I brought my 2003 Land Cruiser to JPR for the installation of an auxillary fuel tank. Ralph and his crew did a great job on the install, and they got it done quickly. Every part of my experience from making the appointment and discussion of options to picking up the finished product was top notch. I would highly recommend their shop.

No one likes to see a BMW breakdown because a simple repair can exceed the GDP of some small nations but unlike the dealership Ralph doesnt stick it to you like your last name is Rothchild.Hes fair. His prices are beyond conpetive. I took my wifes car to the shop this morning to get the oil changed. What a great service! Everyone here is very attentive and professional. They got the job done fast and they checked some other things for the car and told me what other things I could do to keep the car running smoothly. I definitely reccomend JPR Automotive!

Where do I even begin... I have been going to JPR for the last several years. Its finally taken me THIS long to realize how extremely reputable they are. My car is in pretty great condition for being an older car. It wasnt until this year where I took my car into the dealership and they tried to swindle me out of money. Knowing something didnt seem right, I once again took it over to JPR who assured me that, it was actually a small minor issue, rather than the large issues the dealership presented. Once that was fixed, the car was good to go.Going to the dealership and seeing how they tried to hound me for my money while JPR was so honest and willing to work with me really put my full trust in them. It really solidified the integrity these guys have. Ralph and Adrian, you guys are amazing!!

Ive been coming here for years. I started taking my BMW here because the dealer was outrageous with their quotes. I need to find someone honest and not price gouge me to death. When I sold my car I sent the guy who bought my car here because they know the condition of the car, why go anywhere else?? Now I bring my Smart here and have referred many people. Owner is awesome and kept everything easy and simple. My daughter also brings her car here. And soon my husband will bring his after the manufacturer free services ends. Thanks Ralph!!

As a female I often get the yeah-yeah treatment when having issues with my SUV (dealership) But with Ralph and the other guys here they actually listen to me and have never spoken down to me.I now take my vehicle here for all services along with my husbands truck and daughters car.
