Wow what terrible customer service! This liquor store refuses to stand behind the products they sell. After my 2nd 6 pack of infected beer I finally took it back to the Safeway Liquor store to get a refund on the 2nd 6 pack. They refused to refund me because they had a sign that says all sales are final. I dont care what their sign says they DO NOT stand behind the products they sell. Save your money and go across 3rd street to Ranger Liquor Mart or towards I-80 on 3rd street to Mulligans Pub & Package. Quality, selection and service BEYOND ANYWHERE ELSE IN LARAMIE at Ranger and Mulligans. I will also be stopping shopping for grocery at Safeway, after over 30 years of shopping there, and will be going to Ridleys. They have far superior meat and deli depts and the prices are far better at Ridleys in most cases anyway.
