I love this store the owner was very polite and courteous I found my dress in my budget and was very amazed at the selection. I found my dress it is stunning I cant wait to go back and see her again.

Cheryl is fantastic! My wedding was scheduled in April during the pandemic and we had to postpone our reception to November. Cheryl had altered my wedding gown exactly the way I asked her to and it was hemmed perfectly and at a reasonable price too. But since my reception had been postponed, I had purchased a simple, lace gown for a small, family-only ceremony in April. She fixed the straps beautifully as well as hemmed it. It turned out gorgeous, I had so many compliments! Thank you Cheryl for all your help!! Especially when I needed you in a time crunch! I would definitely recommend her.

Very disappointing, I was the maid of honor for my sisters wedding . I dropped my dress off to be hemmed about 3 weeks before it was needed back . I hadn’t heard anything so I called 3 days before the promise date . I spoke to a younger sounding lady who kept getting my name wrong after I told her my name multiple times. After 10 minutes on the phone she asked if I was sure I was calling the right store ? Yes, I remember which store I dropped my dress off at . Finally they found my dress . The girl sounded confused about the date I said I needed it by as if they hadn’t even touched the dress yet. Then suddenly she said I could come in the next day and pick it up. Great ! Well then come the day of the wedding the dress is still too long and I was tripping over it constantly. Due to covid my sister is having another ceremony next year so I will be wearing the same dress there fore I now have to spend more money to have it hemmed properly . Disappointed . The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because the shop is very nice and the 1st lady I dropped the dress off to was nice but the young lady I spoke to on the phone didn’t sound like she had a clue .

Had a wonderful experience here. The owner Cheryl is very nice and upfront with her brides about prices, timeframes, and customization to dresses.

Customer Service is not in their vocabulary. They were missing parts of our suits INCLUDING the Groom. When we told the owner she simply said well There is NOTHING I can do..There is ALWAYS something you can do..she just didnt want to make up for not checking the suits that were ordered in.Then Proceeded to give my 9 month pregnant wife a hard time about buying suspenders that were $45 and having to reimburse us. It was a high scale wedding, the last thing we can do is not have the best man wear suspenders.I only gave 2 stars because I believe in small business owners. You guys have a lot of work to do.

When I first walked in, Bet greeted me with such a warm welcome. She helped me find my wedding dress in the most easy and relaxed way. Once I chose a beautiful dress, it was 2 sizes to big. I was only in Florida for the week and couldnt believe when they said the alterations would be completed before I left. But to my surprise, Cheryl not only completed the alterations in that short time, but also did a fantastic job and it fit me perfectly. I recommend this hidden gem to any bride looking for a beautiful wedding dress and wonderful help!

I had purchased a gown from a friend that was 4 sizes too big. Cheryl altered it, and did some moderate modifications, and it was perfect. I also purchased my reception dress from them which was also altered to perfection. After the wedding, I took both dresses back to them to sell, and they both sold within a few months! I would, and have referred friends and family there, and all have been happy.

I took my Davids Bridal wedding gown in for Alterations and it was only a short time before they were calling to let me know it was done and ready for pickup!!!! Absolutely Amazing and Gorgeous !!!!!!!! The work they did was unbelievable they literally made it look as if the back was made that way when it was originally a zipper ....All I can say is I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this for any and all Alterations they are wonderful !!!!!!!!! The ladies at Stitches were Absoloutley incredible! Not only are their prices SUPER reasonable, but their dedication into tailoring the dress to my liking was superb! They turned a simple yet beautiful dress into the sweetheart lace dress of my dreams! They even helped me pick the perfect veil. I spent about $370 on the whole look!

Great place for formal Wear and wedding apparel at great prices. They even alter. Sales associate was very helpful, honest, and funny.

Tried selling my wedding dress from my first marriage there for over a year and it never sold. I finally went to get it back and try selling somewhere else only to pick it up horribly wrinkled. No wonder it never sold, it looks hideous! It was professionally cleaned and wrinkle free when I brought it in to them. Extremely disappointed and will never recommend this store to anyone.
