Great service! I called to make sure they could do individual wrapping of the cookies because the BouTray was for my sons class and that was no problem. Kind and courteous staff and they called before the delivery. Ive used them a few times now and have been happy every time. Cookies always look like the examples on the website.

Im always surprised at how great the bouquet is and the cookies are always delicious. I havent been disappointed yet. Will continue to order.

This is the BEST Cookies By Design store ever! Jodi the cookie designer is really an artist at work who uses her talents to create cookie designs for me. Ive asked her for numerous crazy ideas on cookies to present to friends as thank youd. Most recently I had an idea to make German Shepherd cookies with personalized collars. Stephanie who works there is always so sweet and helpful. When I give the idea even if they dont have that cookie design she is willing to go above and beyond and between her and Jodi they get it done! Let me tell you the look on the faces of the recipients is priceless. Not only do the cookies taste delicious and are big cookies on a stick, they replicate my ideas onto a cookie. My next request is F-16 fighter jets and I cant wait to see what Jodi creates! So if you are looking for a truly special gift that will put a big smile on a face, call the Decatur/W.
