This place is amazing! Love the service and the snacks are good. Anyone looking for good Mexican ice cream or snacks this place is a must. Even my little dog got a ice cream treat.

The ice cream here is amazing I ordered a “shaved ice” and was expecting shaved ice but the ice was not shaved at all it was just like crushed refrigerator ice kinda disappointed

Came in for snacks and they managed to completely get everything wrong, the “manager” tells me to pull around and she would bring out my order, 20 minutes go by and nothing I go inside turns out she didn’t communicate that I was waiting for my order outside. I got my money back and will never return.This is place used to be good, it’s a shame that these employees are going to run it to the ground.

Good actual Mexican food and really good staff was friendly and quick

Snacks are good.Customer service is HORRIBLE.If you guys don’t like being nice to people, why work there.I’ve had multiple people give me attitude different occasions…even tho im super nice and respectful.Im obviously not the first one nor last one to complain about this.

My familys favorite snack spot. A Tostelote with hot cheetos cam change my whole mood. The Agua frescas are so good. There are a lot of snacks to choose from.

When you go throught the drive thru you have to check your order bc theyve messed up mine many times. Today I asked for tostitos con queso and they gave me tostitos locos. I hate cueritos so wont be able to eat it.

We heard this place has a great variety of food. The 30 minutes wait in drive thru and packed parking lot speaks for itself of how great their food is.

The food is good always. But if you want to base the review on customer service, I wouldnt give this establishment any stars! We go here to transfer money to México and maybe have worked with two ladies with decent customer service. I understand theyre busy but if they cant be nice or learn how to deal with different situations or customers with disabilities, then they shouldnt work there. This last time my mom and brother, whom has a speech disability, received the worst treatment ever! Excusing their rascism with some bs law. Ive always heard of la Michoacana having employees with horrible customer service but never did we have to experience it. My mom even spoke with the owner and didnt seem to care about the concerns my mom faced and especially how they made my brother feel. Trust me, we will be looking for another place that will provide better customer service in their money transfers.

Tons to pick from. Ice cream, elote, aguas frescas, etc. They have a tv screen that shows you how they make each menu item and what is in it.

Wide menu. I only had the ice cream so cant judge it off that. Pecan was watery and had no flavor. Strawberry tasted like bubblegum and plastic.Service was SLOW. 10 mins.Of what I tried I was disappointed.

This has become one of my favorite places. The snacks are so delicious but the agua de Melon is my favorite. The staff is always friendly and the service is prompt. I would recommend La Reyna!

I Love this place so much sadly they have poor customer service, and the time for orders to get done is ridiculous. Customer service in Las Cruces restaurants need to wise up.

While I was enjoying a watermelon paleta I found a long piece of hair frozen inside...its back in the freezer in the wrapper Ill be paying them a visit...needless to say that was my 1st n my last time buying anything from them.

I really like la michoacana but i got shave ice and it was hard as a ball I DO NOT recommend!! it would dissolve in your mouth and just taste like water !!

The fruit waters are good.

Its delicious!! The things I miss from Mexico are the same wonderful quality here. My only complaint is sometimes the ice cream milkshakes come out watery and not very thick. Out of the 7 times Ive ordered recently Ive gotten 5 watery shakes while the other 2 were perfect. Im not sure why it happens but it definitely impacted my constant visits.

Went for some nachos. They were so stale, the cheese was cold and only got 4 little pieces of jalapeños. Not returning and would not recommend at least not this location.

Today’s visit wasn’t worth the cravings of King stomach...It’s respectable for places to request all customers to wear a mouth mask due to the worldwide circumstances of Covid-19. But when it’s multiple times towards certain individuals it’s not fair as today it was selective to whom the employees asked to put on their masks. To include, I felt it a little hypocritical when I saw some of the employees with their masks down (not covering their mouth) or the top of the mask sinking into their mouths. With all due respect I don’t feel like today’s visit was worth my business.P.s. a customer with her mask at hand ;)

The small corn in the cup is really small and pricey for the size and the pina loca tasted bad. Like the pineapple had been left out for a while.

Doritos with cheese, jalapeño, and corn for $6 to find out when I sat on my couch it was Doritos and cheese. I try to get my money back but they said they can’t do anything about it since I ate it. (Why would I drive across town again) I requested for a manager. Waited for 10 minutes for them to hang up. I called back to finally get a manager on the line for a 3 minute additional wait. She went ahead and got my information to replace my order. Manager did awesome and the associates didn’t know what to do. They seemed clueless about the situation and again like I said before told me they couldn’t do anything about it.

By far one of THE best places to stop at in Las Cruces. Period! The staff is so kind. Everyone is bilingual and fluent in both Spanish and English. The food is delicious!

A good place to go

I tried there corn in the cup and I was extremely disappointed. I took one bite (literally one!) and threw it in trash. I am from California and maybe it is prepared differently out here than there because it was nothing like yo recuerdo de el hombre de elote. The smoothie we got was bomb but the corn was awful.

I had to give it a 2 only because the girl in the candy store did not seem like she was irritated by us being there. I asked her about an item and she shrugged her shoulders and didnt even make eye contact. Then she answered a call on her phone and ignored me for the rest of the transaction. But while on her phone she was talking real nice to whom ever but to me was not polite to me at all. Ill never go back!!

The front lady was irritated and when I walked in, I had to wait for her to come take my order. Where she came from the back and looked very annoyed with me, then stood there not saying a word, not even when I ordered she shrugged or nodded but I do love the food but it’s cold.

Our family has really enjoyed the delicious food and treats however the customer service is the worst I’ve experienced. Mistakes are common and when brought to the attention of the staff they deny their mistake. On one occasion, they actually charged me when a treat was dropped between my vehicle and the drive through window.Nonetheless we continued to patronize this local business but enough is enough. No more.I am very disappointed as we will not be going back nor would I recommend.

My food always comes out cold, tepid at best. As far as I know this is the only place in town where I can get elote, mexican style corn and snacks, so that is the only reason I keep going back. It’s expensive, but again only place I can get it. I would happily pay the price if they were prompt, but they always take forever for a semi descent cup of Mexican corn. I have asked multiple times for them to go easy on the lime, I know crazy! Corn with no lime? I love lime but they overdo it by a lot! Not the first time I have to wait until I get home to eat my corn, just so I can heat it up first. Very disappointing!

My very first time and definitely LAST to order Shrimp Clamato beware. The shrimp is dry and looks like it was brought straight from the ocean into the cup. It smelled and tasted very fishy and everyone knows that if seafood has a strong order do not eat!! I explained to gentleman in drive thru that it was my first time ordering this and he could of explained a little more what exactly I should be expecting. I called spoke to female Juana asked how can she help me out. I didnt want $$ back but something else CHEAPER ALSO she refused. Save your money and dont buy this Clamato shrimp unless you want to gross out on texture and overwhelming fishy smell.

This place is a gem. They have some great ice cream flavors and the sundaes and banana splits are very ornate.

The elotes are chewy and overcooked and taste nothing like the real Mexican ones. Nobody in this area makes them good not even in El Paso. California is only place Ive tasted good elotes. No lo recomiendo, si quieres otros antojos tal vez pero no elotes

What an awkward place, employees dont make it any better. No wonder this location doesnt have an Instagram; they dont shine a candle to the location in Cali. Id rather stop by a gas station to get la michoacana palettas, and imported candies.
