VERY small Walgreens, but the pharmacy part seemed normal sized. Inside they had a limited selection of stuff, but we got a small tube of toothpaste and were happy.We walked here from Grand BLVD Urgent Care and they said it would be 5 minutes to fill our two prescriptions. Inside and the drive through were busy but the pharmacist (actual) took his time answering our questions. Wed go back for prescriptions but for toothpaste or other sundries, you may want to find a store with more square footage. This Walgreens is a converted bank building.

Customer service is great! That’s why I’m giving two stars instead of one. The problem I had was I ordered a prescription, and they didn’t have it, instead of letting me know they didn’t have it, they gave me a different one, charged my insurance, and didn’t consult me or my doctor about this switch beforehand. The new prescription did not work for me, I had to go to a different pharmacy and pay out of pocket for their mistake. Very disappointing.

Unprofessional is an understatement. Had to jump through hoops to prove they made an error when entering in personal information. After the prescription was finally handed over a gentleman told me to go ahead leave, head home and relax. When I asked the guy what he said, he replied yeah I said go home and relax. Mrs Pence should reevaluate the mans position with their company

Had to wait until the 1st for my medication even though my doctor gave them the go-ahead. Then when I tried to pick them up on the 1st their computers were down and couldnt bill my insurance so I cant get them after a week of waiting or pay $200 more for my meds. It also somehow takes 20 minutes to fill 30 pills into a bottle when I always see at least 6 people working there...

They have an attitude problem about expired IDs. WYDOT is closed because of the pandemic.

Saved me a BUNCH of money by searching or a discount! Love Walgreens!

Be aware to wait 30 minutes then another 15, they will come up with excuses about filling your order when it should have been done before you got there.
