This place is phenomenal! I was anxious about this pregnancy as I’ve had early miscarriages in the last and I couldn’t get in with my doctor for an ultrasound for two more weeks. Miracle in Progress saw me that day!I’m a nurse and I’ve worked in Ob offices, and this is above and beyond anything I’ve seen. There’s a large screen for you to see baby and the tech captured baby and recorded the heartbeat with ease.And it was only $30 for a heartbeat check! I opted to buy a really cute stuffed animal to put the recorded heartbeat in to show my older children.I also love that they do the clinical gender tests there too and have gender reveal balloons, confetti, scratch offs- everything you can think of.Their prices are very very affordable and I’ve never had a more comfortable ultrasound or kinder tech.10/10 highly recommend.

I honestly will not come here ever! The girl who was the tech was by herself in the office she has three people waiting the first couple went in and came out fast I was like wow ok.. then I went in and did not even get comfortable when she started on my belly and not even seconds said there’s nothing here maybe your not the weeks that they told you and said come back another time I payed $40 for 2 seconds of this and did not get at least a refund or coupon, the last couple was upset now I know why now I’m upset good luck to the next and the rest of the clients this place gets.

Came here for a Groupon, was seated quickly and attended to.We got to see baby in 2D/4D, and the ultrasound person was super nice, talked me through doubts most mother’s go through ( no medical advice though of course )She was very sweet and made the moment even more beautiful than it was.She took her time and explained where everything was. ( hand, feet, head )Even was able to tell gender at 11+5!The screen was large and gave us a great view of baby.Worth the money for any anxious or expecting mommies!♥️

Made an appointment for an anatomy scan per my midwife back in November. Didn’t have the best experience with the tech as she was just cold and rude. Came onto google to finally write a review about my unpleasant experience and within an hour I was contacted by the owner. She was very apologetic and assured me my next experience would be much better and offered me another chance to come in. I took it, and went today and had a completely different experience! She was so kind and informative. I’m so glad she reached out and now I have a completely different opinion. I would definitely come back!

My husband and I had a great experience here. With the pandemic still in full swing, many doctors offices are spreading out ultrasounds as far as possible, and many more are not allowing visitors at all--including the father. This ended up being a wonderful stopgap to put our minds at ease and tide us over until our next medical ultrasound.Our ultrasound tech, Brittney, was the one I messaged to set up an appointment and the one who performed my ultrasound. She was kind and reassuring at all steps of the process. I was concerned because I am a woman of size and I had read that finding the baby could be difficult with how early I am in my pregnancy, but Brittney said it would be fine and she was right.The facilities are clean and decorated well, especially the ultrasound room. They have a large projector screen so you can see everything thats going on. The furniture was large and comfortable. Theyre currently allowing a max of 3 visitors due to covid, which seemed more than reasonable to me.My husband and I opted for the heartbeat package as I had some early spotting and cramping which scared me. I also had a good friend experience a string of miscarriages between 5 and 10 weeks, so I was extra nervous to make sure our bean is developing as it should. Brittney was knowledgeable and personable and we really enjoyed our experience with her. I cannot overstate how welcoming she was, or how at ease my husband and I felt. Obviously expectant mothers shouldnt use this in place of primary care, but if there are any mommies-to-be out there who are feeling anxious about babys progress, this is an amazing option to ease some of that worry. If little bean keeps growing as excepted, we will probably come back later to check out the 3D/4D options. Thank you Miracle in Progress and thank you Brittney!

It was so quick, and the room was set up for a very intimate setting, including seating for extra people. I wish I got the name of the technician, because she was and absolute sweetheart, and knew exactly what to do to get baby to cooperate! Highly recommend!

The ultrasound room was nice and spacious and they allowed a lot of guests but my session was so short. I recorded the entire session and it was 2 1/2 minutes. The picture i got was horrible. It didn’t look like a baby at all. More like a turkey and I know it was possible to get a better picture because the baby was very visible during the session. I know the price is cheap but the technicians should be spending a little more time then just 2 1/2 mins. My guests were so confused why it was over so fast.

