I’m very disappointed with Visionworks. I’ve been coming to this store for years. I like coming here and shopping for the great prices and the customer service but it saddens me to shop when it’s extremely hot. There’s a whole in the ceiling and does not look professional. Come on Visionworks clean it up for your Satisfied customers!

Ive been a loyal customer for years and was highly dissapointed when they tricked me into getting glasses at 50 percent off with a coupon I received in the mail. I ended paying more than before and glasses are now taking forever to get after one orders them. Their marketing scheme is disgusting and fake. Im not going back.

I went to vision works twice today and had great experiences both times! The first man that helped me, Frank made sure I got the best deal and was totally understanding when I had to leave and come back and saved a couple pairs of glasses I had picked out.. when I went back Ruby helped me and was so patient with my indecisiveness, gave honest opinions and helped me finally decide on the perfect pair of glasses! Not only did visionworks have the best selection, they had so many that I was torn between several pairs! They had so many cute and in style glasses! I will def go here anytime I need more glasses!
