I recently purchased an HK45 Hammer form RJB to help with the removal of an old drive thru at a bank building I recently bought. We knew the columns were on drilled shafts but had no idea that the ATM building was on a 2 thick piece of reinforced concrete. Several of my friends found out that I had bought the HK45 Hammer and looked at me funny and said You do know that you can rent stuff like that I quickly replied, You can not! I checked. All of the rental companies around here ONLY rent toy hammers that attach to a skid steer. The HK45 destroyed the 30 plus year old concrete in a matter of minutes. In less than 2 days, we removed 5000sf of 6 drive, a 10x16 pad (2deep) for the ATM machine and jack hammered 7 pier caps off the drilled piers. I am very impressed with my unit and the customer service I received form RJB Hydraulic Hammers! I highly recommend the HK45 Hammer!
