Id give no stars if I could. After being rescheduled two times without my knowledge or any explanation I am currently waiting on hold for the second time because after being assured that I would definitely receive my order this time around by a previous rep I have been rescheduled again. 20 minutes trying to get a hold of someone to cancel a service that NEVER even began because I am literally a new customer is not a great way to start my day. I cant imagine how they treat their longtime customers if this is how they welcome new ones. Highly disappointed with this company.

While shopping at Costco, ReadyRefresh was at the store offering their services. I figured since Costco was recommending them, why not treat myself. I should have known better when the ReadyRefresh rep was entering my info into her cell phone (who gives an employee a cell phone to enter new customer info.?) My initial info was set-up incorrectly. It took a few unanswered emails and two calls to fix the problem. I complained and said I should at least be compensated for my time. I was offered a free case of water that would show up with my next order. The case of water never arrived with my delivery. I wrote another email, only to receive a computer generated response...and no one called me to rectify the problem. The next time I am at Costco, I will be making a complaint. I am planning to discontinue my service. PS: I was told there wasnt a delivery fee....the delivery fee was only waived on my initial order. Im going back to buying cases of water. ReadyRefresh is terrible to work for. Delivery service was good.

Can I do 0 starts? I picked one because if not would not be post by Google. Driver is excellent. Nothing else. No right delivery of products. No customer service by phone or email. It is a disaster. Very disappointed.

-5 for customer service, missed deliveries, not servicing all the rented coolers. Contact delivery = they put outside you lug inside, Plus you get a text message to tip the driver, for what? missing my delivery, letting me do your job - no! On the missed delivery I requested a special delivery - they couldnt make that happen customer service said they are to far away and not on a route. Really? i am only 6 miles away and not one truck drives by our business Amazing NOT!If you look at the website no contact info you have to do a google search for a phone number. look elsewhere for water delivery service

I’ve been a loyal customer with ReadyRefresh for almost 2 years and have stayed with the service even though they have increased the prices of their products/services twice since the COVID-19 pandemic began. However, I am extremely disappointed with their customer service. I received an email that a delivery was coming today for March (monthly delivery) that I had already edited to an earlier delivery date (I do this often and have never had any issues). The edited March order had already been delivered 9 days ago. I immediately called customer service because I had already received my March delivery so I did not want extra water or to be charged for it. The customer service representative, Daisy, tells me that there was a glitch in the system on delivery dates for March and looks into the issue. She then proceeds to tell me that I had created a separate order for March (which is false because I did the same thing I always do when editing a monthly delivery) and that there was nothing they could do about the delivery today. She did not offer any other help or assistance with the issue, and she did not offer any other way to make this right. This is awful customer service, especially with a loyal customer and when this issue is the fault of ReadyRefresh. I will be looking for another water delivery service in the area because I am so disappointed with how this issue was handled and do not trust the service any longer.

I found them through Costco services, figured never had bad experiences with anyone who is providing services through the, but I was so wrong!!Unable to get a hold of customer service after multiple email attempts, tried to call, they charge you $4.99 fee to speak to representative, no option to cancel services online, prices keep going up monthly and you feel stuck with them, its a big scam, stay away!!!

While I like this water Im starting to get concerned that I should cancel. They have changed my delivery date 4 times this month and when I called, they said they ran out of product (ugh water). ???? I know Ill have the same problem the other customer did if I cancel though - where they continue to charge you, yet you have no access to their system. Contacting customer service at that point is awful. I had to do that a few years ago when we moved out of the area.

Horrible horrible company. After raising their prices 2x this year (during a Pandemic), and reducing their actual services (they basically leave the bottles at the street now), I cancelled our water delivery. After cancelling, I have been charged every month since cancelling (3 months now). Each month Ive called and told their customer service department. No one seems to know how to work their system or know anything about how to help customers. Im now not even in their system (since I cancelled), and cant access any of my billing account on their website - YET Im still being charged! Its absolute insanity the way this company works. Im now having to call my bank to see if they can stop the charges.They never delivered on-time anyway- not sure why I stayed a customer so long. I suppose convenience. But now I get 5 gallon water jugs delivered for free from the local grocery store. Wish I had done it much sooner. I would much rather support local businesses than this conglomerate owned by Nestle that cares nothing about their customers, and is ok with raising prices twice during the pandemic. Look up their CEOs pay (which is public info) - they certainly didnt take any pay cuts this year! I guess stealing money from former customers pays for all those executive bonuses.

I just called to skip this delivery and recording says we will charge you 4.95 to talk on the phone !!! Ive been with them for 40 years and cant talk to so person! Am I hearing this wrong Help Im not a computer person just want to cancel my Thursday delivery!

Scam / rip off. Where do I begin... Their customer service is horrible. They send you to collections immediately without even a courtesy call checking on payment. They dont care if you never received the bill. They charge $20 late fee. They nickel and dime you for every little thing. They expect everyone to set up online billing... but not everyone is able to do this for different reasons... so they will charge a $3 paper invoice fee.BEWARE. Find another water service.This is just a short version of all the issues we continously have to deal with.
