Horrible store, horrible website. Do not recommend for anyone in the surrounding area. Better off making the trip to San Antonio or Houston for actual guns and service. Ask them to give you paper receipts for discounts if not they wont honor them.

I went in today looking to get some information on accessories for my AR15. The staff was so friendly and helpful that i decided to buy the part right then and there (well ordered since they didnt have it in stock). In fact because they were so helpful, Im going to allow them to customize my AR15 for me because of the trust they gained. They are also expanding in the near future in fact its already being built so Im looking forward to that and experiencing their shooting range thats to come. 5 stars!

Very impressed with the knowledge of the owner. Customer service was excellent. The owner really loves to help his customers. If they dont have the weapon in stock he will order it for you and will arrive quick. This gun shop is highly recommended. Pay them a visit and see for yourself.

Awesome place! Even though the place was packed yesterday, the staff and owner were very helpful and not pushy at all. They helped with several options to choose from and I got my first SIG at an unbelievable price! I shopped around online and locally and this place has the lowest prices on firearms hands down! 02/28/2020First and foremost; I’m one to support a local FFL business vendor at all cost. Reasons for no longer supporting as well as endorsing this local vendor “TGS Tactical, LLC” will be stated within the report. Unfortunately, during my time knowing the staff and owner of the organization; issues developed soon after purchasing two products. The business ethics of the company run on mismanagement, miscommunication, and misinformation. Mismanagement of inventory seems to happen more often than not. Miscommunication by staff and ownership is a massive issue. Misinformation by misleading customers of purchased products many times over.My first issue; I had purchased a Sig Sauer P229 on 10/12/19. During the purchase; I was notified by staff that the item would be coming next week. I was under the impression the organization would notify me of any issues or at the very least a notification of any sort. On 11/13/19, I had called TGS referencing the status of the pistol but found out the pistol is in inventory and never ordered. Also, proceeded to ask me if they should order the same pistol I had initially purchased on 10/12/19. I would obviously think the answer is yes out of common sense and my whole experience with TGS was one excuse after another. Many issues were in the form of mismanagement of inventory, miscommunication from staff/ownership by not notifying me on any logistical problems, and misleading me of the purchased item for many weeks. I called in the evening of 12/21/19 on the status of the pistol. Found out very quickly the pistol was delivered days earlier on 12/18/19. Needless to say; I was disappointed and frustrated with the customer support for weeks before going to the store. I was given an in-store credit for $50.00 during the pick-up of the pistol due to lack of customer service of the whole situation.My second issue; I ended up purchasing a Benelli M2 during the pick-up of the Sig Sauer P229 on 12/21/19 in means to utilize the $50.00 store credit. I had an impression there was a expiration to the credit. In light of the first issue; I decided to cancel the order on 12/23/19 before the order was to be submitted and confirmed on 12/26/19. Owner stated that the refund will take 3 to 5 business days for the full amount to be accredited to the card on file but never came. Spoke to the owner on 1/7/20 and received feedback that the refund will only be processed if the credit card initially used is physically present. I proceeded to the store on the same day and physically presented my credit card on 1/7/20 for the same refund that was initially requested on 12/23/19. I was told yet again that it will take 3 to 5 business days which never came. I had physically stopped by on 2/4/20 to know the status of the refund and if I could utilize the $50.00 in-store credit once I receive the full refund. While inquiring about the refund; owner mentioned you could use the $50.00 once the refund is accredited but was told to wait another 3 to 5 business day which never came once more. After weeks of waiting; I decided to file a dispute on 2/10/20 with the credit card company on grounds that “TGS Tactical, LLC” was withholding the reimbursement of the Benelli M2 product. After filing the dispute; I received the full amount on 2/11/20 by the credit card company. Reached out to TGS staff on utilizing the $50.00 in-store credit on 2/20/20; I was notified by staff that $50.00 will be used to pay the penalty fee that “TGS Tactical, LLC” received from the credit card company instead. The staff added that TGS did not want to burden me with paying the organization’s penalty even though they refused to reimburse what was due for a number of weeks (12/23/19 - 02/11/20). Furthermore, it is quite inexcusable as well as disgraceful for a local vendor “TGS Tactical, LLC” to run on a business of dishonesty out of Laredo while committing immoral conduct on every level of customer service.

TGS has everything you’d only find online. Bought a Raptor CH and gave me a great price; honestly first true gun shop in Laredo. Will definitely be back for more

Dont go to shop around or to ask questions cuz the salesman will be pulled away from you by owner because 2 phone lines are busy. Guess Ill go back to the arena or gtdist.Update 11/20/19: Jared called and made it right was a busy day for them and what other company or local store would call you and make things right? Giving them 5 stars just on great communication. Sorry for the misunderstanding guys.

I dont know where to start with how happy and grateful I am for the TGs staff Im 66 years old and have been trading guns my entire life Ive dealt with a lot of stores and a lot of gun dealers and have never met or had the pleasure of dealing with a business-like TGs they are honest fair and know you by name when you go in there the second time I highly recommend TGs tactical for any shooting or range needs

Purchased numerous firearms from TGS, every time I put an order from them it would take weeks, in most cases over a month to get. Would have been the same price or cheaper and much faster to buy online. Was lied to numerous times by both Joe and Jerad about parts I had purchased on numerous builds and when they would arrived. Purchased a brand new Sig firearm from them that had some mechanical issues. TGSs fix was to modify a brand new firearm costing close to $2k rather than replacing it or fixing it properly. They claimed to have sent it to Sig. Come to find out Sig never recieved the fire arm to replace to begin with after 6 months back and forth I finally took my firearm to Arena where they finally took care of my fire arm. My last straw with TGS was when I had submitted my documents for an NFA item and after checking the status 7 mths later, TGS never even submitted my docs!! Joe claimed docs had been submitted. I contacted ATF and they had no record of pprwork, but did verify the serial number was valid. I asked for proof of docs being submitted and they were.not able to provide such prove and just automatically processed my refund. Not to mention they refunded the stamp fee and silencer fee but failed to refund my taxes!!!!! Later found out there is another individual that they did the same thing to as well. Buyers use caution!!! Save your time, money and buy online if it is not something they already have in stock. Oh, and how could I forget!! They also built an AK pistol and the damn handguards are falling off cause they dont use locktight on anything!!!

Hands down the worst gun store I’ve ever dealt with. Ordered parts for a build and every week it was it will be ready next week after 8 weeks I went it to get all the parts and they had next to nothing. They lied to my face several times thinking I was clueless and believed them. The sorry part was even the owner was there went I went in the last time and instead of being a man and owning up to it he just went to the back and hid that right there alone shows me his character and lack of business ethics. As someone who spends 15k plus a year on firearms and shooting they will never see another dime from me.... after reading the response below just shows how much they lie only part they got that I ordered was the barrel which was never on back order I know bc I had several friends order the same barrel and got theirs in less then a week all while I was waiting. was told several time it will be done next week then it was we have all the parts waiting on cerakote then it was we had to use a special clear coat and it takes a week to cure by the way no clear coat was ever applied was told it would be completed on a Wednesday it wasn’t received a phone call Thursday to find out what parts I wanted in installed which means after 8 weeks they still hadn’t even ordered the parts. Although I was able to get a muzzle brake flash hider for a suppressor that had been ordered over 2 months ago and only got it after asking where it was 5-6 times. People there have no problem lying strait to your face not the way any respectable person does business this place won’t be around long if that’s how people are treated
