Great parking for the waiting period, not to happy about waiting 6 hours, did not plan on spending the night, full vending machines, microwave, and not to sure if there is a restroom for drivers. Oh, and the enterence to the receiving area is different from GPS. Receiving is off N Lamar not off Mines Road, next to the FED EX BUILDING. I will take some photos if that helps. But be prepared to wait.. overall nice staff, they didnt bother or hassle me for where I parked. The staff was very nice. The Business hours are MON-THUR 24 hours, FRIDAY and SATURDAY 7AM TO 12PM close SUNDAY.

They were very laid backed. They do not have signs up hard to fine is located in the back behind other buildings. Not allowed in but had to have a mask.

With temperature on dash reading 116* wanted truck off! Nope! I was there for 4 hours! My dog, Pork Chop, would have been deep fried!

I had a few loads that went here. This place is great! The security guard was really nice polite and helpful. Talked to me like I was a human and not another damn trucker making her do more work. On my last load, I dropped a trailer there left and came back to pick up a outbound load... and she even remembered my name!!!! The rest of the staff that I delt with there was extremely nice as well. Love taking loads there.

When you pull up to the dock they are right there helpful to fill your order. Great Staff!

Enter off Lamar, they dont start till 7 am. Very tight, have to park on street to wait.

It’s a daammn place they took my key while unloading me at 103 Fahrenheit outside,trucks must be shut off common it’s Fu**ing summer at Laredo, TX and they don’t have driver lounge with AC, they provide drivers with bio toilet. Mines entrance is closed so make sure you use the other side of building.Loading area is very tight to make a turns 👎🏼Very bad service..I had only one pallet to get,it took me 4 hrs after my window time..

Slow as all hell to get you unloaded. I was in a dock for 3 hours after waiting almost 2 hours to get in the dock. Then they had misplaced the paperwork, another hour searching for it, the receiving rep I had handed it to 4 hours before was already off the clock. I was waiting so I could go home, so I might have judges a tad too harshly, but this was the second out of two times going there that they took an unreasonable amount of time to get the work done.
