Would have given it a 1 based on my first time when everything went wrong, but I wrote it all down and came back prepared and there were no problems except a tight dock to back into .Both times I delivered batteries and used the Union Pacific Blvd entrance. First thing u must do is take East Point Drive to Union Pacific and make a right into the facility. If I turn left into the drive, its a $300 fine. Theres a raggedy-*** sign out front that u wont notice until u are making the turn. Useless. They will also make you leave and come back the right way. Grdshk cks pprwrk, u pull up, they take a pic of the seal, then u brk the seal and open the doors. They give u a door assignment. U drop the landing gear and release the red air line. They will check 2c if u did all of this before they touch your trlr. They put an orange flag on drvr side, unld u. Remove the flag when they are done. U must leave immediately and leave trlr doors open. They will hand u paperwork or leave it in back of trlr

Must have appointment for pick up and delivery, and they open at 9, and this how you lock the restroom door in case you don’t know,

This place is a mess. You have to stay on street until god know when.They take long long time to give you doorIt is tight tight place

This place is no good to load . Trash, they take forever to get u in a door. Stay away. You been warned.

Appointment at 7am, not open till 9am. 3 other drivers from different carriers also with times before open. Was not unloaded till about 12pm and had to cancel next load which was for 10am. Local drivers get attended first regardless if you were docked before them, so deliveries will have to wait till they feel like unloading you. Space is also tight and local drivers will block you. Overall avoid this place if you have a choice or pass.

Very professional. Some docks are easy to back to but there are some difficult ones to back to. There is overnight parking. The street comming here is difficult to turn into. After you do that underpass u-turn get to the right as soon as possible. When there is traffic it can very difficult to get to the right to make that turn.

Dont waste ya time, theyre going to give you the run around

This shipper is horrible. They wasted our time. In two different occasions, my drivers arrived early in the morning and ended up leaving there end of the day without getting loaded. They will make you sit there for hours. Theyre poor at communicating. They wasted our time. I will advise our team to avoid this shipper/receiver.

This place is a total mess done seen to many people nearly wreck here due to so much truck traffic.

Lazy. Unprofessional. They will hardly ever answer your phone.

If you are loading batteries you will get in and out in 1hour, they are not speaking english well but who cares.

Lots of local truck traffic they dont respect appointment time I got there and checked in to at 2pm Wednesday my appointment time was at 3 pm (they stop receiving at 4pm btw) they didnt receive my load until the next day Thursday at 345 pm just before closing worst place Ive delivered to hands down

They need to organize this place its a big mess. You have to wait in line unless you have batteries you make that left before the security. Even if you take that big line it doesnt matter as you go inside if they dont want your product they Tell you to go out and wait for the call. and youre going to lose a day here..

Guard did not speak English. No women’s restroom. Hostler was friendly and helpful, but others not so much.

Arrived at 0800 and was 4th in line. Gate opens 0900, bit of a cluster inside, with everyone trying to get in their door. Was out by 1020.

If youre delivering batteries/cores.... all other deliveries go to the other entrance..... for core.. set up off of Union Pacific Boulevard entry facing west overnight parking is fine and theres plenty of room under the trees. Youll see the line of trucks do not Park in the fire Lanes or blocking any entrances. No need to crowd the guard shack. Stay in your truck until you get up to the stop sign at the guard shack. They will receive your paperwork at the guard shack. Follow their instructions will put youwill put you in a will put you in a door immediately if they can. Otherwise you stage in the north lot. Once you get a door youll need to dolly down and uncouple your Redline. With all doors being full and me having to stage with four other drivers. I was in their facility less than one hour unloading took about 25 minutes. They were very professional extremely efficient and I am pressed by their operation. Not sure if there was a break room or a place to pee I honestly did not have time to get out of my truck and try to find out.

They will ask you to drop landing gear . Dont drop to floor I had it 1 inch above and still could not get them up . after getting loaded . Mule had to help

Worst company in laredo. employees are extremely unprofessional not to mention rude. Warehouse is filthy and needs safety regulations. Most of the warehouse employees are illegally working without visa permit including supervisor. I dont know how they got that job

If you have a early appointment they knock you out fast was there less then a hour. Super tight docks so look out for those $3,000 freightliners.

I was in this company to day l ha a 3:00 appointment and its 8 pm person in the gate was asking for $20 to get unload

Have to park in the street because gate is to slow at checking drivers in, shipping clerk is a young girl who would rather flirt with the forklift drivers than work and gets quite rude when her flirting is interrupted

People are rude and have no idea what is customer service

Little space, you check in and return to your truck. They will talk to you, I have come several times and it has happened to me that it is fast and slow. . There is a long line. Dont double-row the sheriff comes and gives tickets

Terrible place to unload the despotic guards that lack of ethics have no education

A very tight and tight place to maneuver. You register at the entrance, you give them your number and you have to leave, they call you when your turn comes, they are also a bit late to charge you.

The guard at the entrance is a lousy worker, the space is small and since it takes so long to accumulate troops, avoid as much as they can come here.
