Great ice cream. They have unique flavors while still having simple flavor choices if youd prefer them. Ive noticed that some of the workers do other stuff while on the job but theyre always kind towards us anyways. Their pickle on a stick was weird to me at first and was a bit over priced, but its really delicious. Overall, great ice cream shop.

Weve been here several times over the last few years. Kids and wife love it! Random flavors and traditional waffle cone style. Decent price for local, in-house made ice cream 🍦 🍨. Customer service is good and welcoming. Fun/silly atmosphere.

We were stoping in to down town Laramie to take a break from the drive. Of course the kids and husband we out to find an ice cream shop. And guess what! We stumbled upon this jewel of a place. Supper cute decor! The young gals that served us we awesome as we were new and asking questions. They had lots of creative flavors to choose from and including the normal flavors. Skittles candy, peach cobbler, fireball was among the crazy flavors. Be warned the 1scoop is big if you get an ice cream cone! The ice cream was very fresh and perfect for the palette. The prices were great and they even give Military discounts. The place was clean. We will be back!

I adore this place! They dressed it up to look so cute with a touch of wild west flare. Their ice creams are homemade and so tasty! Their staff is always really friendly. On weekend nights during the summer this place is a mad house, because it’s so great!

I think it has been rated as the best ice cream in Wyoming, which would be no surprise! It has great ice cream and the decor is charming. We regularly stop here to get dessert after having a meal downtown.

I feel the staff wasnt the friendliest at the time, and didnt help us much with the questions we had. Didnt make us feel welcomed. My son got the cotton candy milkshake and loved it! Also, the short straw made it difficult to finish the (large) shake. Might find something that works better for your taller sizes. Overall he was excited about the flavor. We will try it again in the future!

This was on a cool little street in Laramie, it felt nostalgic just being there. I loved the atmosphere. The ice cream was a 4 out of 5. Laramie has a lot of homemade ice cream and so I found another place liked better otherwise it was perfect and would be my #1.

Went there last year with my family...Never again...Milkshakes were just over priced glasses of milk with no flavor..And my kids were not impressed with the flavors of the ice cream...A lot better places to spend your money..

Extremely rude!!!! Just because we didn’t have a mask, doesn’t give you the right to treat people horribly. If you require a mask then you need to supply them for people who do not carry them around with them everywhere. You could have at least been more polite about it! The masks are a joke!! You have forever lost my business and support!! FU!!!

This place is the best!! My husbands birthday was over the holidays and big dipper was closed for repairs. I reached out to see if at all possible they could make my husband a cake and boy did they come through. They made my husband the most delicious rocky road ice cream cake with full roasted almonds and the most amazing waffle cone crust....we ate the ENTIRE thing. This puppy was BIG too!! I have never been so satisfied by a dessert. This place is amazing and I will forever be getting my families birthday cakes from here. Thank you big dipper ice cream for making my husbands day special!!

One of my favorite places to bury my emotional baggage. If I didnt get extremely bloated after ice cream, Id be there way too often. Lots of fun flavors but espresso chip is my familys favorite. So lucky to have a nice local place to soothe the emptiness and remind you that everything will be okay.

Would not serve because I didnt have a mask. At first she said if it was okay with the other customer that was in the store who was not wearing a mask or his little girl. I mentioned that I cannot wear one and she shook her head no. I said do you want us to leave and she said yes. My 5 yr old grandson was devastated. I will NEVER grace the threshold of that store again.

Locally owned and locally run, their flavors are original healthy delicious and truly the best Laramie has to offer in the way of ice cream! Not cheap but well worth it. And fantastic service with a smile.

Really awesome ice cream! Found this place on a road trip from east coast to west coast when we needed a decent stop on national ice cream day. We drove 40 minutes out of the way heading from Custer State Park to Park City and it was totally worth it. I consider myself an ice cream snob and I was very impressed. My fav was the peanut butte chocolate chip.

The ice cream was really good, but overall it was not a great experience since the girls behind the counter apparently couldnt stop talking long enough to serve us. We were the only people in the shop and stood there awkwardly while they just kept on talking. Even when they served us, they kept on talking while we tried to request samples and acted like we were an inconvenience. It wouldve taken them two minutes of doing their job to serve us, then they couldve gotten back to their conversation in the empty shop and left us with a much better experience. The ice cream was awesome, definitely the best in Laramie, but were not going back because the girls working there were so rude.

Very cool old school ice cream shop vibe. Bar seats that face the street and big love seats let you enjoy your homemade ice cream in comfort. Staff is always friendly and prices are reasonable.

Ice cream was great as always. But its pathetic when employers let their staff do personal things while on the clock. You are getting paid to do a job, DO YOUR JOB! I understand that college is stressful and you are looking forward to spring break, but stop planning your week off while youre being paid to count my change, and actually count it. If you do count it maybe I wont have to argue with you because you shorted me. And when I point it out, dont give youre attitude. Apply yourself and take pride in all you do. You are lucky enough to live in a great country, and be able to get paid to scoop ice cream. Be thankful!

A great small town feel and wonderful homemade ice cream! It is a popular place to visit due to the fact that lines are often outside the ice cream parlor. They have many different flavors and it is priced fairly for the amount of ice cream you get. A fun place to hang out and eat great ice cream!

Delicious, homemade Ice Cream. Far superior to store bought ice cream. They use real butterfat in there icecream. They also offer gelato & sorbet. Great customer serviceand a warm atmosphere with plenty of places to sit inside. They have many flavors to choose from and they also change up there menu to allow for new flavors.

Just so/so ice cream. They tend to have a bunch of different flavors but they always lack pizazz. The staff is made up of high schoolers who make it very clear they dont want to be there. I would recommend dairy queen up the road if you want decent ice cream.

Lets be honest. The icecream was okay. There wasnt much flavor to it. I ordered the Health bar flavor since there wasnt much to select from. I paid $25.54 including tip for 3 people. I figured I would be getting something out of this world, but we could have went to a franchise and probably gotten better icecream.The service was snooty teenagers and making myself and my kids feels rushed on deciding and eating our basic icecream... the icecream would get 3 stars, but the service was the kicker.

I got a flavor of ice cream that was really gross and I asked for another one so they gave me another one. After they gave it to me they said, Oh, but you have to pay for it. I was a little upset of course, but I paided for it. Then, the owner came out and said that my mom and I were going to go to hell. I will never go there again.
