Gaurd shack is on the right immediately after the two sets of train tracks. You either walk up to the gaurd house or someone will come over to you. They will tell you what to do from there. There are really huge caters in their dirt lot so drive super slow and try not to kill your self. They do trailer wash here, not sure if there is a fee. Come with 3/4 fuel. In and out in 25 mins. 3 stars because the dirt lot has so many deep holes and hard to drop the trailer because ground is uneven because of it.

I was late for my appointment to pick up my load and they make me wait for seven hoursbut they told me if you went to get load sooner you have to pay some money under the table cash $20 and up, this is unbelievable,drivers they need to stop paying cash money to these guys

Was told by broker that I had a noon appointment. At 11:30 broker calls me when I am 5 minutes from location and tells me they are backed up and my appointment is now at 2pm. At 4 pm I go up to find out when I am going to have a dock, they tell me that my appointment isnt until 5pm. Dont know who is lying to me but doesnt really matter. It is now 5:15 pm and I still havent been given a dock. I will never come here again.Update:. It is now 8pm and they are finally finishing loading me.

Broker told our company we could pickup between 9:00am-5:00pm per Rate Confirmation. Our driver arrived at 4:18pm he was told he missed an appointment at 2:00pm and if he wanted to get loaded the same day our company NEEDED TO PAY $150.00 Cash for his over time!Our signed rate confirmation confirmed there was NO APPOINTMENT and we could get loaded BETWEEN 9:00AM-5:00PM.In addition, we were told if we did reschedule we could NOT USE A CREDIT CARD, A DEBIT CARD OR A EFS CHECK. We could get get reloaded ONLY USING “CASH” and they would give us a receipt to turn over to the accounting department and all checks or forms of payment could NOT BE MADE OUT TO THE COMPANY. Which this information was given to us by someone name “RICKEY” at this company!BE WARE OF THIS COMPANY AND IT’S EMPLOYEES SCAMMING PEOPLE OUT OF MONEY!

4-5 hours busy for a phone call for a door, for a 20 min unload

Super slow company never try to come here .I called the company before coming in for checking in the shipping office told me my load is ready but when I checked in at 12:30 pm after that I waited till 12:20 am then I got loaded then they gave me my paperwork’s but still one of the paper was missing told me to wait for another 20 minutes to get my paper work.

I was 30 minutes late for appointment so they made me and teammate wait for 8 hours. On a Thursday. Just long enough to miss receivers Friday hours leaving us stuck all weekend. Seems excessive guys. Also, the docks were empty from 130 to 3pm. Must be siesta time.

Had driver arrive 15 mins late for his appointment at 11 am this morning. It is 3 pm and they have yet to give him a dock. With most docks empty.

Guy at the guard shack was nice and was simple yet efficient with my instructions on picking up my loaded trailer. I had no wait times since it had arrived prior to me getting there.

The truck traffic congestion here is unreal. Two docks opposite eachother with the street in the middle. Extremely tight with a lot of traffic!Possible solution: you have a drop yard, direct all the incoming loads there and instruct the drivers to drop trailer, then have the yard jockey dock the trailers! Because our wait time (so far) is 3 hours and our trailer hasnt even been touched, that gives us (drivers) time to shop if needed at the neighboring walmart. Please make an effort to resolve.

11 hours waiting. Portapotty for a restroom. Dirt lots. They dont give you any info upon checkin. I had to walk up there to find out what was going on after 5 hours of waiting.

Got here in morning.still waiting after 5 hrs with no info as to when load will be ready.wouldnt recommend unless you want to sit with no pay........

Waiting over two days for a load to arrive with no information on when its going to get there!? Thats ridiculous!

If you are coming to pick up the load from this place make sure you have enough food for 2 to 3 days.

Sit and wait all day and night if your load isnt ready and cant get any info when it will be ready

Yep sit here all day and wait for a load to come across the boarder and all they tell you is that they will call when load gets here. Place sucks!!!!

The worst place to charge they leave you waiting up to 5 or 6 hours do not charge to this place because they will lose another charge if they have it
