I was searching for a prius battery, they are very expansive, over $200 everywhere I looked. But Batteries Plus Bulbs had it in stock and a 10% coupon for buying online and picking up at store brought the price to $199. And the full replacement warranty was 48 months, a year longer than anywhere else that I looked. Im very pleased, it works great and has the same specs as the original with 46 amp hours.

They had my camera battery, so 5 stars.

I went in looking for an obscure bulb for a special lighting fixture which was immediately supplied. Hung helped me out. Then I purchased a screen protector for my iPhone. Hung not only schooled me on the values of it, but took additional time to expertly install it for me (not expected) He also offered outstanding advice relative to extending battery life of the cell. He was extremely knowledgeable, personable and helpful above and beyond the call. Will absolutely return for all of my batteries & bulbs & cell phone needs.

I needed a usb cable for an old equipment. Went to Best Buy, Target, Walmart and other places but decided to look on line for the cable and found it at Batteries + Bulbs. When I ordered it on line the store representative called and at first said that they did not have it at his store and would check on other stores to locate it. But fortunately, he found that he did have one in stock that I could pick up. I was very satisfied because I was on a trip and needed it to complete processing a download that I needed to do.

If you want to use curbside at this place, you BETTER have a debit card. If you are a person who uses Apple Pay, you might not see your money again for a long time. After ordering curbside, I was forced to repurchase the item in the store since I choose not to use debit cards. They held my money, a double purchase for 1 item, for 7 days after they told me the problem would be taken care of. If you want to use curbside and you have no debit card, you will be discriminated against for not having one. If you want to use curbside, make sure you have a debit card or you will have to repurchase the item, then you will have to keep contacting them to get your money back. I wouldnt bother.

I bought a key fob battery for 8 dollars. And ask can they put in. Service rep said yes. For 12 dollars. Enough said. Go to oreilly are autozone.

I had phone that I took somewhere else. They fix part but broke another part and didnt tell me. I took in to Eddie at Batteries plus Bulbs. The phone is really old. He looked for the part but the part was discontinued in 2014. I couldnt even turn on the phone. We he had the phone open he noticed what the other place had done and where it was broke. I left with the phone not working. I got the phone to turn on, so I went back to Eddie the next day. He took the time to get it to reboot even though the buttons werent working great.It took him a few tries and some time but he got the phone to reboot and working great. Most places would say your phone is old and you just need a new one. But Eddie was very understanding how much this phone was liked and that we really didnt want a new and took the time to work with us. You just dont find that kind of customer service in the phone industry very often. Thank you very much Eddie for you time and patience and fixing what others wouldnt. It is greatly appreciated.

Yeah I have to give them one star. I was looking for a particular battery and I had called up their previously . They told me that yes the battery could be ordered but when I got down there they said they couldnt do it. Now Im not tripping about it not being there and them not being able to order it. But dont tell me during a pandemic to come down somewhere and then when I get down there tell me you cant do it. Dont waste my time because Im not trying to waste yours. So yeah they had to get a one star for me due to wasting my time

The battery price online he was adjusted the higher quality battery to match the online price. Which as a $40 difference.He installed my battery. They are quick and great customer service. I came in around 8:30 A.M. to buy a couple of small 3.6V batteries for the repair shop I work for. To my surprise, Robert refused to sell me the batteries I needed because I was using the company buisness card that had the name of the company on it instead of my own name. I was wearing my Uniform shirt that clearly has the company name amd logo that matches the buisness card we use for errands like these. Never had a problem buying here before until I met Robert. Very unsatisfied.

FYI: Now charging $1.98 per pound to recycle used batteries.

I went to the Batteries Plus store closest to my home to have a new battery installed on my Samsung Galaxy 6 cellular phone. They did not have one available but called another Batteries Plus store and found that they had two. They had that store set one of the two batteries aside for me so I could go there immediately. I did and was able to have my cell phone operating again within an hour. I was thrilled because I did not have to go through the hassle of purchasing a new cell phone when I am perfectly content with the one I own. Thank you, Batteries Plus!

I have been coming to this location for a little over a year and never disappointed. I bought the lifetime battery package for my garage opener. Basically, you get a free new battery whenever your battery dies if you pay the one time fee. I came in for a new battery for my neighborhood gate remote and come to find out, it was broken. The young man asked if I could wait 5 minutes and he fixed my remote free of charge. As an added bonus, one of the employees has his service dog behind the counter in its doggy bed. Absolutely adorable. Thank you Batteries Plus for employing and accommodating veterans and those with disabilities, a job well done!

This Batteries Plus store has always had great prices and super service.

I bought four CR 2450 batteries in 2 two packs. They were not in expensive. I was traveling and when I got home one of the batteries did not work. It is a 3 V battery and it registered 2.3V. I am over 200 miles from a store.

Says they are open til 5. They closed at 1.

I LOVE this place! Very knowledgeable staff. They can set you up with no heat bulbs (my preference because we live in an oven), or whatever bulb would work best for you. They have all the weird obscure batteries. And great prices.

Theyll ask for just about every piece of information possible before making a purchase and its mandatory. If there is a bald guy sitting on his phone when arriving you may want to turn and leave. Spouse ordered me a new car battery online from here after finding out that mine was leaking, and we drove to the shop where the employees did the replacement/installation. They were extremely kind and efficient despite the sweltering weather. The shop was clean, bright, and well-stocked with cool battery- and bulb-related items, one of which I bought while they were installing the car battery. Fully recommended! :)

After looking online & finding a replacement battery for my home phone,I called to verify that I could pick up the battery from Batteries Plus immediately after placing the order. The customer service is great.A sales rep quickly replaced the battery in my phone and told me twicethat I would have up to 14 days to return it if for some reason the phone was not operating properly.

