Good buying experience, professional employees but they get a major downgrade for rigid return policy of 10 days (and you pay 15% restocking) so I would not purchase higher end expensive equipment here that may require a longer vetting process. Specifically, we purchased a higher end spin bike and they would not take back even with restocking fee because beyond 10 days. You would think retailers would learn from Costco return policy which is may be a bit too generous and not viable for smaller retailer but there is some middle ground. Return policy is on the receipt but sales person should have stated it given the size of the purchase. Will not be back.

So far, we have ordered a Tuff Stuff SXT-550 Hybrid from Jake Rogers and also let him put rubber flooring down in our home gym. Jake has been AMAZING with his communications and literally responds almost instantly. He also did a 3D video layout of the space for us which was extremely helpful and something Bandits competitors in the area dont offer. You are able to see the equipment in your space before the sell it to you--very cool! I visited 4 different fitness equipment sellers in the Tampa area and I would definitely recommend Jake and Bandit Fitness Equipment before anyone else. These guys are the real deal! UPDATE: Toren Tommasi and the installation crew are excellent as well! Even the owner of Bandit Fitness came to my house to help with a difficult install.

I have done a ton of research online to find exactly what I was looking for in an reasonable all-in-one workout equipment. I also wanted to buy something from a local store mostly for delivery and assembly. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Jake. He addressed all my questions and convinced me that Body Solid Fusion 310 with the dip attachment. The equipment is order and assembled right in my garage. My experience with Bandit Fitness Equipment was great. I went to their location to purchase a recumbent bike for the second floor of my townhome. Max went over all my options, what each bike provided and prices. I quickly made my choice, the bike was ordered and delivered fully assembled. Great job of replacing the motor on my 14 year old Landice treadmill by Chris. He was very impressive, did a great job, and was meticulous in his work. Also a shout out to Landice treadmills who stand behind their product. A lifetime guarantee in this day and age is risky but they were great! I should also note that I contacted Bandit Fitness on the weekend on their online site and made a Monday morning appointment. They were at my home by 10 AM Monday morning, diagnosed the problem, and got the part withing 7 days from Landice. I have been a customer of Bandit Fitness since 2000 for good reason!
