Absolutely amazing service. The office staff were courteous and were able to get me on the calendar same day. They send you a text when the plumber is on the way with a picture of the person so you know who is arriving at your home. They were able to repair the leak without destroying my bathroom floor, and while I have quite a bit of sheet rock work, that beats foundation and tile work! I would recommend this group to anyone.

I would never recommend this company for refrigerated air. One problem after another. Spent $10,000 and it’s hot as hell in my house and no one can come and check it out until Tuesday. That’s four days from now. My window units worked much better. I would give them zero stars.

LC Plumbing and Gas did the plumbing work when our two bathrooms were gutted and remodeled. We use them when we need other work. They were here Friday because we had water on the floor under our washing machine. I thought it was a problem with the washer, but the appliance guys realized it was a plumbing problem. The gentlemen arrived as scheduled, were completely professional and very personable. They cleared the drain and installed a vent pipe. They were respectful of both me and my home. They cleaned up after themselves and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this company (as did our contractor for our remodel) and will use them again in the future.

Excellent plumbing business. Person answering the phone knew what they were doing, scheduled the visit. Plumber showed up right on time, quickly and expertly figured out why water was leaking from my garage down the the street and fixed the ruptured pipe.

Attempted to use there services, the secretary is rude and unprofessional scheduled a date with them, the on after the rearranged the scheduled appt. Without notifying me on the changes they made and not provide services.

These guys are awesome!! I had AC issues yesterday and called the main office and spoke to Matt. He was thorough and very helpful. Matt was able to send a person out within a couple of hours. Gilbert arrived and was professional and told us exactly what we needed to do to get back up and running. We had to wait a day for the AC to thaw out. This morning the company sent Ricky out to take a look. I feel like he went above and beyond with fixing the unit, providing education for the future, and the price was fair. You also get a text with a picture of who will be coming out and their ETA. Some even have tracking so you know how close they are! Will definitely be using them again!

I called before 8 am and they answered right away. I asked for an estimate for replacing my water heater, they provided one quickly. I called back later when I figured out that the water heater did not need to be replaced and they sent a plumber to my house within a couple of hours. I got a text before he arrived that provided me with a picture of the plumber. He arrived wearing his name tag and a mask. He was super helpful, answered all my questions and fixed the problem. I will definitely call them back when I need a plumber!

I’ve conducted a lot of business with Las Cruces Plumbing and Gas through one of the largest Property Management companies in town. Jeff along with his crew have always been efficient. I have recommended them to friends ( I don’t have family in town, otherwise I’d recommend them to family). We continued to do business for years, they earned it from their prices to their work ethics. My husband and I always contact them. We’ve had a water heater installed at our rental home. We’ve had a refrigerated air unit installed at our house. They’ve repaired a busted pipe on the side of or house. We’ve also had them out for a clog that we couldn’t undo. Their prices are fantastic! I will continue to do business with Las Cruces Plumbing and Gas.

Had a pilot light that wouldn’t light on a water heater. LC Plumbing & Gas sent Jesse to take a look at it. He diagnosed the problem, replaced a part, and now I have hot water again. Reasonable price. I’m very happy and will use them again. Great experience.

Ive put off this review so many times but I had to let people know how great all the employees fro LC Plumbing & Gas have been. From Celeste and her excellent customer service, to all the plumbers whove worked at our place. We moved back to our old house after been unoccupied for 3 years so there has been a lot of work needed and EVERY single employee who has come to the house to work on something has been super polite, efficient, and FAST!Thank you Darren, Robert, Bo, Adam, and Jessee. From snaking a tub, hooking up my washer, patiently working on my stove, replacing a/c parts and having it work before it hits triple digits today! You kids are great!

The best service! James was prompt and professional. Fixed our kitchen sink with diligence and discussed the issues and how to avoid them in the future. They have great people working for them. Called LC Plumbing about three months to get a bathroom sink unclogged, and they sent out someone fairly inexperienced who was unsuccessful, but came back with a $4,000 to break concrete and tear into wall to replace pipe. Well we don’t have a concert floor to begin with, and when I mentioned that they said they would get back with me, and never did. The approx $150 fee was a waste. With Covid, we waited a while and called Sun City Plumbing, and they promptly cleared the drain. Two star rating is because the inexperienced plumber they sent was at least polite.

