Only place Ive found nice colored number balloons. There is always unique items in this store that I do not see at other party stores. The man there is very friendly and helpful. One lady is nice as well but there is one particular lady thats rude. She shouldnt be working at a party store. I guess shes just there because she knows how to inflate certain types of balloons and does some creations.This is suppose to be friendly fun environment especially knowing your trying to make a special occasion for a loved one. Hope shes not always like that to other customers.

I went for the big number balloons and one had already deflated not even 5 minutes after I got home. I thought it was the temperature change but it was not. Then I went for another and they told me they were not responsible for the balloon deflating. I then decided to buy another balloon, it was the same balloon and not even 20 minutes pass by and the balloon deflated once again. The lady refused to give me the balloon for free or return my money. This was obviously a manufacturing defect, but it was at my expense and not her’s. Terrible customer service.
