Best Customer Service I have EVER HAD!!!! Due to things being delayed, I received another call stating my appliances were on back order. This time though Erik, stock manager, did say lets find you something that is already in stock. He spend over an hour searching and stayed late after work. He kept saying I am not leaving until we find you something and you are 100% satisficed. I was so impressed. Best Buy will forever have my business because of there employee ERIK! He deserves a raise! Shout out to Dave at the CS desk, you were so helpful as well. Thank you again!!!!
Was looking for a roku to replace an older one. Their site was very helpful. Live chat was very productive. They answered all my questions quickly and concisely. The rep set up the order and I was able to pick it up within an hour.
Best Buy continues to see trends in society and that is a good thing. Ill admit each time I leave the store it feels like Im up to speed on my digital life. Computers, phones, cameras, gamers, etc. Its all there. Five stars to the employees, all of whom make my shopping seamless and enjoyable. Thank you.
The first two employees that I encountered were very informative, helpful and understanding. I had lost my wi-fi connection on my tablet/reader. Unfortunately, I had to make an appointment to come back to have a Geek Squad Tech check it out, because I couldnt wait 2 hours to get in that day. I had to wait 3 days for the appointment. I drove an hour one way each time. The day of my appointment, the young lady in the squad didnt even understand what I said the issue was. She then plugged in my computer and said, yes, youre right, there is no place to sign into wi-fi. I knew that much. She consulted with a male coworker. The young lady comes back to me and hands me a flyer. She says, Well have to check your computer in. Well need to do a hard wipe on your drive. Its going to take about a week and it starts at $250. WHAT?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!??!?!??!!??!!? I told her to give me back my computer and that I think its incredible that anyone would try to take advantage of customers this way. It appears to be the mode of operation for this location as they had a stack of the flyers on the check-in table. I was a very unhappy customer. I had just spent 4 hours of my life driving to and from this location, only to have someone try to take advantage of my situation.*I went home and watched more YouTube videos. After watching and working through several videos that only took a few minutes to do all the steps for each process, I found out that there was nothing wrong with my computer. My own persistence and daring to enter password info into the SSID of a Hidden Network was the solution. Somehow, my mobile hotspot name had been changed to Hidden Network on my list of available hotspots to connect to. Go figure!!! I solved my own issue. I paid myself that $250 and learned a lot about my computer and how to fix other networking issues, should they ever arise in the future. Thanks for nothing Best Buy, what an absolute let down.
They let me test out the chargers they had on my printer, after purchasing them, but I was able to return the one that didnt work on the spot.When I first arrived, I was told someone would help me to find what I needed, but no one came and I found the items myself, hence the 4 instead of 5 star rating.

Omfg what happened to this place . Once upon a time this was the place you came to for outstanding customer service, Outstanding above and beyond expectations. Now I walk in and security is so far up my Backside they could read my thoughts... It feels like I am expected to run out to the street with an unpaid item... So I ask the guy following me around the store for help says I dont do that and pointed to an associate as in go ask that guy. In approx 30 min I had the worst experience I have ever
Went in for a pickup order for the computer parts I needed. Person acknowledged I was there and turned back to her coworker to finish their conversation. Got my order but thought they could improve on the service area a bit better. Parts I bought I was happy with and glad they were on special at least.

I was disappointed by the lack of stock and the cluttered appearance of the store. I remember when it was more organized and better stocked, it used to feel more professional.
I wanted to get an item, and I was afraid another customer would beat me to it. So, I found an associate who was assisting a customer, so I kindly asked If he could help after he was done with the current customer he was helping, he sent me to wait to find assistance from someone else. I found another associate who was also busy with a customer, I politely waited.Once he finished helping the customer he was helping, I asked him for help. He helped me get the product that I wanted, even helped ease my mind by telling me they had plenty of the product in stock. At the register he offered a product protection. I accepted the offer. He thanked me for visiting and I was on my way.
We had a great experience. Bought a new expensive TV and got all the help we needed from Paul Chetwood to get exactly what we wanted. Will go to best buy first in the future.
Customer service could be better it would be nice for them to ask if you need help as soon as you walk in so you arent just looking everywhere not the best best buy but still got what i needed

Best buy employees help you when you need it and give you space until you need it. Sometimes they ask if you need help if you look like your debating about multiple different items, which isnt bad.

