Ah, COVID update: The close-down killed Pier One. I wonder if it will try to be a Wayfair type of online place now, or fade away completely. Sad. I remember going to one of the very first Pier Ones - a lifetime ago, when it was very different.

Amazing staff & great products! Theres so much to see that itll take you hours to look at everything. The staff is super nice & helpful without being overpowering & obnoxious. Ill definitely be a regular customer!

Worst customer service ever. My family and I went in to shop for fall stuff and the attendant followed us everywhere and would not stop asking if we needed something. Then she talked to the other attendant and they both stared our family down . My family and I just walked out feeling very uncomfortable and unwelcomed.

Beautiful store with a lot of very nice home decor. The candles were a personal favorite.

They are only allowing 25 people in at a time and you must be wearing a mask. Very sad to see this store close.
