We love this ice, but the past few times we’ve gotten ice, we have had black specs embedded in the ice! What’s the deal Reddy Ice?!?

Ice is always frozen in one giant piece! The method used to make this type of ice is the worst. Inconsistent pieces and all the pieces lock together. Ready ice is over priced, the taste is marginal and I have to break it up everytime! Ice from any other place is better than this!
