Customer service is poor. Sales dept personally reported our company materials in the yard ready for purchase. Lied about it to make the sale ended up waiting 2 days cost company 10k

Very bad service they tell you that what is in stock they make you a discount since they buy it they leave you and they take it incomplete because they do not have it spend days you never arrive you go to the store to cancel the order and they return the money and They tell you that they cant give it to you because the person in charge of that is not coming back in an hour, you go in an hour and they come out with you to come back because the employer has to sign the cheke. Bad service.
