Ordered product on line before 10AM on a Sunday. I was going to receive an email and/or a text Ready for pickup At 430PM called in to check and they were out of stock. It would have been nice to at least get a notification of the Out of stock If BBB was going to give me notification within 2 hours my order was ready, why not give me the courtesy notification of not being able to fulfill that order? I can see the clerk looking at the order and all of a sudden getting a message Out of stock on their computer screen... Should I tell someone and save everyone involved some time? Nah Eventually someone will call and BBB will spend more time researching this order to reach the same conclusion. Way to go BBB...

BB&B and the 20% off coupons delivered via US Mail has evolved. Their Amazon Prime like membership offers a 20% on everything for the year plus free shipping. This store has have good inventory and the staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly (beyond greeting and asking if you need any help finding anything, a thoughtful employee gave me his shopping cart when he saw I might need one). This is the kind of experience that can get me to think of them first over Amazon (or at least to keep them also in mind) for these kinds of goods. I will be back!

Well it gas been 6 mis since i have been there found out they do not give you the 20% coupon disount on clearance items..no returms on them also ..their stuff is usually marked higher than some stores..20 percent helps on big ticket items..check Amazon etc to see if it is worth getti g their iems. Certain things may be a little less but overall it has some variety of things..

Great choice of household items from kitchen to vacuumed cleaners. Very little help from almost unseen employees. I’ll return because of variety and the 20% discount coupons sent to me via mail. RMC

Called and asked if they had a product. They checked and said they did. Drove 40 miles only to be told they did not.

Standard B,B & B. Like their frequent coupons. Good assortment of housewares, linen, etc. Interesting offerings around holidays. Can be sometime difficult to find sales help.

Bought a space heater online and went to pick it up. The pick up counter was confusing, and they were handling a long line of returns as well.Went back outside, tapped for curbside service. Our purchase was brought out in two minutes!

Was just in Larkspur location today and I had reserved a hammock online last night, but must have not fully completed order or something. Staff was very helpful and manager took great care of us and got us last hammock in stock. I was a bit flustered and really appreciated her help and professionalism!

A fairly standard BB&B. Sometimes the lines get backed up and certain areas are a little cluttered, but nothing awful. Have never had a bad experience at this location, just have never been wowed.

This store in larkspur is very large a former lucky store and has plenty of parking easy to get to you can even take the larkspur ferry from anywhere in the Bay area and shop at this location very courteous employees and stocked very well!

EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!!! A new clerk brought a cart to me when he saw I was carrying something large and heavy...like he read my mind...very impressive. Improve: give everyone on the floor radios so he could answer my question about where something was (that you didnt have.)

Ive been going to this place for many many years and has gotten bigger and its gotten more corporate but recently I found out about a great deal and that great deal is that instead of waiting weeks or months to get your 20% off one item you can now pay I think its $35 or $37 a year and get 20% off everything that you ever buy now this is amazing

Its really convenient. I only shop here though if I have a 20% coupon which they seem to send me almost monthly. The new section with all the travel sized products is really useful too.

Seems everytime I go to this location I have to wait at least 5 + minutes at the check out line. There was only one employee who introduced herself ( Maceala - close enough), was very helpful and did what a good customer representative should do...at the cash register was a younger women more worried about taking her break....very unhelpful..just watched me pack my goods.i usually dont complain but some people arent as willing to go above and beyond. Take pride in your jobs and you will thrive..Also, the store should either get smaller carts or create more room within the aisles..

Clean, and a good amount of products. But items can be rather expensive. Make sure to look up a 20% off coupon on your phone and show it to them at the counter to always get 20% off of everything you buy.

I ve gone to one in Larkspur in Marin County & the one in Santa Rosa .I think that they are great stores for what they offer. They have a wide variety of things for the home & personal items like electric toothbrushes,etc.