I have been here with ALL of my pregnancies. The Staff has always been so amazing and sweet to me and my family. If they dont get amazing pictures the first time they give the baby another try! I recommend everyone to go here.

Ive been here more times than I can count. Ive had the opportunity to see all of my grand babies here. Their ultrasound room has so many couches to fit all of the family. Everyone here is so friendly and has great customer service. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend!

Dont waste your money paying for HD it looks the same as 4D looks exactly the same and they dont give you video.

I love this place! I came here a few times with my first daughter. I loved getting to see 3d images of her, and the ultrasound machines are great quality. Techs were very friendly and did their best to get you great images. Definitely recommend anyone wanting to see their cute babies to come here. They can even do gender reveals earlier than a doctors office will do it!

I enjoyed every second of my experience at Miracle In Progress! The atmosphere was so peaceful and loving and the staff was caring and patient! I will never go anywhere else for my ultrasounds!!!

My boyfriend & I went here to find out the gender of our baby just two weeks ago. I was honestly amazed how nice it was here. & how fast we got called in. I paid 55 for gender check, I got 7 photos of 2D and a extra one photo of the 3d which was cool, sneak peak. The room where you go into was very nice, bed was comfy! My pregnant butt didnt want to get up. My boyfriend even loved the place. I definitely recommend this place, to anybody reading this or who wants to find out the gender. 5 stars hands down.

I love Miracle in Progress...I came back in 2013 for my 1st pregnancy for the Gender Check package. I am currently pregnant and due in April 2018, I have already been back 3 times. The staff makes you feel right at home and I love the ultrasound tech Brittany. She makes the visit even more awesome.

It was super simple and quick. I went here with my first pregnancy 5 years ago and I loved it. I still have the DVD. I found it in Groupon this time around with my second pregnancy. I filled out some quick paperwork and was taken back immediately. The technician was nice. Not crazy energetic like some people complain about but I didnt mind that at all. The pictures and DVD were great. I was in and out within 20 minutes.

My husband and I came here for our 14 week gender reveal. We had an amazing experience. Staff was great and very informative. Very clean and all around great experience. We will definitely be coming back.

So Awesome!!! We went in for our ultrasound and everybody was so nice and accommodating. The tech tried everything to get good pictures.....fed my wife candy and cold water to get the baby to wake up. She really went above and beyond. We are so happy with the whole experience. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER...BETTER EXPERIENCE AT SNEAK PEEK ULTRASOUND!!! I thought by going to this place they would be friendly and nice but that was not the case. The front staff was nice, but when we went in to do the ultrasound the tech just told me to lay on the bed. Once she started the ultrasound she saw that the babys umbilical cord was in the way, so she had me change positions. But other than that NO OTHER FORM OF COMMUNICATION WAS MADE WITH US, unless she wanted me to move in a different position. She was not friendly in my opinion. I had my family with me and we were all sitting there in silence for 25 minutes. I know this is not the norm because I had my babys first 3D ultrasound at 20 weeks with SNEAK PEEK ULTRASOUND, and the tech there was amazing! She was very bubbly and let us see babys feet, hands, ears, etc. BUT WITH MIRACLE IN PROGRESS ALL MY PICTURES AND WHOLE VIDEO IS OF BABYS FACE AND OF THE SAME EXACT PLACE!!!!! VERY VERY VERY UNSATISFIED!!! SO IF YOU GUYS WANT A GREAT EXPERIENCE GO TO SNEAK PEEK ULTRASOUND!!!!!

