Don’t come here guys 8 hrs and just started getting unloaded. This place xxxxx !!!! Missed my next load

This place so far did nice job! But guess what! Truck driver lounge not in good shape. Showers were not clean. Washers and dryers had lots of pets hair in side. TV didnt work! Bought coffee from vending machine and coffee machines didnt works. Wasted 5 dollars!

I didnt believe the other review about showers & laundry. It was just too unbelievable to think any warehouse would offer such amenities to drivers. But to my surprise they have them & more. I had a 1500 appointment yesterday (Saturday). I arrived on time, backed in to a dock at 1700 & rolling by 1800. The guard said theyd call me. But they only text, they dont call. & Youre not allowed on the dock. One of the better warehouses to go to no doubt. If something goes wrong & you have to sit there for hours on end. At least you could take a shower, do some laundry, & watch a couple big screen TVs cmon. Shoot, almost forgot to mention the potholes on the way in there. Try to avoid them, I took pictures so you can get an idea of where your tires shouldnt be. Good luck & have a good one!

They actually behaved themselves today. 6 p.m. appt. They had me in a dock early. Out the gate by 7:15 p.m., so,all in all, not too bad. But I know better, the next load may be a different story !!!

I showed up at 1230 for a 1330 live load appt. The trailer inspection took five minutes, and I easily found a spot to park on the shipping side of the facility. Checking in at the computer was simple. I used the drivers lounge to wash some dishes and microwave a meal. I got the text to bump a door at around 1630. An hour later, I was ready to roll. The load was light (19000 lbs of tomatoes) and the revenue to my truck was good ($2700). Yes, youre going to wait a little bit to get loaded, but it shouldnt be a big deal. You can park overnight on the side streets around Mastronardi. Good experience!!

Stay away this company will have you waiting for NONEXISTENT loads!!! If you are willing to spend 24-48 hours waiting on a load than have at it!! They schedule trucks to be there for load that don’t exist and could care less if you are waiting for days!!

I very rarely post negative reviews, but I have been sitting here for over two hours waiting on a door for a live load. If companies like this really care about drivers they would get you in and out in a timely fashion. Other drivers that arrived after I did have already gotten doors. If they are waiting on product, why schedule a load.

The trailer was supposed to be pre loaded. We got in there at 12 noon and left at 9:30 pm. Emilio was very rude! He had the audacity to say our dispatch was lying to us about load information, the owner of the company had to contact them directly. I dont know why these people are the way they are with drivers. Really nasty customer service! The cleaning lady had better service and more manners

Its all depends what time your Trailor cross the border sometime you will be loaded right way and sometime you have to wait all day. Nice staff. Clean restrooms and showers.

Took me early and the dock people where really easy to work with. Only 3 cause it took them 4 hours to unload

There is no justice if they like you they load you first if it’s not they keep your whole day

Ammeneties available to drivers however the wait time to be loaded or unloaded is very unreasonable. For example myself and other drivers have waited for up to 24 hours past a scheduled appointment time to be loaded or unloaded thereby costing the drivers and the drivers company money by sitting.

They give you a appointment time here you get here and you still sit here 5 6 8 hours sometimes to the next day to get loaded worst place to load or just to pick up a load that supposed to be pre-loaded here waiting for you already and you get here and it is not even pre-loaded
