If you want gourmet chocolates in Las Vegas go to Jean-Marie Auboines place. These are real truffles and other chocolates, not the mass-produced messes that are on the market in most cities. My favorites were with passion fruit and key limes, but I like fruit flavors. (Picture did not turn out, but cannot take another as I ate 7 already.)

WOW!!! Where to start...Hosting a party for 15 and needed the very best chocolate to pair with the very best wine. After stopping in at 6 different chocolatiers, patisseries and bakeries around town, I was left feeling disappointed in my options. I found my to way Jean-Marie Auboine Chocolatier. I called ahead and talked with the sweetest person on the phone and she described everything they had to offer. Feeling encouraged my wife and I made our way over. When I arrived I was completely blown away by the quality of the products and the absolutely amazing people that helped us. We tried a few samples (SUCCESS) and ended up with some spheres, squares and truffles and some other items for personal consumption. Can not wait to serve these to our guests!I have spent 25 years in the F&B event business and have never been more impressed with a business. If your looking to indulge yourself or cater a large event and only the absolute best will do...go to Jean-Marie Auboine Chocolatier.

Amazing chocolate, terrible sales team.Weve been to this location several times and its one of our must-eats every Vegas trip.While the chocolate is nothing short of exquisite, the sales team seems determined to prevent you from buying any.Every time we go, were told that the sales team is out for lunch or on a break. Usually, we wait the 30 min or more for them to return (even though the business hours posted on the door claim that theyre open).This time, the sales team was out again and we couldnt wait. When I called the sales department and explained that were outside the door and would like to purchase chocolate, the sales team member hung up on me. I called back twice and they decided not to answer.Dont waste your time here. Just go to Ethel M.

As a vegas native, I usually love going to Jean-Marie! It is a great place to pick a sweet surprise for my wife. However, on my last visit, an employee named Anthony was extremely rude and dismissive. He even threaten to spit in my chocolate! I was mortified. I cant believe he was hired at such a fine establishment! My wife and I will not be visiting this shop again.

Amazing chocolates but terrible service. After spending several hundred dollars and telling everyone to go there, I wont be back.First, they completely screwed up an order and gave us $60 of the conplcocly wrong chocolates. We have them a written list of what we wanted and certifie and they still got it wrong.Even worse, after stopping by today during their posted business hours, we were told their sales person wasnt there and wouldnt be back for half an hour so we couldnt get anything. We then called their sales number to ask for an exact time theyd be back open and they answered and then hung up on us. After calling back, thinking maybe it was just a bad connection, they stopped answering.Tremendously disappointing experience after spending at least $100 every time Ive been there. Wont be going back and will be sending everyone to Erhel M from here on out.Edit: one of their VPs reached out to us and setup a time to call and discuss what happened. Then she proceeded to not follow through and never called. Looks like it starts at the top.

Very friendly, helpful, and patient staff...and of course the most important thing, delicious chocolates! I was impressed by the selection of truffles, bars, caramels, and even chocolate skincare products!

Went to their location at a time when the normal staff happened to be at lunch. The owner himself came out and made sure that I got what I was there for. Classy operation and fantastic chocolate!

Should be a 10 star..... They are great... I go here everytime Im in Vegas... Their candy is beyond good, and the service is great.Try a different sample each time you go... the candy is so fresh and unique... love the white chocolate covered macadamia nuts, and the white chocolate blueberries, and the prailine pecans......dont miss this stop on your next trip to Vegas

Hidden little chocolate gem right here in Vegas locals accessible. French confectionery in chocolates, caramels, chews, and truffles. Found them thru Groupon and have been back twice since. Prices a bit high but for special occasions great treats.

Any trip to Las Vegas MUST include a stop at this world class chocolatiers facility. The quality, presentation and flavor of the chocolate was superb and expectedly as Jean Marie Auboine is an award winning world renowned chef. I was blown away by the state of the art machinery in this impressive factory. The staff is well educated and warm. As a chocolatier, I had the privilege to receive training this week here and I left with so much knowledge, inspiration and excitement to continue to grow my chocolate line in in Houston. Anybody who is interested in enhancing their professional pastry training should enroll in their 3 day workshops. I hope to come back to attend more trainings.

I first tried their chocolates in the San Franciso store, and was blown away. Then found out their HQ was right here in Las Vegas. Just went to the store and was amazed with the options. They have a wonderful mix of chocolate covered goodies, and chocolate confections, but my favorite, by far is the Lychee Hearts, dont know if it was just a special for mothers day, but it was great.