My husband works night shifts and sometimes doesnt get to sleep until 0900. For this reason I booked the latest available appointment through their online appointment booking system. The appointment was 6:05 pm. I still have the email confirmation verifying this. Two days before my appointment someone from Miracle in Progress called me to verify my appointment for 5:05 pm. I told her I had booked it for 6:05 pm and she said that they close at 6 pm. (I later checked the site and it stated they close at 7pm on Tuesdays. I think someone was lying so they could get out of work early for the day). I really wanted to have the ultrasound done that day so I said 5:05 pm was fine, but I definitely wasnt happy with it. The day of my ultrasound I checked my email and had another confirmation email for my appointment, this time the time stated 5:15 pm! They changed my appointment time TWICE without consulting me to make sure that those times worked for me. So unprofessional! I was an RN in a doctors office and we never pulled crap like this. Thankfully a different ultrasound place (Babys First Image) was able to give me an appointment for 5:45 pm that same evening, so I was able to cancel with this horrible place. If they were this inconsiderate and unprofessional before I even made it to my first appointment, I shudder to think what terrible service I would have received.

I really appreciate the women who aided me today. They were kind, patient, and had humor. Thats hard to find in Vegas. I read the reviews here and was iffy but Im glad I went and would definitely recommend this placeUpdate*The woman I worked with this time was nothing like the previous lady I worked with. She wasnt even trying. Definitely will be looking elsewhere.

I did IVF to get pregnant and Im so glad it worked the first try. I have been getting ultrasounds here since I was 7 weeks and I Love it! The technicians and the whole staff is great and super friendly. I have gotten really good pictures of my baby, that Im excited to share with all my family and friends. I totally recommend this place to anyone. I will keep coming until my last weeks in pregnancy.

****EDIT: This is the ultra sound pictures, once my Grandson was almost due. The ultra sound pics, look exactly like him!Came here, yesterday, my Daughter is 6 weeks pregnant with my 1st Grandchild. We seen the heartbeat & the sac.. Baby, was too tiny to see. Great staff, inside the Ultra Sound room. It seats 20, big screen, to see the baby, nice plush leather couches, they played instrumental nursery rhymes. They charged $50 for the ultra sound video and the photos. I highly recommend Miricle In Progress. Its located, in Summerland. The restrooms, are kept clean. I wish this was offered, when I was pregnant over 31yrs ago, 25yrs ago and 21yrs ago. I cant wait, to go back, once my Daughter is further along! I cant wait, to meet my precious Grandchild😍💕😘****My Grandson was born few months Ago. I can honestly say, the photos of my Grandson in the ultra sound, look exactly like him. Its amazing, I highly recommend this business!

I had my 4d ultrasound at 36 weeks and the technician was nice. the place had alot of space and the music choices were great!

Came here 4 years ago when I was pregnant with my first. The experience was amazing and I got so many photos. Decided with my 2nd pregnancy to come back and bring my whole family for a gender reveal. I was told I would get digital photos emailed to me and that never happened. I got a few printed pictures when I was there and that was it. With my 1st pregnancy experience I got almost 30 pictures. Disappointed is all I can say.

Absolute TERRIBLE experience. Please think twice before trusting them with something so special. Paid for services that included a heartbeat bear. They waited until AFTER I paid to tell me they ran out of the bears and would call me to come pick it up. They never called so I wind up calling to check and the staff was EXTREMELY rude saying I should have called them earlier and wont issue me a refund or the bear. The pictures here are not good quality the new staff is rude and they rush through the appointments so you dont get your full time. If your looking for a quick blurry picture this is your place if not PLEASE go somewhere else

For the price you are paying, i feel like you should get a little extra time. You get 20 mins but it’s honestly 10 mins and not to mentioned how rushed it is. The tech wasn’t genuine and even seemed frustrated at times which made me just want to get up and leave, if you don’t like your job get a new one please :) take your money to See my baby, less money and WAY better more genuine connection with the techs.

I went there today to do a gender reveal and was very disappointed. I had usually gone to the Henderson office, but switched it up because this one was closer. The staff was nice, but the pictures were garbage. I wish I could show just how blurry they were, and I only got three. I had told her we wanted the gender in an envelope so we could send it to our parents and she was under the impression we wanted it to be a surprise so we didnt even get to see the baby on the big screen. Very disappointing. I could have taken better pictures myself.

