Christian from Sunrise Irrigation & Sprinklers arrived at my property this morning for a quality-check maintenance visit. This was a follow-up visit from worked performed a few months previously. The purpose of the visit was to ensure my irrigation system was working properly.He arrived on time, he was very professional, and he provided solid recommendations on what I could do going forward to ensure my irrigation system continued to function as intended. Im happy to state there were no problems detected and I continued to be pleased by the work performed by this company.Christian has been fantastic, and Id also like to thank Shelly for her kind and gentle demeanor over the phone. Every time we speak over the phone you get the impression her aim is to ensure as the customer you are completely satisfied. This is reassuring and is one of many reasons why I will continue to use Sunrise Irrigation in the future.

Very professional and responsive. Addressed the issue in a timely manner. Perhaps a little more expensive but overall i am happy with the quality of work and care they provided. Jeff in particular was fantastic in identifying and fixing the problem without rushing the work. Shelly from office was also great in scheduling the appointments and following up the progress. Overall I was very satisfied with their service and will reach out to them for future needs.

The service was outstanding. The gentleman they sent to my house was very knowledgeable and courteous. His name was Nick. Did a very thorough job of fixing my sprinkler system. Over the 20 years I have lived in this house I have had many other companies come and work on my sprinkler system but never got it right. Nick was meticulous. The price was well worth it.

Christian was great. When he showed up on Wednesday he went over everything with us. Explained what was wrong and what he WOULD DO to fix it. Then he gave us three options to pick from. We went with option one. The price was on point to what We thought it was going to be. Do to the time we made the appointment for Christian had to return on Thursday. When he came back he had Ryan with him. Ryan and Christian worked well together. They got the job done in one day and then went over everything with us. We had to replace our sprinkler system after installing a pool. I ended up calling Sunrise by total accident, and was glad I did. They came out and gave us an outstanding quote with their latest and greatest irrigation technology. The installation was fast with a couple hiccups, but none the less it was completed in 1 day. The sales representative, customer service and installation teams were so great to work with during the installation. We are very happy with their continued customer service as they are so responsive to any questions we have. Definitely a great team of professionals. We have an acre with lots of complicated irrigation. They have been helping me with very difficult repairs and figuring out how the system was designed for the previous owners. Unlike the last 2 irrigation people I used in the past, Sunrise techs take their time and have corrected issues the other guys caused by rushing through. They are my irrigation company and a permanent contact in my phone. Lenny and Nick have been invaluable for my sanity at this property.

I was having issues with a few sprinkler heads and called to have it looked at. The tech made suggestions to replace all 4 inch heads with 6 inch heads at a cost of $4,300! And just to fix the broken ones was $340. Seems really overpriced to me. And to charge me $59 jus to tell me that is ridiculous.

They are always super nice and professional. Recently I was helped by Jacob. He was very kind and informative.. I would definitely recommend!

We had an existing issue, but Jeff and Jay checked the whole system out, found one broken head and gave us a few different options for repairing the zone that wasnt working. They immediately got started on repairing the problem and communicated any issues with us.

We got lucky with choosing Sunrise Irrigation. Not only did they install our irrigation system (4000sq ft of coverage) within a day, they continued to give top notch support for some of the issues that arose. We had a pipe burst and they sent Brandon out to repair our issue. He repaired the line and placed everything back that was displaced (sod, furniture, hardscaping). Weve had contractors over that would do the work, but wouldnt clean up. They definitely exceeded our expectations.

First, you must know Im a born reader, researcher, always comparing and looking for the best. I won when I chose Sunrise Irrigation! You only need to read the comments to know. Today was my 2nd date with Sunrise Irrigation! I have to share that Michael is just as superb as my 1st experience when a few months ago Chris came out to fix a few broken sprinkler heads and ended up restoring the entire system including new electrical wires for the pump! Our system was quite old but then was beautifully brand new after he completed it! To put it short, the technology is new and I am old so when I attempted to change the start time recently, I apparently set up one too many start times so the system would start on non-watering days and the strangest of times sometimes twice within 24 hours! I thought the issue was with a broken digital controller but, no, it was operator error! Still under warranty and no charge! Michael was early, professional, polite, efficient, and quick. Anyone will be happy to have these guys do the job!

Service technician came out inspected all my zones and told me what needed to be done to rectify my problems. After agreeing on a price to complete all areas need he completed these items. I am very happy with Brent and his work. Will use Sunrise for all my needs.

Our service technician Colton is knowledgeable, friendly and professional.

Brand new irrigation system installation with multiple zones. They did an excellent job from start to finish. Had 2 ditch witch machines due to old tree roots they had to dig through. As the installation progressed they walked us through everything they had done. The crew worked cohesively with lead person Jarek who also followed up about a month later and was helpful in showing me how to clean the recycled water filter.

Technician (Josh) was very thorough and meticulous. Explained the rationale for the repair option I chose, then showed me the sprinkler improvements for each head he replaced. Josh also addressed my concerns to avoid the sprinklers from hitting my newly-painted house (iron stains) and getting a long-dead sprinkler to work by extending a pipe while avoiding my house. Overall, an excellent job!

Had a new system installed to get coverage that fit my landscaping. We had issues with water pressure (this was due to the water company) and Sunrise Irrigation helped guide me through the process of getting the issues fixed. Although frustrating, they remained in contact ready to complete the job when the issues were resolved. Overall, the system works as designed and intended and I am happy. Some workmanship issues were immediately corrected when notified, which I believe is the hallmark of a good company. Kudos to Mike for great work and Brad, who kept in contact with me throughout the project.

Called Sunrise based on a recommendation from a friend. Glad I did. Nick was the technician and was timely, friendly, and professional. He did a great job, cleaned up after himself, and stayed as late as was needed to get the job complete. Still have one zone that is not working, but that will be dealt with at a later date - my issue, not Sunrises.

Sprinkler head was spraying water onto window and water was leaking inside. Damage had already been done. Called Sunrise and they came out the next day on an emergency call.
