These folks are beyond fantastic!!! They did an amazing refurb for me on an older classical guitar that I was giving my son for his birthday. Lets just say that Im happy n my son couldnt put it down! Awesome job on it! Thank you!

I dropped my martin acoustic off there for some luthier adjustments. worth every penny. i gave some specific notes and you guy nailed it. i love the way my guitar is set up and plays.PSA, if you buy a new guitar, quite often likely not set up right and you might not know better if youre new. either do it yourself, or pay a luthier to set the action up for you nice and low. trust me its worth it because otherwise youll be banging your own head against the wall wondering why its so hard to play.

Not to happy with the results. I loved the store,and the gentleman was a very nice guy,but I took a saxophone to get repaired they corked it for me. But when to play none of the key pads are giving me any notes in the exhale. When I started to check it had a lot of lose screws, also took almost 3weeks for the repair.... 110 dollars later I got a sax with a new cork, but doesnt give me any notes.....

Although the old stores gone and the new one is a lot smaller the old one helps me out so many times with great deals and equipment hopefully it carries on to this new establishment Im not sure about the one in Clearwater

I have been going to Seminole music for 3 years now, before it became bark life right by the Starbucks. And it is amazing there they have everything you need for every instrument and my instructor is very nice to me and his students.

My son has been takingguitar lessons here. Mike is a great instructor

High-quality instruments salesman with a lot of knowledge, a great place to learn to play music

They used to be in the old Seminole mall in the 80s. This was my music store like in Wayne’s World. I would marvel at 800$ Ibanez Guitars. Now I shop for drum stuff here. It’s a cool place just to drop by and look around. Buying gear here is easy and the staff are very knowledgeable.

Been coming for music lessons for several years for both my boys, guitar and piano. Teachers are great. Highly recommend.

My daughter has been taking lessons since before they moved here and she loves it. The place is clean and has excellent staff.

Website Needs Work-does not list the teachers on staff. No bios and very little info? How do you expect me to get more info about possible teachers? - I like to know before hand who’s going to be teaching my kids. Terrible location, unless you like to get panhandled on your way into the store. Seems like there are much better options in Pinellas County.

We love all the teachers especially Miss Becca and Mr. Robert. Great location and an atmosphere conducive to learning and loving music.

Been taking drum lessons with John and its been great. The lady at the front is a sweetheart and always helps me with my scheduling and any questions I may have. Would recommend!

I can not say enough good things about Seminole music. I am a new guitar player, so I felt mildly intimidated walking into a music store. Thankfully as I walked in the door I was greeted by Jeff with a smile and a warm, inviting welcome.Jeff ushered me into the acoustic guitar room and showed me what was available, knowing I was new to everything he explained that I could spend as much time as I needed in there and play any of he instruments, he encouraged me to ask questions and trust me, I asked a ton! I proceeded to spend the next several hours in the store. when I was overwhelmed with indecision and information as well as the cost of it all, Jeff encouraged me to take my time. He also worked constantly on making sure he was offering me the best price, including researching on line vendors and big box competitors. All the while helping other customers and answering the phone.I came back the very next day and this time the store was less busy and had two additional employees who knew I was new to guitar and trying to decide between two different ones I had fallen in love with. Each employees spent one on one time with me, talking and playing guitar as if we were friends. They played the guitars I was choosing between so I could hear them in different ranges than what I could play as well and get their opions. Each person made me feel special in a way. In this day and age who can say that about a retail store? It was amazing. By the time I made my decision I felt like part of a musical family with constant encouragement. Over the course of two days I watched countless people enter the store and talk about their life, music, current events etc. this is more than just a music store. This is a community.I couldn’t be more proud to be a part of it.A huge thank you to Jeff and the rest of the staff at Seminole music and sound.I love my new guitar and much of that love is contributed to where it came from.I already can’t wait to buy my next one.

Everyone is professional and eager to help with questions. Great sipplies and instruments. Teachers there are just great and agevis not a problem. So if you are a latebloomer or good player and need to take your chops to a higher level, THIS IS THE PLACE.

Very cool competent staff, I rented drum practice space and was given a choice of room/kits, I used the rims kit since I never played on one,I purchased some Zildjian Jazz drum sticks, and over all good experience
