Omg this store its like walking in an oven. It felt like I was being cooked alive. Didnt shop comfortably. I was sweating like a horse. With all them lights makes it super hot inside....

Usually I would give a 5 star but this time I am very upset with the store. I understand that during the holidays are very busy and there’s a lot of people. But. You have a line outside to control what goes on in the store. The employees should still be able to answer the phone and ASSIST that customer over the phone. NO MATTER HOW BUSY that is a SALE for the store. As someone who has worked for retail; no matter how busy you are you still assist the customer over the phone. I was surprised they refused to help. I called for my father who is a very busy man who needed to know if some charms were available for my mother’s Christmas and birthday (2 charms) present and was told they could not assist because all the employees were busy. I understand that you are busy but I wasn’t even asked if I could be placed on hold (wouldn’t have mind waiting) or if they could get my information and call back at a later time. It was just straight they COULD NOT HELP ME. Not everyone has the time to stand in line and then to find out the charms are not available. I’ve spent so much money in this store and for them to be so unhelpful? This is very upsetting.

I tock my bracelet to get cleaned and when I got home I found out the I’m missing two charms. I went back to the store and told me i had 12 charms but I only 11 charms. This will be my last time going to this store! 😡

The staff was very unhelpful, and Was very impatient with us. After, I went back to the store to ask a question and a women who was cleaning grabbed my head and smacked it against hers while speaking Spanish. This made me feel roughed up and especially since I don’t know this woman. Hopefully they can fix the staff soon. Very disappointing.
