Found this isolated Baskin-Robbins & Dunkin combination store on a pretty hot day. They were ready with some soda infused sherbet samples for a survey I suppose, & wanted us to test. The staff then requested if they can click our pictures holding those samples.After all this, we ordered our favorite ice cream flavors and bought a couple boxed ice creams too.When asked for a waffle cone which was unavailable, they gave us one scoop for free.

Great staff. Wish the corporation would repair its structure.

This store is the worst experience to visit...the employees are rudes and dont pay attention to customers, are dirty, really is very bad this place...go to other Baskin Robbins, avoid the store of 66th st, are you adviced...

Ice cream selection was poor and we didnt get the ice cream we wanted. The scoop size was extremely small and the cones were so stale you couldnt eat them. Place was not clean either. Would never go back here.

We had a good experience here. The girl that took care of us, Holly, was super positive, friendly, outgoing, and accommodating. Unfortunately, it seems like she wasnt trained properly and didnt have any support (the poor girl didnt know how to make a banana split and nobody would help her). This isnt the first(or second) time Ive had this happen at a BR/DD. They just dont seem to invest much in training and instead, give them a book of how to make..... Thats not adequate. Invest in your employees, if you want to retain them. That seems like simple business practice.

We waited in the drive through for five minutes, the website says open at 11. So we pulled around and called to see if they were open we watched them pick up the phone and leave it on the table, didn’t say hello just picked up the phone said nothing waited for us to hang up and tried to call again and let the call open so we couldn’t get through. We saw they were closed at 10 on the door FINALLY and the employees didn’t inside saw us trying to go through the drive through, talk through the speaker and then we watched them ignore our call and just leave the phone not able to be called again. They deserve the $8 an hour they make.

Horrible service or lack there of. 15 minutes to order 2 single scoop cones of mint chip ice cream. It didnt even taste like mint. It tasted so off that we threw them away as apposed to eating them. I was contacted by Dunkin donuts since they share that building 2 weeks or so ago and asked to give them another try and was told they were sending a voucher for there but so far nothing.

Some employees caring, efficient, great workers. Others are slow, dontt seem to want to be there. So, service can be great or poor. Personally, frozen and reheated donuts not my cup of tea.

My wife and I used to like going here to get coffee and ice cream. Lately it seems whoever owns this location doesnt care about it anymore because their ice cream freezer has been broken for months according to the staff and our experience with not being able to get any ice cream products made. There is also a lot of staff rotation here. This went from 4 stars to 1 star because it is being mis-managed. Dunkin/Baskin should shut this franchise down.

Didnt like how the manger yelling at his co-worker and basically told his co-worker he will fire the girl for no reason.

Terrible quality but friendly staff. I ordered a cappuccino blast and I swear its as if they didnt even blend it with ice or ice cream, tasted like a watered down milky coffee and same went for their coffee coolata... maybe its poor training maybe its shotty equipment but it was awful I was very disappointed.

Ordered 2 Cappuccino Blasts. Orders were both wrong twice. And we got charged for the Dunkin Donuts price of a Espresso shot whenthe Baskins Robbins price was cheaper. Girl did offer a free donut for the issues but still. How hard is it to make 2 drinks and not mess them up?

Bunch of kids that work the night shift choose who they want to serve. Came at 9:50 on a Thursday night and was told that Baskin was closing at 10 and they couldn’t serve me and then came on a Friday night and was told Baskin closes at 9. Then this morning I was charged $7 for a small hot coffee and a bagel, when it’s $4 and change everywhere else ??

This place ridiculous. They make you wait in the drive through for 10 min before coming on to take your order. Then finally when you go to order their blender is always broken or their ice cream machine is always broken. Its always something. I will not go to this one anymore. The one on 49th is alot better

Im here now actually at 11:30 pm on Friday. They were listed as 24 hours until I submitted the hours to Google since they close at 11 pm on weekdays and midnight Friday and Saturday. (I learned this after showing up one Saturday at 1 am.) Just paid $12 plus for 2 milkshakes and she basically gave me flavored milk. Very very thin. When i brought it to her attention she yelled at her coworker to remake it and then told me Baskin is usually closed by now and she was just trying to be nice, to which I said the website says different. She then slammed the drive thru window. Probably will have my drink poisoned after that. Tell my kids i love them 😂

Service...We waited about 35 mins if not more to be served. A group of ladies waited abt 10mins behind and us and left. They seemed like they couldnt get their act together.

This place is so small, definitely NOT 31 flavors!

The only thing keeping this place standing is the brand on the sign. The staff is rude, and always carrying on overly loud inappropriate conversations and I swear Ill never go back they are ALWAYS out of SOMETHING that goes into half of the menu. Absolute waste of time and never fail to disappoint.

Went for ice cream.... they did not have any ice cream. Said the freezer had been broken a couple weeks.

This is primarily a Dunkin Donuts now but they dont advertise that for some reason... maybe because they suck. I mean they suck the big one. This is the worst Dunkin Ive ever been to and I frequent three others in my area. Always slow, inattentive, and understaffed. Takes 20 minutes to get a coffee, sandwich, and hashbrowns. Ive been going here for years and Ive finally had it, theyve had enough chances. Do yourself a favor and go to the one on Ulmerton (in-between 66th and Belcher) that place is a tight ship and the employees seem happy. This one is filled with the trailer trash and treat you like serving you is doing you a favor!