Friendly staff with amazing service. They made my husband and I feel very comfortable and rescheduled us for a same day appointment when baby was in a position that made it difficult to find out the gender. We enjoyed the experience and will be returning in the future.

I went to have the 3/4D ultra sound done and it was the best experience I have ever had. The u/s tech was amazing and the office staff was great. I will be recommending them to everyone I know thats pregnant.

Im 38 weeks and my own doctor could not confirm the sex of my baby I went here for the second time for them to confirm it and for the second time I was so happy leaving that place with the news I got. DONT GO HERE! Aside from being unimpressed by the quality of service (unorganized and outdated protocols such as binders to organize and no records in a computer for profile or purchase history) and quality of product (unable to record the sound of the heartbeat on the video, they told me I had to record it separately using a recording device like my cell phone... super rachet). I was looking for a company to do a monthly ultrasound for a time lapse project. After 2 months of dissatisfaction I started looking elsewhere. I left my rolling DVD there in case I didnt find something better and had to go back. Little Blessings had everything they didnt so I finished my pregnancy there instead, happily driving the extra 30 minute distance. I had an emergency cesarean which took time to heal from. About 10 months had passed until I went back to retrieve the DVD. They told me they threw it away. I was so upset. Whats the point of putting my phone number on the application if they dont use it to let me know theyre going to THROW AWAY the memory I trusted them with and paid that service for. Pregnant women especially deserve an extensive grace period and understanding for getting behind on things. Theres obviously no passion or ethics behind this companys purpose. Theyre mainly interested in capitalising off pregnant woman since were a stable niche market.

When I found out I was expecting I didn’t know how far along I was and tried calling. Called a couple of times when I originally made my appointment to see if I should wait, no answer. Day of my appointment(a few days later) I called over 10 times until someone, what seems like, turned the phone off. I called blocked and phone started ringing again. So I called a couple more times unblocked....still no answer. But then still 30 mins before my appointment, as I was getting dressed for the appointment, someone called and said they had received a missed call from my number and I asked them if it was too early for a confirmation ultrasound she said yes and can reschedule for a couple of weeks out. I just hung up. This is not how you treat customers especially ones that are expecting. Just take the time out to go to little blessings. WAYYY more professional.

Awful. They were awesome 3 years ago, no they are 100% garbage. We got 2 printed pictures of just the face of our new son. Not one time did she show us the body or the feet hands anything just the face. Also we drove 2 hours to get a bear that was the only thing we really wanted and guess what they waited until we got there to tell us that oh we dont have them. Along with ok we will record the heart beat and just make one ourselves oh ya we dont have it recording but you can use your phone. Come on people get it together will never go or recommend this place biggest waste of 110 dollars going to try and get a refund for this garbage.

This place is an absolute joke! Lets first address the troll of women, shawna who works out front.... how dare you yell at me and my husband over the phone over a miscommunication you and your tech made, and then to top that off, how dare you hang up when we ask for your name.... are you stupid? After that happened, we tried calling back many times come to find out you, shawna, unplugged it. When we walked in and asked you why you didnt answer the phone, you slam it on the counter and said your server is down.... we can that he phone is clearly unplugged....I cant believe how we were treated after that, her yelling at us some more in front of other people, telling us that we just want free stuff and that she doesnt care about us or business . Never did we demand anything for free. All we wanted was for you guys to honor what we already paid for in advance.Finally, the last thing this awful human being did, was refused to refund us after already offering to refund the credit earlier in the conversation. She literally said, Im not going to refund you because you are threatening me by writing a bad review. So everyone...... please stay away from this awful place! Thanks for robbing us of what was suppose to be a beautiful and happy time with B.S.

