Mike was very polite, professional and was able to get use exactly what we wanted at a great price! We even ended up picking out a bad for our master bedroom! Laramie Wy is an awesome town too. We will be back.

As the only hot tub seller in Laramie, it was our first choice. Friendly staff BUT after delivery of our hot tub, we are having serious issues with service and remedying issues with our Hot Spring spa. One technician says they’ll be there and then no shows. If you’re a Laramie local, I’d think twice about buying your hot tub here. You may get better service and save $$ in Cheyenne or Ft Collins.Tired of trying to figure out what’s wrong with my $13k hot tub and would think a local business would provide better service after the sale.
