Friendly staff, always attentive, good prices and quality embroidery

Brought some vest and it took them six weeks to embroider. The worst part is that they are not honest. If they tell you they will be ready at a certain time and you showed up and they are not ready. Will never come here again.

The service for 2 shirts took a week, and when we got them back, they were done incorrectly. So sad. We even left a sample of exactly what we wanted, and the lady at the counter couldnt get it right. My husband and I were disappointed with the results and service.

Wonderful job on my daughters Letterman jacket! Came all the way from El Paso to have it fixed!

Loved the customer service I received from all the personnel. They were very attentive to our needs. I definitely recommend!
