Elizabeth did a great job on my nails. I got a full acrylic set, with a design that I asked her to do. They came out perfectly. And she was really quick as well. I think I found my new mani home!

I came here for a spray tan and the girl who helped set up my appointment and show me how to work the machine was quiet but friendly and did nothing wrong but I could not hear the machine so I messed up my spray tan. (my fault) (first time getting a spray tan) I come out and said I messed up and the blonde lady at the desk had a straight face, made it seem like she didn’t care that I messed up my spray tan. I did not feel welcomed at all. Would rather much get a refund then come back to this place.

My experience everytime I go there is amazing

I would like to say I am normally very understanding and patient but this is ridiculous. I am legally blind and have always had a hard time doing my nails so I thought I’d try out a nail salon. In addition I have terrible anxiety and actually sat in the car crying for ten good minutes before I went in because I was nervous. When I went in, I wasn’t greeted or asked what i was there for, nor was I told I could take a seat. Then when I was called over I was not given even the slightest “hi, how’s it going?” Like I said, this is my first time to a salon, so I guess I can’t say much about how professional filing and buffing works, but I do know that in my experience, when you file nails you don’t normally stop when they get jagged. I went in for a buff and polish and as I mentioned I am LEGALLY BLIND and I paint my nails better than this. Like, I really want to think, “Oh well, we all make mistakes” because that’s what I normally do, but I was ignored, much like the bases of my nails which were noticeably uncovered in some spots. She started working on another customer during my appointment, leaving me sitting there with no idea what was going on. She was much more conversational with that customer, and made no attempt to communicate with me at all. She complained about my short nails, and when I left, I had nail polish smeared on the top of my finger. How can you get nail polish on my finger when YOU CANT EVEN GET IT ON THE WHOLE NAIL?To say the least, this was not a positive first experience at a nail salon.

Love Charlie! She was honest with me about what to expect with my hair color, explained how long the process would take, and how much it would cost to achieve the look I was going for. More importantly is what she wasnt willing to do. She was NOT willing to compromise the integrity of my hair to make a quick buck. I have another appt. already set up and cant wait.Ive also been matched up with makeup here and had my brows waxed a few times. Always had great service.

As you can tell from my photos I have been going to Absolute Acrylic for a long time. This business has always been 100% professional and friendly when ever I have gone here. You can tell that Liz is not only professional but also passionate about the work she does. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed a fix she has always accommodated or answered me with a friendly demeanor and in a timely manor. I would highly recommend Absolute Acrylic to anyone and everyone because they are so caring about their work and are always going above and beyond.

When I moved to Laramie in Nov 2018, Absolute Acrylic was the first shop I tried. And I’m so glad I did Liz makes every effort to connect with her clients and to make the experience fun and fast.My most recent appointment was this past Thursday before Easter. I had a great time laughing and chatting with Liz during my appointment and my nails look significantly better then when I walked in.I was there during the customers review beneath me that gave her 1 star. The young woman was greeted immediately, checked in and seated at Liz’s station the moment she was off the phone.I was in the waiting area the entirety of her visit and heard Liz make every effort to connect with this young customer to no avail. This girl was shy and gave one worded answers.When I did join Liz at the station to start my fill, the young woman was drying and I complimented her nails and tried to include her in our conversation. She didn’t respond.It’s disheartening to see someone who works so hard get a bad review because a customer decides that black nail polish wasn’t a great idea and wants their money back.

I have been going to Absolute Acrylic for 10 years. I have tanned, spray tanned, acrylic nails, gel nails, and pedicures. The owner is the most professional and talented person I know. You will come leave her presence beautiful on the outside and inside just being around her. Her positive attitude, can do spirit, and compassionate heart make her spa a wonderful experience for all.

I have been going to Absolute Acrylic for 6 years and am always very happy when I leave. Liz is absolutely amazing at doing my nails and being a nail tech myself I have very high standards! It is also very nice to be able to pick up my Bare Minerals make up while I am there, instead of driving an hour to get what I need. I love Absolute Acrylic.

Im not usually a 5 star giver but Absolute Acrylic is hands down best place in town for nails and pedicures!! They also sell Bare Minerals Makeup and Skin Care which is awesome. Now instead of guessing if you are ordering the right shade you get to try it out 1st!

I do not live in Laramie but liz did my legally blind nieces nails. My brother sent me pictures. They looked horrible. Leaving her in the chair to work on another customer is less than sub par for a professional. My mother took her to a nail salon in Casper and they look tremendously better. Had I been there with her I would of asked for her money back. I will be reporting this to the BBB.

I went to Absolute Acrylic for a manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was fine. Im happy with the service and my toes look great! When I got to the manicure chair, however, things changed. My nails are only okay. I got the gel manicure, and it is already chipping only 2 days later. My technician was loud and began to curse while talking to a friend. There was nothing done to my cuticles, and exfoliation and nail scrubbing was done on my own (the lotion was put in my hands and then I was lead to a sink and told to scrub my nails before coming back to the chair). The music was loud, and both my technician and the owner knew several people coming in, and they talked with those people very loudly and about inappropriate topics. In addition, I paid $70 dollars for a gel manicure and pedicure, which is outrageous. Overall, if you dont mind a somewhat do-it-yourself manicure, and an atmosphere that is far from relaxing, then this is a great place. I will likely go elsewhere.

I had to go into Absolute Acrylic to get my girlfriend some bare minerals make up. All she gave me was a list of product names. The ladies working there were very helpful and got me everything I needed. I ended up leaving with a gift card for my mothers birthday as well.

Garbage nails. My nails may be short, but that doesnt mean that they have to be ugly. I got gel polish that is patchy, see-through, and nowhere close to my cuticles. Speaking of cuticles, this place doesnt pay any attention to them. No cuticle trimming or oil. I am giving two stars because my toenails turned out really well and Liz was somewhat friendly. After my pedicure, though, I was rushed through and now have trash fingernails. I have never used any of the other services offered, but do not recommend getting your nails done here.

I have been using the services at Absolute Acrylic since its opening and am impressed with the professionalism with which with Liz runs her business. She is always willing to work with new and old clients in scheduling and appointments. She has a variety of services and her staff is friendly. The shop is always clean and relaxing. I would and do recommend her to anyone.

I got my prom nails done here and they messed them up so bad. I set up a appointment for a manicure and pedicure, they said they didn’t have time?? Then what’s the point of making a appointment???

This place got me hooked on acrylics, and Im totally okay with it! I work at a hotel and guests are constantly complimenting my nails over the counter! I love it!Chelsea is very creative and passionate with her nail art, and I love the fact that when I dont know what I want, she ALWAYS manages to impress me. Ive also seen Lizs work, and the word that comes to mind to describe it would definitely be classy.I also tan here. It is the only reasonably priced tanning salon in Laramie--and this is coming from someone who used to be tanorexic. But if you really want to be smart, take advantage of their Versa Spa. I love that it has the moisturizing option! Looks super natural on me.Oh, and guys, dont think that just because its a salon, its just for girls. I see men in there tanning and getting pedicures quite a bit. In fact, it was a male that originally referred me.Now I tell all my friends to go here, and they do!And as far as the comment about the girls being loud and inappropriate I would say, this is false....and perhaps if you do not care for genuine conversation and a first-name clientele basis, go to the Chinese chop shops, where they can talk crap about you quietly in another language for your gentle and fragile ears.Seriously though...
