I’m in this store at least once a week. I check my app often for coupons and occasional freebies. It would be nice if the shelves were more stocked. Thankful for the gasoline rewards!

Pharmacy staff are INCREDIBLE!!! I cant say it enough times how amazing they are.As for the rest of the store. Today the bakery area smelled like raw sewage. Our checker couldnt even figure out what vegetables we had, she had to have her manager come to help her multiple times. She was extremely slow and I ended up having to do the bagging. Produce wasnt even stocked.This store has gone way downhill over the past few years. Luckily they have a great pharmacy team.

Came at 10.40 pm. I just needed a gallon of milk. It was closed. I think they are operating in a different time zone. I just wonder which one ET? CT?

The manager is super friendly. Clean and well stocked. The remodel made it look nice.

The dairy section needs work. Found eggs from July and the beginning of August and some expiring today. Milk expiring today in the back.

Definitely pricier than other grocery stores in town, but best quality and a better selection if youre looking for something that isnt sold at normal grocery stores

I have been shopping here for over three years. The quality of service seems to have gone downhill somewhat. Long lines, and waits are ridiculous.

Unlike the larger mega store in town, Safeway actually cares about your safety. My wife & I went there today and saw only one ignorant non complying anti-masker. If you are concerned about your health than I would recommend this store. They also have friendly and helpful staff, plus they have great selection of fruits, vegatables, meats and all the other items you expect to find at a grocery store.

Overall pretty good place to shop. They keep dropping items from there inventory so now I have to go buy 3 different things somewhere else. It was better when they were adding products instead of subtracting them!

Safeway use to have excellent weekly ads. This week they had 3 12 pks soda for 13.98 now Thats crazy. Went to king snoopers got 4 for 9.00

Not crowded, fast service, U was able to pop in crab lunch and leave within minutes.

Quality of the pharmacy and bakery has gotten worse. I switched pharmacy services and i go to Ridleys for bakery goods now.

Drive up and go service needs some improvements. When you check off for NO substitutions and they substitute anyway, thats a problem. But when they substitute for something that cost approximately 300% more, this is a bit rediculous. May not be using this service again.

The great store has good meat products good produce and you can find drinks there that you cant find anywhere else in town

Shelves were empty, and only one register was open with 12 people in line.

I brought a cake for my sons birthday but it was not in good shape and alot of cream I dont like their bakery

I almost always find what I need at Safeway. Their new liquor store is nice and they have a Starbucks for all you coffee addicts.

Usually the staff is very helpful. It gets really busy before a storm so watch your weather channel..it will determine whether or not it will be overly busy.

The old lady at the Safeway gas station needs to check her attitude or the owner or manager needs to check on her attitude…

Selection is best in town but town has limited choices. Good deli and usually good bakery. Good fish and sometimes good choice of seafood although they use to be great! Slow self checkout... doesnt work about 60% of the time. Best thing?? SELECTION

Found everything quick and the place is so neat and nice

NOTHING BUT AWSOMENESS !I cant eat Wal-Mart tube meat anymore as it hurts my stomach. Safeway grinds my ground chuck when I call and ask for it. All the staff are very nice and helpful and They have a much higher quality of food and is the best place in Laramie to by your groceries !

Love this store! Colton is always helpful and substitutes items for me when they are out. Highly recommend!I would like to see more smiles and friendliness from a few of the employees but Ethan is usually very friendly and talkative 🙂

Needs better parking.

It will be much better once they are done remodeling. It wasnt difficult to find the brand name items, but the bakery didnt have some of their bread items which I like to get.

Safeway is a solid grocery store. They often have excellent deals and fresh food thats prepared in house. With their new focus on customer service the store has markedly improved. Shopping here is easier than ever, and will only improve.

There always helpful but never aggressively trying to sell you things.

The store looks dirty, stuff all over the place.....Always have to wait in line....Never enough checkers....I really dont care to go to Safeways its just dirty looking all the time, it dont seem clean....One employee Daniel when he sees me is either always putting things in my cart, and stuff and I dont like that. Or he follows me around....He smells-----

We used to love Safeway, but recently we’ve opted for shopping elsewhere because the produce section is always so bare. If the produce was in stock and better quality, this would still be our preferred place to shop.

Was wonderful, most everyone had a face mask and keeping distance.

Blueberrys were too ripe and strawberries had no flavor. But darn good nectarines.

This is a top-notch grocery store. Bakery items are very good and the meat department is excellent with fresh cut Meats. The vegetables here are very fresh.

U got almost everything u need there but its way too expensive there. But the service is quite good tho. Wont have to wait long in a line, and u can check out yourself

Usually the best place in town for produce and fish. If they are not stocked up on items theres usually someone around to help. It can be pricey but if you have the Safeway app and use the coupon offers there you can usually get a pretty good deal. The parking lot is always busy, be careful and patient.

Staff is friendly and offers to help you. Store is clean, well stocked, and well organized. This location is a great place to shop. My regular location could use a short lesson in customer service standards from this one. Exactly the kind of grocery shopping experience that I expect when I walk into a Safeway store.

A little bacteria with your fudge pop? They sold me food that had completely thawed and they refroze it. What else do they allow to thaw and get so warm it liquified? The stick is suppose to be in the middle but it was so thawed it’s laying on the bottom of the wrapper! The box did not feel warm when I grabbed it. I went there specifically to buy treats. I bought it in the evening and drove ~half a mile and put it in my freezer. I’m pretty sure it was thawed and refrozen prior to me touching the box. I also bought some dove bars that didn’t have this issue.I no longer trust them and will not shop there again.They did immediately give me a refund.

Overall, this Safeway is okay. They don’t carry all the products we would like to purchase and sometimes their plant based section is scarce. I’m leaving a 4 star review because of the outstanding service we received from Steph, our cashier. She was VERY fast and even more friendly! Give that girl a raise!

Friendly people good prices. You can get free stuff occasionally with their app. And the gas discounts are nice.

I got a gift card for my birthday it took 15 days to get it fixed it was terrible experience tryed to by stuff and it didnt work. I until June 25,2020.

Directions down the aisles are strange

We find Safeway to be very convenient and offers pharmacy and liquor store under one roof. The only issue is their checkoit lanes can get long and other lanes arent opened. But in comparison with the big box retailer its easy to navigate and not feel rushed or crowded.
