Ended up cancelling load because shipper never got product ready wasted 2 days waiting

Every provider and customer, be very careful with AR brokers! We having now BIG ISSUE due to payments they owe us. The amount of 31,000 is held by them for 6 months now with out any answers. They are not answering neither calls nor messages. Javier, the owner of the company, lied several times about reasons of delay with payment. We are going to proceed to the next step to get this amount. BIG NO NO ON USING THEM! IF ANYONE ELSE HAD OR HAVING THE SAME ISSUE PLEASE CONTACT ME.

3 hour tour 3 hour tour. Expect a 3 hour wait while they HAND load 1000 boxes of toiletpaper.Good people though. Friendly and courteous.

One of the slowest wineries to unload that gone are not friendly at all and the parking lot is not to say the least and the operator of loads loads Cesar Cardenas an arrogant and rude person zero kindness with this staff 11 hours and still cannot unload.
