They did my bow cushions excellent job

This was one of the WORST EXPERIENCES Ive had with boating. I started this simple project in early December and just now got Richard to finish is and it was a poor job and over priced.Richard had every excuse in the book for being late and missing appointments. He blamed his poor management and employee on his inability to perform.He would promise an appointment, Id plan for it and he wouldnt show up. When he did, he complained about everything.In the end, the job was a poor fit and over priced.I could have gone with the high priced shops, even though their schedules were tight, I would have ended up with a MUCH better product, done quicker for the same price.With all the good shops in this area, this is one to AVOID, even if it were free!UPDATE,Just a few years later and Im fixing his lousy work. Horrible quality! Going to remove his whole job and do it right.

Great workmanship. If you need a top or any canvas work this should be your spot.

Used Richard for 15 years and love their work

These guys are great, helpful and trustworthy. Many times other boat industry companies are trying to take advantage of me when they assume I dont know about boats, motors, etc and they are wrong. These guys didnt treat me like that and were very good. Solid YKK zippers, snaps, fabric, and workmanship that is not super inflated, means my friends and I now have a new favorite go-to.

Just watched a guy in a big gray pick up truck with your logo on the side and it cutting of an ambulance with lights and sirens on. Purposely went in front of it almost causing the ambulance to run into it.

Great people and they do incredible work

These guys are very disorganized and nothing seems to get done on time. On top of that the work is only fair. I just got tired of begging them to get the job done right and took my business elsewhere. Never again.
