I went to Publix, on that day, specifically for wings in their deli section, I am never disappointed with this decision and was not disappointed per usual. I ordered 20 Caribbean style wings and the gentlemen that attended to my wishes were very attentive and professional in a timely fashion. The entire deli section is very good and the Bakery is also the best in town. 💪& 😇s. Blessings💛❤💛

I want to thank the cake decorator, I think her name was Nicole. I asked for a Rockabill- style cake with black/white polka dots and cherries, lemons and whatever she thought would be cute. I was very impressed! Thank you, everyone loved the cake! Tasted great, looked amazing!

Great place, they have lots of healthy foods. They have many vegan options. I totally recommend it.

The deli employees basically ignore customers waiting to get meat and cheese sliced. Myself and one other person stood there for at least 10 minutes. It was not busy. I ended up leaving without my order so I would not be late for work. Thank goodness there is another Publix right up the street. Ive never had that problem there.

This is an awesome Publix. I call it the food museum, you can find almost anything but affording it is a different matter. 😆 Really it is a great store with the best pharmacy staff. Always excellent customer service, always willing to help. Great deli, fish department and an almost endless selection. They even carry foreign delicacies and half sour pickles. 🐼

The Tri-City location is always clean and well stocked. The employees have an excellent demeanor. I have always enjoyed the cozy feel of this Publix. They do a fantastic job with running the store.

I love shopping here. Its always clean and everyone is so friendly and helpful. Plus all the goodies that only Publix has, like the tarragon chicken salad and five grain italian bread. Always, consistently good.

They used to be 5 star. Employees in passing dont greet you anymore. Again I waited 15 minutes for lunch meat and was 2nd in line behind a person who ordered 2 items. The people behind me were annoyed and 2 customers walked away. The checkout was great. The shelves were great. I think Management is not paying attention. They are always swarming by the checkout counters....must be the office and never involved. If you look at all my reviews, you will see I always try to 5 star every place because every business deserves to start off on a good review. I will continue to support Publix bc many friends work for the organization and love it. But I am 100% unhappy with this location. Been going here 4 years and seeing it downgrade. Sad 😥 to hit the post button.

Its always a breeze at this Publix the staff are wonderful the store is always clean and for the most part fully stocked. Ive never had an issue and this is my preferred Publix.

Always great. Never wait in long lines lottery girl is always in a good mood and the managers are on top of it. I give it to the managers they know whats going on and they never are hard to find to fix a problem. If there is ever a problem

I bought my wedding cake here. It was suppose to be square tiers but came round. I let the bakery manager, Chris, know. Amazingly publix refunded my entire payment. I wasnt expecting that but was super impressed by it. The cake was still beautiful and great tasting. They definitely didnt leave a bad taste in my mouth. Chris was very kind and professional. I will definitely continue to buy all my cakes from Publix.

I prefer Publix over every other market. Today i found that they have now added self checkout. I am disappointed in the idea of this. Their motto is its a pleasure to serve you, however, self checkout is not serving.. It eliminates jobs, it takes away from personal experience with employees, and to me it shows that they are trying to compete with wal mart in which i have always believed that there is no competition. Publix has ALWAYS been the superior store.

Every Publix I go to is exactly the same, I love it! The set up may be different at each location but I can always find everything I need from my gluten free bread, Italian breadcrumbs for cooking, frozen dinners, fresh fruit and vegetables, sweet potato vegetable corn chips (I’m super picky about gluten free corn chips), bakery isle always has the cookie mix I love to bake. Thanks Publix for always being so reliable! ❤️

Staff is always very helpful and friendly. Items are easily found and organized. When I need an item staff is quick to walk me directly to it with no hesitation. Publix offers weekly BOGO deals and sales on popular items for all to enjoy. This Publix is kept clean and parking lot large and easy to access from whichever direction.

This Publix is fantastic. It’s like a small town where everyone knows my name.One time a customer was being a terrible bully so I told him to leave. I feel like this is MY Publix and no one better cause trouble. As far as I know the man never came back. The argument was him yelling in the face of a customer who was handicapped. He wasn’t wearing a mask and was calling her stupid because she was wearing a mask. There were no employees on that aisle so I took care of it.The pharmacy is absolutely excellent.

I enjoy shopping at Publix. Fresh produce, great cuts of meats. Plus they have complete meals already made, just bake and eat. So easy when I dont feel like cooking.

I an a very loyal Publix customer. I try not to go to this particular store. I find frequent staff shortages or the employees are not being productive. Also, they frequently dont have the products Im looking for. I have no issues with Labelle or Paradise Shoppe stores. Everytime I shop at East Bay/Belcher I swear its the last time.

Publix is just about the best food shopping in quality a little bit more expensive than other places however if its quality your looking for you can always trust Publix, if theres anything they can do for you they will, if you need a ride on cart when you get to the parking lot area they have a phone number to call and they will bring you one out and if you just pull up and see someone working there in the parking lot and ask they will always get you one and bring it right out and they work well and always ready and charged for the shoppers, so Im telling you from shopping here most of my life Ive been around the whole country and if you want consistent quality trust PUBLIX you wont be disappointed 😀

Terrible management, they are awful at their job, they do not like to assist others, everyone is too quiet and there is barely any communication to make out as to what they elaborate. A store I wouldnt go to in this specific location. EVERYONE IS T O X I C.