Went in for an Apple Pencil and a case for an iPhone. Staff was everywhere in the store and roaming to avoid helping customers. It was like walking tag with my daughter and I being it. Got the pencil but could not find a case. We didn’t feel like running or shouting for help despite the employees seeming to stay just one isle away artfully. When cashing out, the only time the cashier decided to address us was to tell me to answer the credit offer. My little girl said thank you when he handed her the receipt but he just ignored her.
I don’t know if anybody’s ever tried to call Best Buy in the past But now it’s impossible to get a hold of a Best Buy local branch without waiting more than 10 minutes
Went in looking for a charger cord for my laptop. Best Buy did not stock the item but, the employees were knowledgeable enough about the area to direct me to somewhere that did. Great customer service.
We went in to buy a small laptop and after spending half an hour to see all, was ready to buy but they said they need to order it. We are traveling through town, we cant wait days for that. Also if I want to buy something online or wait till my order comes what stops me to just quickly go to Amazon and buy one? This is how Amazon is taking over everything. People go to stores either to look at things that they will later buy online for the best price or they need it right away. Best buy is losing customers if they dont have inventory and making customers to order online and to wait for it. Many customers just want to bring an item home the same day.

True reason why I go to this store is just to get his help I highly recommend working with him he is very kind and will tell you the truth when it comes to products. I never do reviews but he truly deserves it definitely will be going to get his help!!!

Using the app helps to make sure something is there before you go in. The workers are helpful if youre able to get ahold of them. The store makes it practically impossible to speak with someone on the phone. Curbside is decent and I do appreciate that they can be busy. But when the parking lot isnt even halfway full and theres only one other car in curbside, I do think its a bit annoying to have to wait upwards of 10 minutes. Though I guess time is the real price you pay for comfort and safety. Never have issues with an item being out of stock after ordering it, and app filters make it easy to find what you need exactly.

I have no problem with the staff or products at this store. What I dont understand is why youre only open from 11am - 7pm right now. (NOT 10am like it says on Google either) Seriously? What are you run by college students?Because of COVID? Because that would be ridiculous seeing that the less hours you are open, the more people are going to pile into your store when it is open. Resulting in less social distancing. So that doesnt make sense.Id bet you are limiting employee hours and possibly benefits too. Cause electronics are flying off the shelves right now, so its not because the money isnt there.So many companies taking advantage of COVID at their customers and employees expense, and for no good reason. Ive spent 10s of thousands at Best Buy over the past few years. I will be taking my business elsewhere unless someone can reply with a decent response.

Had a to return 2 The Hobbit trilogy steelbooks do to been damaged by poor packing. First went to the store in Sunland Park and was advised could not do exchanges do to been stock out. Requested a refund but was denied due to being opened even do there was evident damage to the products. Went ahead and drove 45 minutes to Las Cruces location and was able to exchange one and returned the second no questions asked.
Got some PC components and a laptop. Good experience, helpful people.

I stopped by this location yesterday at about 4:30 in the afternoon. 2 store employees approached my at the entrance and refused to allow me to enter the store. I was rudely informed I had to order online and that the store was closed. I understand the circumstances, but not the unusually rude behavior demonstrated by these 2 young men. I am unfortunately very disappointed and will order my products elsewhere in the future. I would like to encourage best buy to train employees on appropriate customer service and behavior to refrain from driving potential customers away from your establishment in the future. I know I wont be back.

I normally have great experience at the Best Buy stores, no matter which location, but this specific location was a different experience. The customer service was crapy and they made us wait like an hour just for a price check. Not good at all.
Well kept, clean, organized. Staff knows where products are and what you need. Geek squad lines are sometimes long but its the only well managed electronics repair or service place around so it is expected to have a long line. The products are limited because lots of people shop here and the products fly off the shelves so make sure you get there early for a release or order online to be delivered to the store.
Decent BB. Wasnt packed when I went so thats always nice. They were out of stock on a few items I wanted but I did end up with something similar. Clean store and usually lots to choose from. Keep up the good work.

