Lots of costume, many things for Halloween and celebration. Many different balloons and props. The staff is polite and helpful.Great managment staff.

This place is ok, but what you expect from your regular party city store. For Halloween they always overpriced their items. The staff is ok. I will give a 3 star rating because stores like this one are hard to find in Laredo, Texas. As this city grows then establishments will improve in their quality and stock quantities.

I was going to give a 1 star but the cashier was very nice at the end of our shopping. He reminded us of coupons and was just generally nice. Thanks so much for that:) Its refreshing to see one nice person working in Laredo.

High Quality party items. My go to place for balloons. Why, because whatever you buy there, they will inflate them for you for free (with receipt).

Overpriced party items... dont take your balloons to get inflated because they wont do it.... your balloons are not good enough for their helium. You must buy their $12 balloons......great. They tell you NO with a smile though. Great staff.

I can’t believe they charge for inflating balloons that you buy in store or online. They never did that before but their policy has changed. Ridiculous. I bought a bag of balloons for less than $4 on their website and was going to be charged over $20 to inflate them!! 🤣 return & good riddance 👋🏼

Well helpful and attentive by all stuff. Walked in with no idea on how to dress for Halloween and walked with the perfect outfit along with an appointment with a makeup artist. Will be killing it at my party!

I ordered curbside pickup only to be told that they dont have curbside pickup. The emails and website literally say CURBSIDE PICKUP AVAILABLE. Times are hard enough during the pandemic. I ordered balloons to be ready at 11 I arrived at 11:30 and they hadnt even begun to blow them up yet. This is terribly disappointing, not to mention frustrating. My mom ordered balloons from HEB and that went off without a hitch. Get your s*** together Party City manager whoever you are. Orders need to be given priority otherwise why offer ordering services at all?! Youre ruining a little girls birthday! Its 10 to 12 by the time my husband is able to bring the balloons out. Almost an hour late.

They have pretty much everything for partys, events, etc. On Halloween it gets crazy full, so if youre looking for a costume, its best to go early

Sales persons saw I was having trouble finding an item and he guided me to the aisle and the product. Very helpful.

While this store does carry some hard to find items, sometimes its harder to find someone to help you. The staff all have radios and it still takes a while for someone to come and help. Possible it was seasonal staff, had a hard time finding the products I was looking for. Place could be better kept up, cleaner.

Bad experience here.Was told I took an item to a clearance bin and wanted to claim that prices instead of the regular price.Young manager, very unprofessional and needs more training.My shop was very bad. No greeting, no help when asked. Once again laredoreans feel like its a inconvenience to help their guest.A lot of opportunities at this location.

I recommend shopping online. They remodeled the entire store. They were out of everything, and it was extremely difficult to find anything in there. The cashier was in such a rush that I forgot to buy something for the costume. The cashier was rude, and I do not recommend this store to anyone. The cashier did not let me put away my money before she called the next person.

Unorganized and outdated technology. They did not have a product and they encouraged us to order it in the store. The computer at the store is extremely slow I got fustrated and took my business elsewhere.