This was my second round with this facility the first experience was amazing, but today I was very unsatisfied. We purchased a Groupon and the receptionist stated that if I was in fact past 18 weeks that I would have to pay the difference between the Groupon amount and the full purchase price. I tried to explain to the receptionist that I was told by their facility that I would be due around valentines day which would put me at right around 18 1/2 weeks. Her response was that they dont give definite due dates etc. Well if that was in fact the case how would you know how far along I am in the first place!?! Fast forward to ultrasound.. the tech was very nice however the pictures she printed and put onto disc were AWFUL. They were extremely blurry and had no definition what so ever. There was one image in all that I received that was actually decent. I feel like this was done out of spite due to my disagreement with the receptionist and my experience was ruined. We will never return to this place.

Today I had what they call a mini ultrasound my experience was terrible from the beginning to the end. The girl at the front desk was extremely unprofessional and did not know how to handle rough situations. When I called to book my appointment I explained to them that I had a gender reveal party and I wanted to confirm my babys gender 100%. She proceeded to put me on hold for 10 mins and then told me it would be $40. She didnt tell me what type of ultrasound I would be having today. Once I talk to her in office today she then tells she had no recollection of the conversation we had. I told her it wasnt fair to me the customer because of an in office error I am now being jeopardized. She rudely interrupted me and told me she could either refund me the money or just do what I paid for. I asked why would you take my payment if there was an issue and she huffed and puffed at me and said shed need to call her manager. Manager whos name she didnt disclose according to her said well we can refund you or you can pay for the additional time or you can quickly check what the gender is but if you get no face shots that not on us. This being a facility for expecting women I would expect the front desk to be friendly and understanding. Instead of it being a happy experience it was the complete opposite. I came to this facility for my previous child and had no issues. In no way should that women be working there regardless of how NEW you are at a position. Being a front desk manager myself I would not tolerate this type of customer service from my employees.

Horrible customer service by the office manager Shannon. After researching the locations on the website, I purchased a groupon to use at the Henderson location. I called to make an appointment and was told the Henderson location was closed but plans to reopen. I asked when and was told not anytime soon, meaning never. Because the summerlin location is at least a 45 min drive during rush hour traffic, I would not be able to reach the location after work prior to closing. Shannon told me maybe I should just leave early if I want to use my groupon. I requested a weekend appt and was told the groupon specifically says not valid on weekends. I asked for the manager, Heather, and was told she doesnt make exceptions. Shannon was very rude and continually told me its not their fault. Which it is for falsely advertising a closed location. Do not waste your time with them. I went to OH BABY BABY in the galleria mall and received better service than I could have ever imagined. They price matched my unused groupon and were extremely friendly and caring. You can tell they enjoy what they do unlike miracle in progress. If you want an ultra sound with a great experience, go to OH BABY BABY. They are family friendly with a huge comfy viewing room.

This place was not a good place for ultrasounds! My wife and I visited this place yesterday and did an ultrasound in 2D which did not go well. My wife had been to the ER 2 days ago due to a scare and they did ultrasounds and blood work determining everything was ok and the OB GYN we are seeing requested all of the work and determined everything was ok but the ultrasound tech said my wifes sac was lying low and that it seems like she is going to have a miscarriage but our doctor did not say this at all. Why tell customers ignorant things like this? She then said she has never seen this happen without a miscarriage happening. I will never pay this place for anything in the future again. We will take our business to a better place with techs who do not think they are doctors.

I got to the location 15 min in advanced (they request 10 min in advance) and no one was there. The person showed up at 2:00 exactly (my appointment time).. once I was laying in the bed and the tech took pictures I enjoyed the experience until I went to Walgreens the next day with the CD to find that not all the pictures taken were included as the ad indicated. There were 3 black and white ones were taken (those were given in hand to me) but those werent included on the CD. I even emailed Miracle in Progress but no reply from management. I was extremely annoyed because all my family lives out of state & I had to have the photo person at Walgreens scan the picture in order to crop and print. Doing this makes a glare in my little ones nose and on the placenta. Not ideal but the only option I have at this point.
