I bought an item that i was unhappy with and with no hesitation the mánager took care of it..its not just business to him but a satisfied customer.

Cheaper than buying online. Great deals on refurbished and new electronics. Employees only speak spanish. Bad customer service. If employees had better customer service skills this place would be a greater shopping experience.

Well, I bought in October 2015 I bought a car screen stereo which was rebuilt and I failed but it could be fixed and I also bought some car speakers but those were new and those pulled me at 100 without any problems like some tweeters for car .... I see that there are many complaints but the truth as well as the reconstructed does not go well .... They also sell new things that come out very good and cheaper than in many stores .... I recommend you buy the new and not rebuilt !!!!

Very bad place to buy, the devices do not work, in my bad experience I bought a Bluetooth headset that looked very novel the problem was that they do not charge, a blueray that only turned on in the store and now at home nothing, unseen cordless phones, good even I bought a battery pack and they didnt work any (if I had bought them in a dollar store I would have been better, well we decided to return to Laredo, and when talking to the manager (they make you look for him throughout the store) talks with the sellers and they do not smoke you and finding the lord is a despot, we showed him the notes and they wanted to give us other equal products (which we no longer wanted to take any risk to what we said no) after much pleading they gave us credit in the store but you have to use it that same day, .... what I cant believe is oneso silly to continue shopping in this place, there are places like Sams club that have a very similar price (20 or 30 dollars more) but with all the guarantees some problem and they change it, Tárget, and even in Ross (which specializes in clothes ) They sell better electronic products, so if you go to Laredo, think about my suggestion, go to a large store (Sams, Tárget, or costco) or if you have a better time at.E-Bay, if you want to feel in Mexico in the USA this is the place

Luis Vazques, Something similar happened to me twice, with a reconstructed lcd screen which after 20 days failed and had no fix and the other with a new JVC stereo screen that I bought lacking control ..., but at What I am going to do is that when I started to go to Laredo, Texas, my dad took me to that electronic ... before they were other administrators, unfortunately they stopped in a stalemate in sales of very defective items, NOW IT IS A CURRENCY IN THE AIR ...
