Terrible service! The application indicates that the order will be delivered in a while and it is not real ... the employees are not friendly, I saw customers arrive with the same concern and asking for their money back because they already had a waiting time of 1 hour!

Last night (6:43 approx.) I was at the Las Piedras establishment. There is a sign that indicates, only 5 people inside the establishment, there were 11 people inside the premises. Single adults, adults with 2 or 3 minors. I was with an adult, both older adults. They indicated it had to be only an adult. Although adults could be with 1 or more minors. Perfect. The rules are for executing them. But in that (rule), I got lost. I had to leave the premises. Later, 2 adults attended simultaneously. And I had previously had to leave. Rules for some yes and others no. And I also give 0 in the Covid 19 Protocol. There is no temperature measurement or sanitizer. And to top it all, the order was incomplete.
