I like Harbor Freight, however, this location is unprofessional. I called twice about a product that was not at my Alamogordo location. They assured me it was in stock, claiming they physically confirmed it, but I need to get it in person as they cannot hold items or accept payment over the phone. Over an hour drive later, I arrive. You guessed it. They did NOT have it in stock, and the manager claimed they have not had that item for several weeks. No other effort made, just a half hearted sorry. Over 140 miles driven for nothing! Starting to think my club membership with them means nothing.

Once again, a great deal for the simple everyday stuff we need. Great customer service. Clean and well stocked store. Masks and gloves were on sale so picked up some of those before they shut us down again. Got a great deal on plastic tarps for the lake trip this weekend. Thanks.

I love coming to this store. Not only can I find pretty much any tool for any job, they are priced low and I can actually afford them. Also the customer service is definitely a 5star rating as well. Everyone I have met so far has been super friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to assist.

From generic and affordable to good and expensive they have a variety of brand names to choose from wether youre looking to buy top of the line quality tools, or save money on a generic brand name its all here at harbor freight, and for the affordable price you can pay, the quality of the generic and store brand tools us beyond outstanding! They definitely do the job they were made for and save you time and money. The store is very clean and well kept for a hardware store. The staff is super friendly and helpful and will direct you to exactly what youre looking for and answer any questions about the items in the store. The only teeny tiny drawback is the store is kinda small, and for most items, theres only one or two pegs full of any particular tool or accessories, in the entire store! So whatever it is youre looking for will most likely be gone before you get there, so get there fast! It would be nice to see a bit more of certain items than they currently have available to the public. But thats a miniscule drawback concerning the overall selection, prices, and outstanding quality of everything. So in short;...... I love this store! Its like a toy store to me! Everytime I go I just want to buy the entire store! Or maybe just live there and wake up to Christmas every morning! 5 stars! Keep up the good work harbor freight!

We were looking for a specific tool when we went, and wouldnt you guess, OUT OF STOCK!! Clerk said they would be getting more in next Tuesday, so we were going to go to the store and get the tool, the day they were supposed to be getting more, well I guess you will have to wait for another week because we were told Not till next Tuesday, again. ...??

Always helpful and reasonable prices. Suggest having membership to recieve good offers and orange tag sales. The only downside is that they open later and close early. But overall I would refer this Harbor Freight location to my friends and family over Lowes and Home Depot.

This is honestly the last place I go to for any tools. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS if you need any help looking for something you are better off asking another shopper if theyve seen it

I needed electrodes for this little arc welder I picked up and havent been to harbor freight in a very long time...I got the rods; some $5.99 leather gloves..15 sawzall blades, a pry lever/bar/nail puller, whatever you want to call it,. and some rare earth magnets .Customer service at this place, in my opinion, has always been top of the line,.and this time was no different. I had to gee tee eff oh of there though because that is definitely one place where there could literally be an impulse buy every two or three feet (hence,the rare 🌎 magnets, because of course I need those!!!)There is something in this freight place for everyone.Tool dog agrees.

This is not my normal store, being that I am from Deming. But on this Monday they had their A- game on. Called before I drove down to get the item I wanted. Thats the -... was on hold had to hang up and call back. But we laughed it off and moved on... All the workers were pleasant helpful and had smiles on their faces. Cudos to all of you. My Lady and I were there looking for a level and, as usual, the price was extremely low which means it was extremely reasonable. We had to beat a hasty retreat before we wound up staying there all afternoon finding things we either need or will need in the near future. I just love that place!! There was, however, a bit of a hiccup with the checkout line, as there was a designated waiting area that nobody could figure out, causing some confusion. But in the end, it was quite an enjoyable experience.

The cashier was rude, short and unfriendly. Ive been there a few times before and the same cashier was working and always with the same attitude.

I just went to exchange a buffer, sander but it comes without the fastener to put my polishing wheel cuz apparently thats an extra accessory, really cant use it without it, Im very dissatisfied.

I like this store. They have a small shop vibe even though they have so many items from so many categories. Checkout took a little longer, but I appreciate they were having people social distance while waiting.

The staff are friendly and helpful... Even more so than other HF stores. Their layout is a bit confusing and they are very limited on stock. If you are looking for power tools, call first.