I was exhausted from my work shift the night before the morning that LC Plumbing & Gas LLC showed up to fix my dripping shower head and handle(s). I was still asleep when I received the notification that the service tech was on their way to fix my request. When Isaiah arrived he greeted me with the upmost professionalism and understanding (he had to wait for me to wake up and open the door). I went back to lay down and before I knew it he had completed the repair; promptly, quietly and extremely organized. Great Work!

We called Las Cruces Plumbing and Gas late in the afternoon today. We got same day service which we were very surprised but very grateful for. We had Jesse and Darren do some maintenance to our water heater. Jesse and Darren did amazing they both a fabulous job of explaining step by step what the job they were doing and why it was important to have the water heater maintenance. From the owner Jeff to his employees out in the field I would totally recommend them for Plumbing and for HVAC. Its a one stop shop. Totally recommend Las Cruces Plumbing and Gas.

My tenant Maggie Schank also posted a review several months ago. We are still dealing with this issue. This company was hired to do emergency work by my property management company. We were swindled out of $1000 for sub-standard non-professional work. Other professional plumbers cannot understand the repair performed by this company. Jeff was unresponsive to phone calls and emails when we had questions about the work performed. We do not reside in the same state and were not present when the work was performed. We depend on our property management company. Our invoice states the tech repaired a leak from the main line and another leak occurred. Instead of doing the work correctly, they dug a hole and fished 3/4” pipe THOUGH the existing 1” pipe for a length of 100 ft (on my dime). The pipe is old and schedule 20. Although the pipe needs replacement, we would have preferred to have it replaced and not have this substandard type of repair performed for $1000. Then pay a second time to actually replace the pipe. It’s been 4.5 months and we have given them opportunities to resolve this issue. We have received two identical quotes from them to return and replace the 100 ft + an additional 190 ft of pipe at cost of $3500. No discount since they already made $1000. Meanwhile our tenants have little to zero pressure in one of their bathrooms. Unacceptable. We don’t recommend hiring this company.

Very professional experience: my husband received a text message at the time of the appointment that morning that they were on their way. Isaiah and Justin showed up at our house ready to get to work (on my clogged kitchen sink), immediately demonstrated competence in solving the problem and had everything wrapped up in under an hour. Robert and Darren are the tops in plumbers! Best company in a long time. They replaced 3 toilets with new ones and were prompt, clean, efficient and the toilets have no problems. They are kind, and were on time and finished when they said they would be. They also put in a high end garbage disposal. I requested a quote and appt. online which was smooth & easy. The problem was with the plumber that arrived. After I explained what was going he brought in a tool and after 5 min. He left outside “to wait for someone to bring him another tool”. Close to 2 hours later he came in to plug something to the electric outlet and tried to do something with the main line outside (the city had previously checked the main line for us and they confirmed there was no problem there). According to him the pipes to my shower had collapsed and needed to be re-pipped. In order to provide a quote for re-pipping had to leave and bring back a camera. Once he had the camera he looked at the pipes on the 1st half of the house and never went in with the camera to the shower that was clogged. I was disappointed because he tried to charge me for 4 hrs even though he only did less than an hour of “actual work”. The quote for re-pipping & services were just under $13,000. This did not include damages or repairs needed for tearing into the ground and replacing shower. Thankfully I called another plumber for a 2nd opinion. They came and my shower was unclogged in less that 20 min! Saving me over $13,000!Personally, I think a good plumber has all the tools they may need on hand and actually work on the pipes that are clogged. I do not recommend using this company.

I dont typically leave reviews, but after my experience with this company, I was moved to do so. Ernie, Erick, and Matt from Las Cruces Plumbing and Gas undoubtedly exceeded all of my expectations. The initial estimate process was far more thorough and their price was better than competing companies for a full HVAC installation. After installation, I called them up because my home wasnt cooling as efficiently as expected. The issue was an unforeseen issue that anyone doing an initial inspection would have missed. Only a half hour after I called, they sent someone over and did a thorough inspection to find the issue. They worked diligently to resolve the problem with no additional cost to me. Not only was everyone professional, courteous, and polite; but knowledgeable and extremely efficient. Office administrators, staff, and management are all a pleasure to work with and I can say they secured a life-long customer. Youd be a fool not to consider this company for your HVAC needs!

