Lew Shinestine, the shop owner was very helpful, fair and very informative with my purchasing needs. I am a first time winter sports shopper and will definitely get more gear from Westgate Sports and Trading Post. My friends and coworkers will be getting an earful from me next week. This place is great! The owner was very helpful, the equipment was great, and the prices are by far the cheapest in the area. The equipment was a clear step above the rental shop at the mountain! Definitely stop here on your way up to pick up your gear! Great shop and one of the few truly local shops left!

The equipment was good. The Old man behind the counter was flustered when 2 groups of people were in the store, he was very rude, very inappropriate with my sister. I cannot express how terrible the customer service was here. If 0 stars was possible this place would be it. Would not recommend.

These guys are great. Rentals are very affordable. And the prices beat anybody in the area.if you dont have the outdoor gear yet, you should definitely stop in on your way to the mountains.

The owner was a friendly and easy to talk to guy. However he tried to sell us everything and wasnt knowledgeable about snowboarding. Our lessons instructor told us his boards werent the right size.

I dont understand these negative reviews, these guys are great! Brought in a board and skis for waxing and I asked about my edges. Couldve easily said I needed a tune and charged me but was honest and said they were just fine. Also guided me on a board repair a few months back. Thanks for the great service!

Good Rental prices, but I would not buy from him with out doing your research as he has proposed deals to us that were more than the skis cost new. Very nice guy but make sure to add extra time in your schedule because he likes to talk.

The guy was kinda rude and gave us the wrong sizes on boots and a snowboard. But the prices were great. P.s. Dont break anything because hell call the cops on you make sure you have 45 min to spend. Hell yack youre ear off

The old man working here took forever. There were 7 people in the shop and he was having a panic attack. Took at least an hour for 3 of us. Would not recommend.

Had my board tuned. Guy did a mediocre job.

The price for renting snowboard boots for a day is great, but the quality of the boots is low. My socks were soaked within 2 hours and the sole was very thin.
