend anyone to give the dealership a call next time you are looking for a vehicle, new or used.
I have been driving a 2017 Ford Escape since September of 2017, and overall, the vehicle has had minimal problems functionally and I have had regular maintenance. The one detriment to my overall satisfaction of my vehicle is that the steering wheel is noticeably crooked and makes the overall driving experience miserable. The rest of the vehicle runs great, a quiet engine and a smooth ride but a steering wheel being even a few degrees crooked is enough for me to regret my purchase ultimately. I did take my vehicle in with concern over a crooked steering wheel and the attitude towards it seemed dismissive as it apparently wasn’t crooked enough to warrant any receptive attitude from the service department. They want to get vehicles in and out as quickly as possible with no nonsense. I left discouraged that there was nothing that could be done about it. Upon buying the vehicle I was told a crooked steering wheel was an easy fix and just to call for service, however this was not as easy as they implied. Consequently I ended up taking my vehicle to other locations to see if there was anything they could do, to no avail but definitely less money in my wallet. Whites University has generally okay service in my opinion, however I’m concerned that Ford Company itself has a disregard for overall quality of a vehicle. Now I can’t wait to get rid of my Ford and my experience with my Escape will make me more selective and less impressionable in the future.

Although I live in Colorado, I work in Laramie and had an emergency in which I had some repairs done at Whites University Motors. I was very pleased, and am now having all of my work done by them! I recently had an oil change/checkup done, and it was less expensive and took a shorter period of time than I thought that it would! Very satisfied customer!
We couldnt have asked for a better car buying experience. We did a lot of research and contemplated shopping out of state to get the best deal, but after doing some comparing we decided to check out Whites University Motors because their prices were very competitive, and we are very glad we did. Andrew Hoffman was our salesman. He came in on his day off to show us the car we were interested in. We loved it but it was outside of our budget. (We are a family of 5 living off one income and were all packing into a Honda Civic.) So he and the used vehicle manager, Thomas Cosand talked it over and actually came back with a price less than our budget. We were shocked at how willing they were to help us get the best car for our family. Our kids were so excited when we picked them up from school that day. We would highly recommend Whites University Motor to anyone, and will definitely be giving them our business in the future!
The sales team at Whites was really impressive it only took us about an hour to get all the numbers worked out before they closed they were really willing to go the extra mile for us. If I had one complaint it would be that they need to communicate better with each other the next day we went in to get all our paperwork signed and there was some break down in communication from the people that helped us the first day then the next in the end it all worked out and we left happy

Called today and spoke with a lady named Rosie, and she was extremely informative and helpful. She answered all my questions and was very nice and patient with me while I asked all my questions. All customer service people should be as friendly and informative! This evening I drove away in a new truck from Whites University Motors and cannot remember a more satisfying experience! My salesman, Jared Williams, and his boss, Darin Porter, were amazing professionals. I was in and out in less than three hours! Love my car, and I especially love Whites University Motors of Laramie. Their showroom is beautiful and the sale approach very low key. Jared even listened to me prattle on about Donald Trump and my hopes for the future of our country. He could have easily shut me down, but he listened patiently. :-) Their inventory is nicely displayed, their approach is entirely approachable, and are therefore a credit to the Ford Oval! Good going you guys!!
SCAM!! Terrible business, they send out flyers that make it seem like you won a prize. When you come in they reveal to you that you actually didn’t win anything but need to keep coming in to get a matching winning number. Saw a young kid walk all the way from the dorms thinking he won something, and have to walk all the way back sadly. This type of marketing doesn’t even make any sense, just wastes peoples’ time and makes them never want to buy from this dealership. Good job whites university, I will never buy a car from you........genius marketing guys.
Reported to the FTC and the BBB for their false advertising. I suggest you do the same. Hope they enjoy the class action lawsuit from the people of Laramie. Car dealers are known for being scummy but these guys really are really shameless.

Ive always found Whites University Motors to be both well informed regarding my Ford product, and reasonable in their repair estimates. I also appreciate their very high level of customer service. Im very happy with the work theyve done for me and fully intend to use their services in the future.
My initial experience was not the most pleasant I have had at a dealership. Felt generally unwelcome. Had an appointment I made to look at a truck I was interested in and do a possible trade in. First, the truck was already sold (had sold over the weekend), which is fine, its a business, but I expect a phone call in that situation. Ended up looking at new 6.7L diesel, where they used some pretty crude sales tactics and I walked away. Was not happy with the way they treated me, especially in regards to the Military rebate etc. They definitely lacked the tact and professionalism I have experienced at other dealers. They called the next day to try and fix the problem, trying to make things right, which I appreciate. I worked with a gentlemen named Ronnie Armijo, who was outstanding. I did walk away with a new truck today, a minuscule cheaper ($200) than the day before. They can thank Ronnie for my business. Hes literally the one reason I bought the truck. Would expect in the future this isnt something I would have to go through twice to make a deal.
They set up an appointment for us to appraise my car and for us to look at one of theirs, had been talking to them for 2 days, and 15 minutes before the appointment they call and say someone else is looking at it and may buy it, so we need to wait to see if its sold or not. Never again will I deal with them, as they didnt even put us at the top of list, they took a walk in and sold it out from under us.

I took my 2018 F150 and the diagnosis was great, it needed to be aligned. However they could not align my truck because their equipment would not work on the stock tires and wheels of my truck. I had to take the truck to the competition to get it fixed.

Took my 1 ton in for alignment they did a great job and they didnt try to sell me steering parts at 6 times the price I could buy them a oreillys like the place I took it two days before. Read reviews on repair shops in Laramie before you take your vehicle in I recommend ford service done right no extra bull
I have bought all my vehicles from Ford. The service has always been nothing but great. All the individuals in the service department have always been very helpful and pleasant. All my services on my vehicle have been done in a timely manner and done well.

My boyfriend called ahead for me and made an appointment, explaining that my air compressor was smoking, we had it disconnected by another mechanic so I could drive it for the time being and I needed it replaced under my warranty. The appointment was made about a week in advance which is already inconvenient. When I dropped it off I was told my appointment was only for an oil change. So whoever spoke with my boyfriend apparently spent fifteen minutes on the phone with him just to ignore everything he said. I said ok, Im leaving it anyway, if you made the appointment incorrectly thats on you and you need to figure it out. Its been there for three days now and hasnt even been looked at yet. Nobody has made any attempt to contact me and give me an update, Ive had to call in everytime. Additionally, when I walked in to drop it off for the appointment nobody even greeted me. I had to just stand there while they ignored me until finally I said hello, Im here to drop my car off. What universe is this kind of service acceptable in? Its just downright rude. People are here to give you their hard-earned money, at least dont act like its an inconvenience. Meanwhile my boyfriend has to drive me around everywhere now because I dont have a safe vehicle to drive and my car just lives at the Ford dealership for the time being. If I didnt have a warranty I wouldnt take my car here ever again. I have no trust in this place.
Probably the best buying experience I have ever had.. salesman and finance manager were on point to what I was looking for as far as vehicle and price. Will definetly make the drive over the hill every time I need to have anything done or another new vehicle

Parts I was charged for were way over priced. By over $100 and only a 2 year warranty. When the part I found had a 4year warranty. Took 2 days extra to get the job done than what I was told it would take. So I lost 2 days of work. Part of the problem I took my car in to get fixed was there fault but I still got charged to fix it. Ive been a loyal customer for 3 years and they pull this. Just amazing.
