A perfume was bought and half an hour later after arriving home and the birthday girl opened the box, we realized the bottle was half empty. The store was contacted immediately and the owner apologized and said to take it back. We returned it in two days since the store is more than 2 hrs away from us, and by then the owner said he was no longer going to exchange it because it was the heats fault the bottle had evaporated. He could have at least saved us the gas money and said tough luck right from the beginning. Its people like him that make other people distrust businesses. No wonder the store was empty both times we were there.

This store always has what I want most matter the holiday. They have great prices and friendly staff.

Customer service was outstanding and staff were very friendly and helpful. I went in with little clue about what I wanted, but he was knowledgeable enough to help me narrow down to a fragrance I really liked. Will be back!

My go to place for colognes as of several years now. Have had zero complaints. Prices are below department and their selection is unbeatable.

Bought a $100 Gucci perfume and 2 weeks later, it stops spraying. I live out of town but be sure I’m going back when I’m back in Las Cruces. I’ll update if it’s resolved.UPDATE: Thursday May 23.I was finally able to return to the store inLas Cruces today. We had eye appointments and just across the mall is Beneash Specialty Perfumes. I returned the defective spray bottle and the clerk immediately called the owner. They promptly gave us a brand new bottle of Gucci Bloom. No hassle and my wife was very happy! I do appreciate their effort to resolve the issue. I’ve been shopping here for years and this was the first time I’ve ever had a problem. Nice to see them take care of it so fast. I will definitely be returning with my business. Thank you.

Haha. Dude at the counter may have been peeling onions before helping us. I asked to smell a cologne and rather than spray it he just put it up to my nose🤢🤢🤢🤢 gacho!!

This place will over charge you. I bought a cologne from there store.The owner said it was worth 100$ but sold it to me for 66$ once I got home and looked online it was worth 30$ Big mistake on my part for not looking first so if you ever go into this store and plan on buying something look online to see how much it is before you buy in store. Plus there’s no refunds even if your still standing in the store after buying you can not return your item

It’s obvious it’s 5 stars because the only reviews are from the owners, I went with my kids this morning with a sign that said back in 30 one hour later still nothing these people obviously don’t want your business and this isn’t the first time lesson learned
