While recently visiting in Arizona, my wife and I were sitting around the swimming pool at the RV Park we were staying at. A young child had ventured in to the deep end and began to panic. Without thinking, I immediately jumped in the pool to assist him to the edge where his mother was waiting. As I sat on the pool edge it became immediately apparent that my hearing aids were not in my ears. After locating them a few minutes later at the bottom of the pool, I took them back to our RV and began drying them out with the assistance of my wifes hairdryer. To my amazement, they were working perfectly and a few weeks later your technician verified that they were working normal. What a great product! I have had severe hearing loss from my time in Vietnam (1968/69). I have never had hearing aids until last month!WOW, its truly wonderful to be able to hear again. After years of being asked to lower the volume on the TV or radio, it like a miracle! Now everyone is asking me to turn the volume UP!The doctor said staff at Livingston Hearing Aid Center in Deming New Mexico are FANTASTIC! They go out of their way to get it right the first time. I was impressed at how well the office is handling distancing and in person activities. I did not have to wait long and the appointment was shorter than expected, yet thorough.

Our usual concerned technician was uncaring and short today. We did just drop in without an appointment. Maybe that ticked him off.

My father had a hearing aid that wasn’t working and we stopped in here to see if they could just tell us what might be wrong with it. We didn’t purchase them from Livingston, but they were still more than happy to try and help. It turned out to be a simple filter and they replaced it for us free of charge even when I tried to pay. We didn’t buy anything from them, or use their services, but that type of customer service was above and beyond what I expected.

I only worked with John Bitton, he fitted me with Starkey hearing aids and they are great! Mr. Bitton is very professional, friendly and thorough. I have worn hearing aids all my life and this place is at the top of places I have used to get hearing aids. They dont just sell you the devices and wish you the best, you go in for follow up visits in case adjustment to the devices are needed. I appreciate this a lot since this is a very important step to getting your hearing aids just right. You have to wear them for a while and see what works and what doesnt. This place rocks cause they care about your hearing, they want you to hear well!