We called them to repair a leak between main line from the road to the and house. They completed the task however, we informed them that after what they did we have no pressure in the house and outside faucets. They returned and spent hours researching and informed us they would have to come back after they regrouped. They have never returned and it has been 3 months even though we have called several times. We still have no pressure. A master plumber was called to assess the situation and he advised that Las Cruces Plumbing clogged the lines and did not complete their job.

James came to my house to fix a dripping shower. I had some problems with the results of this work, but the owner, Jeff, did take responsibility for the issue. He came out himself and now the shower is in working order. He is a good plumber and I appreciate that service.

Staff at Las Cruces Plumbing and Gas (LPG) are my Heros. It was the end of a long day for them when I called. In my attempt to fix the water line with a small leak to the refrigerator, I cut the line and discovered that I had bought the wrong part. I have water going everywhere. The shut off valve is frozen and I cant turn the water off. Called LCPG and they came right out to fix it. Today I had other repairs done by LCPG, one of which was not requested at the time of scheduling. James Moore without hesitation said I can fix it now. All of the staff have been courteous, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile.

I never write reviews - but I read them. If I could give negative stars, I would. My house and garage flooded due to the hot water heater bursting at its seam in the middle of the night. I had standing water in my house the next morning (ran for about 7 hours at full blast). I hired a professional company to dry out my house with dehumidifiers for 5 days. My insurance informed me that I needed a verified plumber to diagnose, take pictures, and give an estimate on a replacement. I was in the process of moving out, so I couldnt be at the house later on. So I called Las Cruces Plumbing and Gas because I found them online and they had great reviews. I explained my entire situation to office manager, LaDonna, she sounded like she knew what she was talking about, and their website looked professional so I hired them. BIG MISTAKE! They sent Ruben out to the house. My friend let him in. I talked to him on my friends phone explaining everything that had happened. My friend had to get to an appointment, but she was going back later. I told him where the hot water heater was shooting water out of when it broke, and told him NOT to turn on the water at the meter. I didnt feel like he fully understood, so I called the office manager back (because that was the only number I had) and I talked to her TWICE re-iterating that I didnt feel like the tech she sent fully understood what he was supposed to be doing. Sure enough, what did Ruben do? He turned the water back on, and it spewed water all over everything again! The walls were soaked AGAIN! I had to re-hire the professional company to dry out the house for two more days, otherwise mold could grow in the insulation and drywall (and they arent cheap)! The office manager then hung up the phone not only on me, but also on my husband when we called (multiple times) to try to get this issue resolved and find out a plausible solution. I then tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and talk to the owner, Jeff. I called and left multiple messages for Jeff to call me. I finally talked to Jeff on the phone, asking if there was a time that we could meet (and expressed that I was only in town for 3 days due to the fact that I dont live in Cruces anymore). He took down my number and said he would call me back... and never did. I allowed him a couple days to get back to me. I went to the address listed on their website, hoping to talk to Jeff in person since he never returned my calls and the listed address isnt even their physical address. It lead me to an electric company that has absolutely no ties to this company. I finally made it to their actual physical address on the last day I was going to be in town (which is 407 Archuleta Road Las Cruces, NM). I met with Jeff, and found out that Ruben lied saying that everything was wet before he got there. This is a physical impossibility, because the water was OFF at the meter. And the hot water heater hadnt moved in over 6 days. Ruben said that he had photos and a video - which were taken AFTER he had already turned the water on. Things got tense, LaDonna and Ruben started throwing out untrue accusations, and they werent listening to a thing I was trying to say. The owner was not professional, wouldnt listen, and I didnt feel like he was given the entire story by his employees. I ended up with the bill from the company to re-dry my house (my insurance is under no obligation to pay this re-drying service - and it was almost 3 times as much as the bill from LC Plumbing and Gas). Since nothing was being reconciled, I asked to relinquish my obligation to pay the bill from Las Cruces Plumbing and Gas which was $160. Jeff agreed, and got up and walked out.Whatever you do, DONT HIRE LAS CRUCES PLUMBING & GAS!!!! I wish I was a satisfied customer, I truly do. This was a nightmare to deal with. I have NEVER worked with such a horrible company. They dont listen to the customer, hang up on you (multiple times), and will lie to each other. I hired Maddox plumbing - and they were great. Good Luck!