RATING IS FOR PHARMACY ONLY. The grocery part of the store is great. Pharmacy? Yeah, not so much. My doctor called in a scrip for me on a Friday afternoon. On Saturday afternoon, I could see it was still waiting to be filled so I called at 123pm. I was told the scrip would be filled by 700pm, no one ever told me there was any problem. So, around 615pm I show up to get my scrip that I NEED to control my nausea and Im told they dont have it and they dont know when theyll be getting it in. LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE. Had they told me this when I called in at 123pm the self-same afternoon, I would have had time to transfer it to another pharmacy and have my medication tonight. Instead, Im told some BS story that it will be ready and....I dont have my medication. FFS, THEY dont even have my medication and no one told me. I am transferring ALL of my prescriptions out of that store and will never have another scrip filled by any Publix. Sure hope I dont end up in the hospital because of the nausea.

Store is always well stocked and the produce manager does better than some other Publix. This store recently added self check out, havent been brave enough to try (wine in my cart), but looks just like a big box store 🤷.

Some manager grilled me on what disability I have my service dog for. Its legally none of his business. I have Hippa rights. What a piece of garbage he had for character. Other than that I love the new self checkout stands and the deli sandwiches at this location.

I shop here all the time and have had mostly pleasant experiences and very helpful store associates. Today was my was my first visit since they removed their handcut meat display case which is very disappointing as I love selecting large cuts from the display case. I was looking to buy whole beef tenderloin @ approx $80 which is currently on ad (none in regular meat case). When I inquired with the person in the meat department, he informed me he couldnt prepare, trim and a grind the trimmings (like they have done many times before) since he was cleaning the grinder at 6:10pm. I thought Publix was open until 10pm. I guess the meat department closes early now. I spoke with customer service and asked for a rain check for next day since it will be off ad and they couldnt prepare cut, trim, prepare correctly with grinder being cleaned and was told corporate wont allow rain checks when its not their fault! Really? I guess it was my fault for expecting service and willing to $80 for the meat at 6:10pm when I get off work to shop. Ill begin to explore options elsewhere for my meats.

I really felt the need to share my experience today. I didn’t catch anyone’s name specifically who helped me, but I was in your store tonight after getting off work. I am helping my sister watch her child this week and also had my daughter with me they are both 3. I realized I ran out of milk and had no choice but to take them with me because other than that I usually shop alone especially with the pandemic, but Publix is only the place I will take my kids if I have to because they have a race car cart my child will actually sit down in which is such a relief when I really need to shop and have no other choice. I was checking out and apparently the person behind me had an issue with saying I was taking a long time and proceeded to add that I am not a good parent because of how my kids were acting. I had just picked them up and they both were asking for milk that I didn’t have so they were already wound up and I was trying the best I can to make it as smooth as possible, but it just wasn’t working out that way. Everyone that was on the publix team here tonight was very polite and their reaction to what happened really helped me feel better after everything he said to me. I can’t explain my gratitude I honestly felt extremely terrible if I was holding up the line but they made me feel like I was valid in how I felt about the way he treated me and sometimes that’s all you need in those moments . Sincerely stressed out mother who really appreciated all the support tonight. They acted appropriately and timely and took care of things very professionally I wanted to say more to the other person but out of respect for the establishment I just walked away and that in part was due to how Publix took care of this instance on their own and calmed down the situation. They called a manager over and the cashier and even the person taking carts outside were apologetic and nice. Thank you for being human and not making me feel even worse than I already felt.

Live in Largo and have been in multiple Pubixes in Florida from Key West to Daytona Beach, Melbourne to Palm Harbor. This Publix is in my Top 2 of all time!Clean and inviting. Produce very fresh, meats and seafood lovely (l purchased all of the mentioned).I wish that the market was closer to my apartment..will try to get back there soon...

This is the publix my husband and I usually shop at all the time! Typically I have a great experience there. I have also purchased numerous cakes for different occasions! I went to them on this particular occasion for my babies 1st birthday cake. The manager of the department was unfortunately anything but helpful. He appeared to be annoyed that I wanted something special and was not willing to offer any alternatives or any help whatsoever. I have had many cakes decorated by Julie, she is amazing, but unfortunately she was not there. Thanks to the fact that there are a million Publix, I went to the other one in the Tri-City plaza. Which by the way they did an amazing job! The decorator over there was so helpful and made it look better than my idea! I just hope that people in management would be a better example of how employees should act. With that being said, if you need anything special made in the bakery please go to the wonderful people at the Tri-City location. I worked with Destiny. She had great customer service and did an amazing job!!!

I ordered a sub sandwich online and went to pick it up and they never made it! Other people were on line getting waited on. I spoke to an employee who said they never made it! Bad delli department with bad management! I got my money back and will never go back here again! What is the purpose of ordering something online if it is not ready when you go to pick it up? This is the second time this has happened to me! Horrible customer service experience!
