I have been using Hoop-T-Dudes for several years for trade show shirts and caps. They are consistently professional and on-time with the highest quality workmanship. When the founder retired and the company was acquired by the employees they did not miss a beat in service and quality.Trish is the new manager and a real pleasure to deal with.

I used to deal with Mark and he was Excellent to work with, now I deal with Trish and she is just as Excellent. Quality is the key and the customer service with any employee there is Awesome. Im glad this company is around and is a HUGE asset for making my company look good.

Trish and her staff do beautiful work. Our department were all very happy with the items we purchased and had embroidered with our logo. Trish worked with us to get the sizing just right so the placement of it would look perfect on all sizes of shirts.

What a great place to do business with! Their work is impeccable, quick and their prices are very fair. Originally had some logos and wording done on hats, jacket and a shirt. But I needed to have some word changes made on all of them and they were able to remove and redo what I wanted originally and it was done without any residual signs they were redone. So, I highly recommend them!!!

This place is one of the best in Las Cruces. I have had a great experience dealing with them, when I wanted to get an embroidery service for my uniform and received additional work for alterations that was affiliated with the store in a decent price. They did an amazing job with the printing and embroidery of my uniform logo with further editing to the original text. I’m definitely recommending this store highly to all my friends and colleagues.

H-T-D has done many custom embroidery projects for me. I have never been disappointed. Turnaround time is great, and the quality is second to none.

They are amazing ! I went in there mid day asking if they could have it finished in a couple hours and they did it. I had 3t work shorts made for my son as a gift to his grandparents that matched his grandpas workshirts and they came out perfect and adorable !

I needed a special item embroidered- a collar for our recently deceased dog. They were very kind, helpful, and reasonably priced. Will update when I pick it up!

I have to say I was pretty disappointed with the embroidery I had done here. I took in two karate gi belts to be embroidered, both were to be embroidered the same way. I was told that I would be sent a picture of the layout before the embroidery was done, but I never got pictures of the mock up. When I went to pick them up I was told that one was ready, but the other one they had made a mistake on the embroidery (one of the belts they put all the embroidery on one side), so theyd have to fix that. When I picked up the second belt I quickly realized that the belt was ruined to the point that I had to throw it away. In the process of removing the mistakes they made they had cut through the cotton of the belt and also ruined the original belt stitching, thus causing a situation guaranteed to cause the belt to start fraying. In addition to those mistakes, they managed to get one side of the belt embroidered on the wrong side of the belt (embroidered on the inside instead of the outside). They reduced the cost from the original quote, but thats not a plus when you have to throw the whole thing away anyhow. In addition to the cuts in the belt material there were loose thread ends all over the place (see photos). Very disappointed and I wont be visiting this store for embroidery work in the future.

Very good place to get anything put on a hat, jacket, shirt, or whatever. Rate it as a 6, the people there are super.