I kind of like this place now. Its not just an amazon show room. If you can find a better price elsewhere they can match the price for you.Staff is pretty nice and wont bother you unless you request their help. Good for people who are shyOnce I bought something that was out of my budget and got buyers remorse a few days later. Even though the product was open and slightly used and worth $200, they fully refunded me (including tax to my surprise). Although dont be fooled the return window is a short but plenty 14 days and can be denied (this is for products that Cannot be returned or usually for people taking advantage of the system, dont be this guy)If you cant or dont want to wait a week for your mail order, I highly recommend this store. The only thing I can say against this store is that there is a really limited selection unless you use the online website and mail order (but that defeats the greatest pro of this store to get things immediately)
Stores are not taking calls anymore and cant speak with person in store. Buying EVERYTHING from Amazon. Hopefully this store will be closed soon and replaced with company that actually has customer service.

Excellent, accessible customer service personnel that does not crowd you while your browsing. The only downside @ this time, which I personally attribute to the current Covid-19 Pandemic, is that they are not always fully stocked and you may have to order items. Additionally shipping delays are problematic, which seems to be a common issue at many if not all stores currently. Overall, great selection of high quality products (that may run a bit pricier then competitors, but you get what you pay for) + gentle and knowledge sales personnel & approach gets my recommendation.
When i was checking, out girl cashier was always complaining to me, that she could not understand me thru my mask. She did this several times, i think she was trying to be annoying. I was getting annoyed.
They were very helpful and I was able to choose the product I needed based on their reps knowledge.

Even with a pandemic, the sales people and service department went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I was kept informed via email and text messaging every step of the way. The Geek Squad transferred all the data from my old computer to my new one and did so with efficiency and expediency. Thanks to all of you for all you do!

I am *extremely* disappointed that Best Buy persists on using Big Jack Appliance repair for what should be simple, in house warranty repairs.Heres the story from a year ago and now May of 2002.Big Jack Appliance Repair worst service Ive ever received. These guys were supposed to do a third party repair for Best Buy, which they not only didnt perform (here for 10 minutes and on the phone most of that time) but they also didnt put in the proper report with Best Buy so I could get a replacement refrigerator. They also did not return any calls made by me, the Best Buy store manager or the insurance claims people. Because of their utter incompetence, I went for 3 weeks without an operational refrigerator. And I never received reimbursement from Best Buy for spoiled items.Big Jacks are not only incompetent but fraudulent. I hope legal action is taken against them so they no longer make customers suffer the way have me and mine. They deserve nothing better than to go out of business.05/13/20 (UPDATE): Best Buy *continues* to use these guys for third party repair, this time with a broken freezer handle (its a simple repair but I void my warranty if I try to do it myself. Or another independent contractor). I would have second thoughts about buying from Best Buy as long as they maintain a contract with these incompetent fools.
Now we have used Best Buy for years spent I would say a fair amount from laptops to TVs and for the most part a good experience. Tell this past year, we bought a laptop for our granddaughter for college and wanted to make sure it was up to date, protected and able to get with the geeks if needed. Now sense that time she get a laptop from college as it needed some special programs that the school would only apply to their computers. Now comes the rant... we just received a bill for over $300 plus late fees for the geeks and other odd stuff as a renewal. Well we called and ask what this charge was for and why the late charges, they said we didn’t cancel last year and BB just charged us for another year, now we never got notification about this last year or we would have canceled. We fought with them for 2 weeks and each time they said they would have a manager call us didn’t happen had to keep calling back and go thru phone nightmare. Just pay attention each month and watch for their surprise billing. As much as we used them I’m not thinking about ever going back.

When you shop here, understand you are own to make your purchase. These guys WILL LIE or say anything just to get the sale. Customer service has been horrible, even when I have spoken to management I still see no improvement. Unfortunately this is the only place in town to get what I need.
One of the better Best buys I have visited. Store is clean, staff if helpful and always close at hand to answer questions, yet at the same time far enough away that you dont get that used car salesmen vibe of having them breathing down your neck. I was never a big Best buy shopper as I always found the experience.. lacking, but this store has helped sway that opinion. Definitely going to be a repeat customer.
Usually short staffed. Cell phone people are fairly knowledgeable. Most items purchased from this store the last 18 months were on backorder.
Who doesn’t love electronics? Store was reasonably clean, but it was a job finding someone to help answer my questions. But I think it was because COVID didn’t have them fully staffed because I’ve only had this problem once or twice.
Best buy was awesome help this xmas as I got my son all his xbox accessories and his new Samsung tablet for xmas... They always are so polite and hook it up with gift cards if you spend a certain amount and if they dont have what ur looking for they have an online store warehouse that most people dont know about where they have stuff that is barely used that u can buy for alot cheaper just like if the box had been opened etc etc... Check it out!!!
