What a great experience I had with Wesley and Michelle at their shop in Largo. I was introduced to a great cooling pillow with the perfect size for neck position. I also purchased the Bamboo sheets with a special cooling feature to eliminate the uncomfortable periods of sweating during the night to regulate temperature. So excited about my new products. I went in thinking I needed a new mattress because my guests were complaining. After hearing the issue John said I really needed box springs. He showed me the different quality of the box springs. I felt good because John didn’t try to rip me off. To be honest, I’d rather buy a car than a mattress. John is a real asset to your company. John was fantastic! I came in with pretty severe lower back pain, and he led me to the perfect mattress right off the bat. I tried out some others just to compare, but it turns out the price and alignment were an exact fit on the very first try. I had my rambunctious four- year-old with me, and both John and Richard were so nice to him that he still talks about his friends at the sleeping store. Its a shame we dont buy mattresses more often, because this was the best shopping experience Ive had in a while.