Their prices are outrageous. I went there only because they only give store credit for your returns. So I got a 6V 5A battery and a 12V 5A battery $16.15 credit plus $40 debit. To my discuss I looked online to see the same batteries for less 7 dollars for 6V 5A and less than 15 dollars for the 12V 5A. Glad I am done with this store.

Id rate this store with negative stars if at all possible. I came in at 10ish in the morning for an iPhone 6 battery swap and was told it can only get done around 5pm. Ridiculous!! Whatever happened to fast service??? The associate was rude too as if they are doing you as a customer a favor. Went to a different location in North Las Vegas and voila, I went to lunch nearby and about an hour after dropping it off I got my phone picked up with a fresh battery installed! Nice and welcoming environment too! Will never go back to this Rainbow location ever!

The guys at this battery plus was great. They didnt have the battery I was looking for but they check the stores nearby. One of them had it and I was able to get there and get the battery changed pretty quick. I recommend them whenever you need to change a laptop battery its cheaper than trying to do it yourself screwing it up and having to ask him to do it later.

I wish I could give 5 stars because the service at the shop was great & the battery I bought works perfectly & was a good price... BUT... The web page I paid for the product on pria to picking it up charged my account twice & the money has still not been refunded & also the free fitting that was quoted on the web page turned out be a $10 charge but then I did get that sort of waived because they give you $10 back for letting them recycle your old battery.So.. all in all, great service but the web page definitely caused a few issues.Addendum:Got my money back now so upped the rating from 3 to 4 stars.

So my car battery decided to quit on me during an insanely busy week. I did some research and found Batteries and Bulbs, which wasn’t to far away from my job. I called and talked to Sue, who was super professional and courteous. I showed up about an hourly later and Sue is holding down the store solo handling 3 customers with complex needs. I’m a pretty patient guy so i didn’t mind waiting. I purchased the battery which was cheaper than anywhere else I looked and Sue installed it for me(Very Easily I must say) while I knocked out a ton of work related emails and texts. Plus she stayed past closing time to get it done without complaint or an attitude. As we all know good service is super hard to find these days and even thought I’m the type of guy who never gives reviews, I had to give credit where it was due. Seriously thanks Sue you’re the real MVP!

My car battery was going bad so I went online to find a new one. Not only did Batteries+Bulbs have the battery in stock at a great price but they installed it for free. I also got a discount for purchasing online. Mike who installed my battery was friendly and got the job done quickly. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Joe should be in charge of that store because Joe is the only person who knows how to talk to people. He was the only one willing to actually listen to my problem and hear what I had to say. Employees are not knowledgeable and very short with customers. Inventory is super low and they only seem to carry two of any battery at once.

I have been at this location several time and received awsome service. Today was horrible i am not impressed by the management at this location or the employees.the crew needs to take a class on effective communication. if want a good solid manager then train one and maybe have some education in communication or management.it was a horrible experience and your staff is no better then me.

Ordered my battery online and got a discount. The website helped me select the correct battery for my vehicle and told me which store had it in stock. When I placed my order I awaited an email to say it was ready. I drove in the general direction of the store and got the confirmation as I arrived. The clerk removed and replaced my battery for me in about 5 minutes. I also had them do a charging system check while I was there. The installation and check were free and the clerk couldnt have been more professional. I also picked up some batteries for my car key fob. I will probably return for my future battery needs.

I ordered a battery on 12/19/2019. I received a phone call to confirm purchase, was told the battery would be ordered that weekend, and should be receiving a call on Friday 12/27 or Monday12/30 when my battery arrived. I received a call on Tuesday 12/31, lady told me my battery had arrived and that they would be closed on the 1st for the holiday. I tried to pick up my battery on Saturday 1/04/2020 and was told my battery was not there. This is unacceptable. I am not happy at all.

Had a cordless drill battery rebuilt. It went dead (short) 2nd time I used it. Drove an hour to get it fixed.Tech couldnt spend 5 min. to check it. Insisted I drive another hour back the next day. Wouldnt mail it to me at my expense. Their bad workmanship, my problem. Fixed it myself in 10 minutes.

Poor customer service, they tried to repair my iPhone with cheap aftermarket parts and when I got it back it still did not work properly and they did not stand behind their repair. The manager Harry and Sean are very rude and Sean made a personal attack on me saying I know your type, guess Im the type that wasted my money at this store. Good luck everyone if you go here!

Bring the item for the bulb or the battery to test and make sure number one its the right battery number 2 it works or the light works or the right bulb but other than that it was a great experience

I was looking for 4 AGM deep cycle batteries for my motorhome and no one in Las Vegas had 4 in stock but Batteries Plus got me 4 the next day and no delivery charge, thanks Batteries plus I am a customer for life..

Store is deceitful will say anything to get the sell but cant back up the product. Purchased a 50$ screen protector that had life time warranty and was told to come back should anything happen to it came Im today all of a sudden they dont have it in stock I clearly see the product right behind the associate and then says oh that yeah thats a diffraction model doesnt match the one u bought its a different brand however this company has not produced any new model or different screens since 2017 as stated on their website. Stay away from this location full of scam artists would give negative stars if I could......

I made an appointment for a screen repair on an iPhone. The repair took over an hour, and later I found out the very small screws at the bottom of phone were not put back in. My daughter spilled a few drops of water on the screen and it was just separated enough to allow the water to get inside. I turned it off as soon as possible, but even after drying for weeks there are flashing vertical lines across the screen.
