This is a great store. Super clean too. They usually have everything I need and if I cant find it, the helpful employees will locate it for me. They also have reasonably low prices on some specialty automotive tools that you may need to buy, but wont use very often.

Just came back to the area this store is more organized clean and employees friendlier than before. Five stars for this trip

*Get your coupon before going, easy to find online. Plenty of power tools, hand tools, novelty items. Purchased 4 inch locking casters..reasonably priced and great quality. Also purchased 36 piece security but set that has every bit you could possibly need for $9. If you use a lot of tools it is worth your time to join their discount club for savings in every purchase. They also offer warranties for a small fee...the warranty gives you coverage that lets you bring your tool back and exchange for a new one.

This Harbor Freight is my favorite. I bought the last bike lock and so excited that I can lock my bike up instead of storing it in my screened porch

Im a bit of a tool freak. I love going through this place. I have bought quite a few things from this place and never had a reason to return anything. Im sure thats not the case for everyone but for me thats a pretty good track record. They carry a wide variety of different tools accessories ect.. I have bought everything from washers to solar panels.Be sure to check out there flyer that shows items on for sale and other deals.I dare you to go in and browse and not buy anything. I love going to Harbor freight. All sorts of useful things you never know you needed along with you actually did need.

I’m sure it’s due to COVID-19 it was really busy and only 1 cashier. Outside of that delay store is clean and organized. Easy to find what you’re looking for but if you need customer service help you might have to wait a bit.

Largo store is Very clean and well organized. Much better than Kenneth City. Good prices in decent tools. Friendly staff.

I was in for something else and saw this huge box of moving blankets for 55% off, priced at $5 so I picked up a few. When they rang up $9 I went back to ask about the $5 blankets and I was told that was for a smaller blanket located an aisle away. I pointed out the sign doesnt show the size of the blanket and everyone in the box was the same size. I suggested they take down the sign since it was misleading, and he just walked away and left it up. Double check your prices when you go in here.

These folks were wonderful! I had driven to the Kenneth City Store but they had sold the last 2 of the item I needed just yesterday. So they called ahead to this Largo store. And enroute I checked in with the manager who agreed to let me in to grab the item they had already pulled. Every person at each store was profession courteous and efficient. I have bought here several times before. I would recommend Harbor Freight to any person who deals with construction or maintenance equipment.The item I bought in different wrapping would be twice the cost at a Lowes. I like Lowes... but not that much!!

Largo store #00165 I was helped by James (supervisor) he made my experience at this store an excellent one. He was polite very helpful and made sure I had everything I needed before I left the store. I normally dont buy the warranty but I did just because he helped me and provided such excellent customer service.

The service and attention I got from Debbie at the Harbor freight on Eastbay location was top notch. They are very friendly, greet you with a smile and take care of you with a smile. Is been along time I had been treated with such care and respect that im overjoyed to share my experience. Unlike that store where they wear orange aprons and they are happy to take your money but when one is in a jam because thers no receipt....o my. Im happy to say that many of my friends feel the same way i do about them. But again Harbor freight is #one in my book 👍🏼

Has pretty much everything youd need for a general job. One of the staff actually helped me out when buying something that wasnt really going to work for what I needed it for, and got me a better item no hassle.

Doran is wonderful!!! He wasnt ONLY cashing !!! BUT he GREATED EVERY SINGLE PERSON THAT WALKED IN AND out of the door and there were many!!!he is very very helpful and he actually made announcement about COVID and social distancing!!! This young man NEEDS TO BE PROMOTED OR GIVE HIM A 3$ PAY RAISE!!! Great deals on tools some are great tools, some is use once and throw away, even though you think it will last! Just be ready, saw alot of returns with no recipe while waiting to check out. But what we got served the purpose!

Pandemic Experience:Sign on door stating must have mask on to shop in our store ✔Sign on door stating socially distance ✔Floor at register having 6 distance markings so people can distance themselves safely. ✔Plexiglass at the register to protect the employee and customer. ✔Employees wear masks. ✔But, allowing a group of 6 customers with no masks to wander in the store, group together at the check out line with 1 person buying 1 item, and not one employee or management asking them to put on a mask baffles me. I felt very unsafe for myself, other customers, and your employees. I sadly will not return during this time of virus. Enforce your safety policies for everyone.

Ive been noticing less stocked items... prices are typically the same all year round... with the exception of the 20% off coupons... and the freebie every know and then...Other locations have actual parking lot sales... this store cannot due to space.

I bought a generator at Harbor Freight and found out that it needed to be grounded once I got the directions out. Not what I wanted so I took it back and they charged a $68.00 restocking fee. I will never shop at Harbor Freight again.

Every time I go into the store I always feel very comfortable with asking employees where something is, I noticed that the store has been remodeled it looks great.. Also the manager in the store William has always been very considerate and respectful when Ive been in the store. I just want to say thanks to him for how he is in the store with the staff.. Ive been a customer of that store for the last seven or eight years and its actually nice going in there now over the last year or so because of him as a manager as well as the staff themselves very helpful very happy recommend people to go there all the time now.
